I stopped the pill on thansgiving after taking it for about 10 years. Started my period as usual the sunday after my last pill. Haven't had one since. I'm a lot more tired lately and my nipples are suddenly sore. They were never sore before my period before, but could they be now b/c i'm not on the pill anymore? Well I am 17 now and about 2 weeks ago we and my bf had unprotected sex for the first time.It was really quick tho and he took it out before he could come.so I got a bit paranoid after that. Then a little over a week later which was about 3 nights ago my dad made me very upset so I cried really hard for a very long time then I started getting a really bad headache and then right after that in the car to my friends house I felt nauseated and felt my face discoloring but I didn't throw up or anything. i don't even know if i was pregnant. if i was pregnant, i would've been about 5 or 6 weeks along. i didn't show at all, but i think that's normal for the first month. i had all of the symptoms except overeating/craving food. i missed my period, but i had 2 short days of on and off bleeding [which may have been first trimester bleeding?] yesterday i fell and hit my stomach and head, and now i'm bleeding a good 10 days before my should be period. and earlier, something came out of my vagina and it had arm-like things protruding from it...and eye like things. but it may just be me assuming things. it may just be because i'm stressed lately...but i don't know.

ok so im on birth control and im 2 pills into week 4 aka the "peach" pills and i haven't gotten my period yet. i have started taking it 2 months ago and the first month i got my period the first day of week 4 (the first peach pill). could i be pregnant or am i just overreacting? the only reason im freaking out is because me and my bf had sex at 11 o'clock and i take my pills at 10 but that day i took it after we had sex. he said it was ok but im not so sure. please help, i really don't want to be a 17 year old mom, plus i don't have a job so i don't have many options.

she was in heat almost two months ago and has shown all the signs of being pregnant and she doesnt carry around a little toy to make up for her babie. This was her first heat cycle and she got out of the house a few time for atleast 10 minutes a piece which with all the strays around is more than enough time. THAT IS WHAT I BELIEVE HAPPENED LAST TIME. I WAS 7.1 WEEKS WHEN I STARTED TO BLEED AND THE BABY STOPPED GROWING AT 6.1 WEEKS AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO HEART BEAT AT 8.3 WEEKS. THE LAST TIME I THIS BABY ON ULTRASOUND WAS AT 7 WEEKS. I AM NOW 10 WEEKS ON THE DOT BUT HAVING SOME CRAMPING. NOW I KNOW THIS IS NORMAL BUT THIS CRAMPING IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IVE BEEN EXPERIENCING. ALSO I BLED FORM 5.2 WEEKS TILL AROUND THE 7TH OR 8TH WEEK. So I have been using the Nuvaring for over a year now, and I sometimes skip a period every now and then by leaving it in for a full 28 days before replacing it, with no "out" week. Anyway, this fall my life was insanely busy and stressful, and while I replaced the ring after my period in early November, I apparently forgot to remove or replace the ring after that. As a result, I got my period with the ring in, and it would have had to have been in for moer than 28 days for that to happen. I'm not certain of the exact date of my last period, but I have it narrowed down to 12/10-12/13. I then left town for the holidays while on my period, and only realized when I returned on 12/26 that I had forgotten to put in a new ring, which I did just before bed. Anyway, long story short, I had unprotected sex the night of the 27th, and just a couple days later I started feeling weird, just a host of random things like hot flashes, waves of nausea or dizziness, constipation, and odd cramping and persistent feeling of bloating in my lower belly and I can't determine if it's gas or something else. Is it possible for me to "feel" pregnant already? Is it too early to take a test?

I know I already asked this question but i didnt get many answers, so here we go Okay I have to make a long story short....Last period was Sept 17 2008. My cycle is 32 days, and it has been 32 since I had a miscarriage in Jan 07. (I have been keeping track)...Anyhow I was due to start Oct 19th well that has definitely come and gone. I had extremely light spotting the first week of Novenber...reminded me of implantation bleeding that I had with my first pregnancy 1 month before my miscarriage. Well then almost 10 days after I spotted on Nov 13 i started spotting/bleeding and it lasted a little over two weeks. (I didn't even bleed enough to fill a pad...sorry tmi...my normal periods fill 3-4 pads a day)...Well during all this I have had multiple negative tests. I have multiple signs of pregnancy: sore breasts( which have doubled in sze in the last few months), consistent headaches, fatigue, frequent urination, nauseous but no vomiting.....etc. I am going to a free clinic at the end of this week for an ultrasound. Has anyone else gone through what I have....I have had an actual period of over three months...Please give me your input thank you

