I am currently 30 weeks and 2 days pregnant with our 2nd child. He moves around a lot and I'm loving every second of it =) Anyway sometimes when he moves he gets in a certain position and as he's rolling around it feels like I can feel a little body part. Also sometimes it looks like one side of my tummy is higher than the other. I think it's weird but also cute. I've become a peeonastick maniac after getting two positive on Clearblue +/- tests. Since then I've recieved 4 negatives on Answer brand and EPT digital & +/-. I would be 5 going on 6 weeks pregnant. Ok.. so I found out at the beginning of December that I'm having a baby! I'm so excited, but since it is my 1st pregnancy, I have questions about everything and anything. I know I should ask my OB/GYN, but I don't think of these things while I'm at my appointments. Anyhow, here's my question. The doctor told me ideally that he'd like me to gain between 25-35 pounds total. Well, I'm a little over 11 weeks along, and I've already gained 18 pounds!!! Is this going to "even itself out" or am I going to continue to gain and gain? I'm not worried about the stretch marks or anything like that, I just want to assure that the baby is going to be healthy. Thanks!

ok so im on birth control and im 2 pills into week 4 aka the "peach" pills and i haven't gotten my period yet. i have started taking it 2 months ago and the first month i got my period the first day of week 4 (the first peach pill). could i be pregnant or am i just overreacting? the only reason im freaking out is because me and my bf had sex at 11 o'clock and i take my pills at 10 but that day i took it after we had sex. he said it was ok but im not so sure. please help, i really don't want to be a 17 year old mom, plus i don't have a job so i don't have many options.

Okay so heres the situation, On Sept 11 2008, i had unprotected sex but for about 2-3 minutes, not that long because i stopped to think. after this I had my girlfriend take the Plan B pill about 15 hours later. She took it and then called me the next morning saying she took the 2nd pill. Everything seems to be fine SHE SAYS shes on her period 2 weeks later. We never had intercourse again. In the middle of October she cheated on me and had unprotected intercourse and got pregnant by early November. Starting yesterday I have been having slight tightness and discomfort in my stomach. It is mainly from the belly button and below. So I am going to list my signs/syptoms. I am currently 12-13 DPO and I am expecting AF on Thursday this week. Here is what I am experiencing: On this past Friday, which would have been 8 DPO, so implantation could have occured, I got really nauseated about 3pm and I threw up about three times that night ending at 2 am. I have been really nauseated every afternoon since then. My nipples are very tender and the areolas are darker than normal with more goosebumps than normal. I am hungry, but I can only eat about half of what I normally eat. I smoke a very small amount, but when I do go to smoke I cannot even smoke a whole cigarette. I get very nauseated. I am bloated. I have cramps on and off. My lower abdomen feels a little tighter, or bigger, or something. Just feels strange. I am extremely tired. Like since Friday I have am able to go to bed at 10 and sleep til 11 the next morning and then still be tired. I'm emotional. So I am wanting to know if this may sound like I could finally be pregnant. This is month number 5 of TTC our first so we have our fingers crossed. As I said, my period hasn't came yet and it is not due til Thursday. What are your thoughts please? Thanks in advance and baby dust to all!!

I am supposed to be 20 weeks now but i have not seen a doctor sense i was 11 weeks everything was o.k then. However I do not feel pregnant any more. My stomach doesnt seem to be growing my breast aren't tender. I feel pain in my stomach every now and then and sometimes there's like a tight feeling in my abdomen it doesnt it hurt but it's very annoying because it feels like a ball sitting in one spot. When i touch my stomach i cant feel anything and it doesnt feel hard at all. It looks like i just have a pudge. Can my lack of pregnancy feeling mean im having a miscarriage Plz help?

Hi, I have work experience at an infant school on monday and tuesdays which i started yesterday. I found out today that last term alot of the children in the school ( years R, 1 & 2) had chicken pox but now all the children in year R are clear of it but still some children in year 1 have it. Well I am working in a reception class, but wondered if Im still at risk. They know that I am 11 weeks pregnant, but arnt seeing it as a problem - that chicken pox is going round. The school is quite small, all the class rooms are separate but things like computers and the main hall are very close and Im just worrying, because I do come in contact with the children in other years. Also I have never had chicken pox before! So that is just making me worry even more! So do you think this is risky? and what happens if I get it? Thanks x