i have has really sore nipples for about a week and sore breasts for 3 days now, i am due on anytime now as i irregular, but it should be no later than this weekend i am on day 42 out of about 45...i have done 3 tests tonight, on the first one after about 5 mins i could see a shadow were the pos should be, (the dye is a dark purple) so i didnt another with later wee, the same again, so i did another with even later wee and it was the same just tiny bit more noticable, the tests should be read within 5 mins but no later than 10, can it be possible to get 3 evap lines or is it just bad luck?? theyare really faint but if you look they are there...has this happened to anyone else???.....im testin as the last time i ever had soe breasts was pregnant with my son, it is not my symptom of PMS and i have been cramping on and off for a week...my cycles are between 30-45days although last month was 48! can it still be a pos if the line looks shadowy and not pink, the dye is a dark purple not a pinky purple like usual tests?

I found out that my mom is pregnant with another kid. My step dad and her got married 10 years ago. I don't trust him at all. he was ok when i was little but now hes abusive. not physically but verbally and mentally although he's threatened to hit me. ive been kicked out once. at first my mom defended me but after a while she gave up. we barley talk now. I asked her to tell me about but she said no. She finds ways to avoid me. Like ill ask her to talk and she'll have to call someone because she "forgot". I found out she was 6 months pregnant 2 weeks before christmas. She wore really baggy cloths and her stomach didn't get big until like last week. Now that i ask her about it she wont tell me anything. she'll say she doesn't know anything but ten minutes later i'll hear her on the phone talking to someone about how the dr told her stuff that she shouldn't be doing. and that's not normal for 6 months. But i find it strange that she wont tell me ANYTHING. She says when the baby comes i have to move down to the basement. It's not redone but apparently my step dad and his dad r going to redo it. I asked her when he's gonna start it and she said probably never. So i'm stuck without a room when the thing pops out. I plan on moving out when i turn 18 but i don't want the baby to grow up like my other 2 half-siblings. (my brother is 9 and my sister is 7) they ALWAYS get what they want when they want. and if their mommy and daddy get them something they call their grandparents. My brother got a dirt bike when he was 6, a tv, and has 2 electric guitars even though he has no clue how to play them. my sister has a tv, a crap load of dolls, too many cloths, and a ping pong table. I have nothing that good. the only thing i have is a tv but that's from my neighbor. my real dad gets me everything i need/want. (phone and ipod) I don't understand why my mom wont tell me anything anymore and i want to know why. She avoids me and ignores me. My step dads abusive and my real dad lives 380 miles away. I don't know why the thought of the baby bugs me either. when ever someone brings it up im almost in tears every time. i am very petite and small,but i have big babies at term,my babies were 8 and 9 pounds,12 and 10 years ago,i am currently pregnant at almost 31 weeks and had ultrasound today,i was worried about how big she will be,i have been miserable for 2 weeks now(groin pain from her head).........well,2 weeks ago they said,2lbs 10 ounces and today they guesstamated not quite 4 pounds!! ....how accurate are their estimates?

So I can not stand my child father. I am 10 weeks pregnant and all he wants to do is fight and try and make me more miserable. He'll send his new girl friend into where I work at, he will ignore me for days at a time, he only wants to be a part of the babies life if I would give the baby to him the minute it's born. Refuses to talk about child support, He gives me zero support and in general is just a jerk 24/7 bc I think he is trying to stress me out so I would loose the baby. Anyways, my question is-how do I handle this before I completely loose my mind? I am sick of being miserable and crying myself to sleep when this is supposed to be a happy time! What can I do to retaliate? This feels like a war I wont win:(

okay i made a mistake i had sex with 2 boys and i am 28 weeks pregnant and dont know who the daddy...... i had sex with the first boy on june 11 12 13 and i had sex wit the second boy on june28 29 and july 4.. i had a regular period on june 21 it stop on june 27.. .i am due on march 28 till april 10...i took an pregnancy test on junes 18 and it was negative can anyone tell me which boy is my baby daddy the first or second boy..... Ok so my last period was Nov 27, (I am actually kind of hoping to be pregnant but at the same time, hoping that I am not since its not really planned)..My period is usually 30-40 days apart, I had brown spotting 2 weeks ago for 3 days (implantation?)..I had cramps the other day and yesterday, but they werent as bad as period cramps but still no period? Should I test today or wait until the end of the week? And what are the chances of miscarrying again? I miscarried in June @ 10 weeks..

I have a 10 month old little girl, and when I was pregnant I had 3 friends pregnant who choose to have cesarean 2-3 weeks before their due date (two of them because they where miserable and one because she had her parents from Florida here in NC and they had plane tickets for a certain date. Out of 4 of us I was the only one who deliver the baby natural (past the due date). What surprise me was that even my doctor told me that if I want my baby early is no problem and that cesarean is not a big deal, in spite the fact that I was perfectly healthy and active until the day I deliver. So what do you think? Do you think doctors encourage women to have unnecessary cesareans for their own financial benefit? A natural birth with epidural cost approx. $3,000, while a cesarean is $10,000.

Okay I have to make a long story short....Last period was Sept 17 2008. My cycle is 32 days, and it has been 32 since I had a miscarriage in Jan 07. (I have been keeping track)...Anyhow I was due to start Oct 19th well that has definitely come and gone. I had extremely light spotting the first week of Novenber...reminded me of implantation bleeding that I had with my first pregnancy 1 month before my miscarriage. Well then almost 10 days after I spotted on Nov 13 i started spotting/bleeding and it lasted a little over two weeks. (I didn't even bleed enough to fill a pad...sorry tmi...my normal periods fill 3-4 pads a day)...Well during all this I have had multiple negative tests. I have multiple signs of pregnancy: sore breasts( which have doubled in sze in the last few months), consistent headaches, fatigue, frequent urination, nauseous but no vomiting.....etc. I am going to a free clinic at the end of this week for an ultrasound. Has anyone else gone through what I have....I have had an actual period of over three months...Please give me your input thank you

my husband and i have been trying to have a baby for 10 months now. and were hoping that im finally pregnant. signs im having: - cant sleep at night time (cant get comfortable) - cravings - bit of cramping here and there - extremly sentive/tender nipples - larger breasts - tiredness ETC, the only thing is, is ive had 3 urine and 1 blood test that came back neg. and that was approx. 3 weeks ago. ive always been on time with my period... but my last period i was 3 days late and missed 2 periods now. my cycle is 28 days. what do you guys think?

So I am going to list my signs/syptoms. I am currently 12-13 DPO and I am expecting AF on Thursday this week. Here is what I am experiencing: On this past Friday, which would have been 8 DPO, so implantation could have occured, I got really nauseated about 3pm and I threw up about three times that night ending at 2 am. I have been really nauseated every afternoon since then. My nipples are very tender and the areolas are darker than normal with more goosebumps than normal. I am hungry, but I can only eat about half of what I normally eat. I smoke a very small amount, but when I do go to smoke I cannot even smoke a whole cigarette. I get very nauseated. I am bloated. I have cramps on and off. My lower abdomen feels a little tighter, or bigger, or something. Just feels strange. I am extremely tired. Like since Friday I have am able to go to bed at 10 and sleep til 11 the next morning and then still be tired. I'm emotional. So I am wanting to know if this may sound like I could finally be pregnant. This is month number 5 of TTC our first so we have our fingers crossed. As I said, my period hasn't came yet and it is not due til Thursday. What are your thoughts please? Thanks in advance and baby dust to all!!

Hi ladies, I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with baby number 3 and all today I have been short of breath and very dizzy. I got so dizzy I almost fainted is this normal? I mean the shortness of breath and dizziness was so bad that i had to sit down and it didn't go away at first it went away after about 10 min of sitting. Do you ladies think I should go to the ER? I have a doctor appt. Jan. 14th thanks!

I am 12 days late for my period and I am getting really nervous because I hardly am ever late/nor early give or take 2 days. I took a pregnancy test 7 days (a week) and I KNOW i peed directly on it for the exact amount of time and the test came up blank with no lines. So after about 10 mins i used the same test and peed on it a 2nd time....it came up negative. Im not stressed so I dont know what else it could be. My chest is somewhat painful (which never happens) Just today (12 days) I woke up with a queezy feeling I've also been urinating a lot Lastly I have a great amount of clear discharge I would think these signs wouldn't show up for atleast a month tho if it was signs and symptoms of pregnancy?!

My friend (24) just told me that after her birthday dinner last week, a mutual friend (whom shes known for over 10+ years) told her to go back to his place because she had been drinking while out for her birthday.. he had been drinking too but his place was closer (I had left after 1/2 hour of showing up because I was sick) He invited her back to his apartment to hang out with his other roomates (all who live downstairs so she said they didnt hear anything). She said she kept saying no & tried to push him off & pleaded for him to at least put a condom on but he said "you should be on the pill like all other girls" She left right after & drove home even tho she was drunk (i wish she had called me). I told her this is rape, she said she isnt concerned about that aspect, she just doesnt want to end up pregnant (she had her last period 12/25/08 & this happaned 1/2/09) What can i tell her? he did not 'go' inside of her she said

i have been on 10 mg a day of celexa (as well as one puff a day of 100/50 advair for my asthma) for a couple of years now...absolutely no issues what-so-ever. It has completely taken care of my issues (nausea, heart palpitations, anxiety attacks, emotional roller-coaster...etc.). I have had no complaints...till now. All the sudden starting about a week ago, I have had almost constant issues with my heart. It feels like it is POUNDING out of my chest...short of breath, tingly arms/legs. My heart (or the muscles surrounding it?) now feel very worn out and tired...like sore muscles after a workout. My actual pulse is 85 beats per minute. I have called the nurse hotline....and she said just to basically keep an eye on it. Nothing has changed at all in my life...diet, routine, medicines, etc. Everything is the same. I have no medical insurance at the moment...and cannot afford to go to the ER or anything like that. I MAY be pregnant...but if I am it is too early to test. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced or heard of someone experiencing similar symptoms...especially in regard to the meds? Have I developed a delayed (like 2 years delayed...) reaction?? Celexa is a class "c" medication...which means it could maybe, possibly, contribute to some form of defect. But they have no solid evidence of that. I have one child already, and was on celexa for the entire pregnancy, as advised by my doctor. :o)

I am 10 weeks pregnant and for the past 2 weeks I couldn't even get out of bed without throwing up. Since I haven't been able to keep anything down, I've lost a few pounds and my doctor just prescribed me Ondansetron (the generic of Zofran), I'm currently taking 4 mg of the tablets that dissolve in the mouth 3 times a day. I was wondering if anyone else has taken this drug and how long you had to take it for. I know that most people with severe morning sickness tend to feel better around week 13 so I was just wondering when I should stop taking it.

Okay so I had sex on the 27th of December, so 10 days ago. On saturday which was one week after I started getting light cramps in my lower abdomen, but not as painful as usual period cramps. I started to read about implantation and bleeding, then sure enough the next time I went to the bathroom I had spotted but it was a brownish color. Since saturday i have had cramps and keep spotting but its a brownish color. Theres not very much blood so it's not a period it's just a little bit, but then this morning it was a brighter red when I wiped but still it's not very much. I was ovulating when I had sex so I could definately be pregnant. I dont know if I should take a test yet or if it's to early. My period would have been due yesterday. I have also been constipated the last 2 days which is not common for me. Does it sound like the cramps and spotting could be implantation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks! i am 4 weeks pregnant and i have cramping on and off for weeks now. drinking water helps alot. is this normal? this is my 2nd i lost my first at 10 weeks and i dont remember cramping on and off like this, so maybe this is a good sign. i dont have a dr yet i am going to apply for medicaid soon. is there any place i could go to get check out to make sure everything is going ok?

Hi, I'm 22 years old and have a 10 month old son. My last REAL period was on October 22nd and my husband and I have been trying for another baby. I was 100% certain I was pregnant again. I remember the symptoms, but here is the kicker. I started having light spotting 2 weeks past my missed period and thought it may have been cervical erosion. (The spotting would start when we'd have sex.) That spotting went on for a few days and then went away. The spotting then started again a week later and that went for a week and then it stopped again and then started bleeding a few days later and it was light bleeding (which is not normal for me if I'm getting my period.) I'd wipe and the blood was watered down. Then the bleeding stopped for a couple of weeks and then my husband and I had sex again and then I immediately started bleeding again and it still hasn't stopped. I'm having heavy bleeding with small little clots with NO cramps only a bloated feeling which makes me nervous. I normally have severe cramps with heavy bleeding to the point where I cannot walk it hurts so bad. So, this is definitely not normal for me. My basal body temperature is still high and hasn't come down. It's been going between 97.6-98.3 and my normal temperature while bleeding is between 95.6-96.2. So, this is another reason why I think I may be pregnant. My temperature stayed high with my son. Here is the kicker. I can take any pregnancy test and it will come back negative. Took me till I was 10 weeks to get a positive with my son. I think I'm running into the same problem and we don't have insurance at the moment. So, until I know for sure I don't want to see a doctor. Does this sound like subchorionic bleeding to you? Anybody that's been through this that can help me? PLEASE!

I would appreciate it if someone could help me out!!! My last REAL period was on October 22nd (I'm 22 years old and have a 10 month old son, btw!) Has anyone experienced this? Also, my basal body temperature hasn't come back down like it usually does when I'm in my period! PLEASE HELP!!!!

I am approx 10 weeks pregnant and just found out yesterday. I IMMEDIATELY went to medicaid and applied for benefits and was told it will be 20 business days. I lost my son at 22 1/2 weeks due to an incompetant cervix. I was told that I would have to get a cerclage immediately on my next pregnancy. No dr will even SEE me, let alone do a cerclage, until I get my medicaid paperwork. What do I do? Advice please???

Ok I had a d &c on dec. 10. THis saturday will be an exact month from the date that I had the d & c. I think I might be pregnant again.. which we wanted.. but I think I might have something else wrong. I take prenatal vitamins one is the vitamin the other is the dha. For the last week and a half I have had a ton of discharge. Mostly white creamy color. Just the last couple of days i've noticed like a constant ichy feeling down there. Is this normal? I know when I was pregnant the first time with my daughter I had something and I can't remember what it was called but it was like a burning feeling when I went pee. Is this the same thing? I didn't know if I should go to the dr . or if I should wait until I find out if i'm pregnant or not.. Also when should I take a test since I haven't had a period or any bleeding since the d &c? Right now I am on implanon and it sucks. I have gained 45 ponds in one year and bleed for 6 weeks, every six weeks. I talked to a obgyn about this and she said it was normal that this was my rythm. But when I went on the implanon website they said it wasnt normal. Also i fall into that .01% of people that most birth controls do not work for. I have five children. the crazy part is that after an accident when I was a child they had to surgically remove half of my uterus and I was told that It there was only a 20% chance that I would ever concieve and only 2% that I would ever carry a child to term. Imagine my shock when I did become pregnant and carried a healthy baby girl for 36 weeks. After that I went on depo one year later exactly I was pregnant again. After that I went on the pill and just to be safe my husband and I used condoms and spermicide. I became pregnant again exactly one year later. With my fourth we decided to use the family planning method. It worked for 3 years until we got a little intoxicated and we blew off the timing. With my fifth I had the Minerna IUD. Despite what they tell you apparently the real statistics are that 1 in 10 get pregnant with this. I went another 3 years before I did get pregnant. Before you say I should get my tubes tied, or do something permanent, this is absolutley out of the question, one because it is a miracle that I became pregnant in the first place and 2 becasue I plan on being a surrogate for my sister in law who cannot have children. Also my mom is like me she had 7 children and my little brother was the result of my mom having her tubes tied and my dad had a vesectomy. 12 years after her 6 my bro was born and I am 22 years older than him. In the meantime I need something with out all the side effects. all the other birth controls I was on, I never got a period at all and didnt gain any wait. I was a size 6 after my 4th child and now I am pushing size 18. Any suggettions would be great or even websites where I can compare different methods.

how is your expierence with your doctor while pregnant? do they do everything by book like you read or see in movies, do they spend lots of time w/ you in your room ect... do they listen to your concerns and try their best to prove everythings ok? im going to be interviewed next week for a dr at this hosptial my curretn ob/gyn doenst spend more than 5 mins in my room. she hasn't done a pap, checked for infections or anything. i am 10 weeks pregnant and i've been spotting since i was 5 weeks (bright red) she has only gotten me in 2 ultrasounds, she says their expensive, and 1 blood work test at 7 weeks that came back 32,000hcg level. im just not sure this is right? is there really a doctor out there like you see on a baby story? lol i know thats silly but i feel lost and hopeless in this. i have appointment today at 9:45 and she pushed it up to 11:45, and she schedules 3 women at the same time and makes you wait, im just annoyed. thanks

hi, i think i'm 10 weeks pregnant, my last period was oct 28th i have had 5 pregnancy tests and got a scan in 2 weeks, doc agrees i'm pregnant have had booking app with midwife and all my blood tests done they all came back fine, but i started very light spotting today and took a 6th test which says negative! I never miss periods and they are always very heavy (i have endremeterosis) do you think i should just wait for m