how is your expierence with your doctor while pregnant? do they do everything by book like you read or see in movies, do they spend lots of time w/ you in your room ect... do they listen to your concerns and try their best to prove everythings ok? im going to be interviewed next week for a dr at this hosptial my curretn ob/gyn doenst spend more than 5 mins in my room. she hasn't done a pap, checked for infections or anything. i am 10 weeks pregnant and i've been spotting since i was 5 weeks (bright red) she has only gotten me in 2 ultrasounds, she says their expensive, and 1 blood work test at 7 weeks that came back 32,000hcg level. im just not sure this is right? is there really a doctor out there like you see on a baby story? lol i know thats silly but i feel lost and hopeless in this. i have appointment today at 9:45 and she pushed it up to 11:45, and she schedules 3 women at the same time and makes you wait, im just annoyed. thanks

i was with my ex for 11 years, and split up with him over 3 years ago, he treated me badly and always made me feel bad about myself, obviously my daughter saw this and heard the arguements, any way we both moved on and have both been with our current partners the last couple of years, my daughter wanted to keep in contact with him as he was the only 'dad' she ever knew, so she stays occasionally with him and his girlfriend, me and my ex dont really talk to each other as everytime we do we end up argueing. anyway a couple of months ago my daughter came back from his and was acting up, when i finally got it out of her i was pretty shocked, the girlfriend had miscarried, my daughter finally told me the reason she was so upset was because they had known for weeks that she was pregnant and hadnt told her til afterwards, her anger was when would they have told her if she hadnt had lost the baby? then while my daughter is getting to grips with that they then drop the next bombshell they're getting married!! shes upset because she sees how differently and better her 'dad' treats the girlfriend, and told me that if he had treated me better then it would be me and him getting married, i told her that that wouldnt have happened, and obviously the girlfriend is better for her dad then i was, and this way we are both happier. my daughter is struggling with this and im getting the backlash of it, i want to help her but i dont know how too, if i try and talk to my ex he will just think its because im jealous or something like that any help or advice would be greatly appreciated 1 - i do not want to marry him, it didnt happen when we were together sure as hell isnt happening now!! 2 - crystal leeann thank you, that was why i was considering talking to him, because he is loosing her through his own doing, and he's hurting her, and i just want to protect my baby!

I have had endometriosis for 7 years and been on Lupron for 5 years consistently. The Lupron started at 11.25 mg, moved up to 22.5 mg, and now I am on 33.75 mg. Within the last 8 months I stop taking the add back (which I started taking again 2 days ago) norethindrone (a birth control). In the last week or so I have been nauseous and am concerned I am pregnant. Is this possible? I haven't had a period in 5 years, doesn't that mean I can't get pregnant? And if i do try to take a home pregnancy test, will it come out correctly since I don't have a time line (ie missed period) to judge when to take it?

I am 11 weeks and am worried now. I have had a really bad cold now for 2 weeks and have been desperate for some relief. I've been taking plain tylenol, tylenol cold, vicks vaporub or halls lozenges which my doc considered safe off and on to help treat it. None of these helped much. So tonight I was tired of feeling miserable and couldn't breathe from the congestion and figured that I'd take a nasal decongestant called Otrivin to help me sleep. I believe I remember my previous OB that I had with my daughter okaying them during pregnancy. Anyway, it did the job, I can breathe but I also feel a little high now, am wide awake and can't sleep. I'm scared that if I'm feeling this way, it can't be good for my baby. Should I be paranaoid? Did anyone else's doc okay nasal decongestants while pregnant?

Okay, I am 10 weeks, almost 11 weeks pregnant. I noticed my cervix feels kind of open. But I am on progesterone, and I was wondering, if I AM miscarrying, would the progesterone prevent any cramping or just prevent the bleeding? I don't want to call my doctor just yet. Just thought maybe someone here could help me out. I have had a miscarriage before, at 7 weeks, so I am concerned. Well, I was just wondering if anyone had experienced the same thing, but I will call my doctor. I don't want to go to the emergency room, but I might. I am on Prometrium, 100mg, nightly, because my levels were low, but my quant was low. I am getting worried, because I know prometrium will prevent bleeding, but I also do not know if I should be really worried, because I am not having any cramping.

My husband and I don't have children(I am however currently 11 weeks pregnant). We are renting a house, that is under my fathers name, but due to the economy we have not been able to change my dads name to our names as owners of the house. We make pretty good money. However, we are also in the process of building a home. Well still a very long process. Barely last year we finished paying our architect $4800, and then $500(deposit only) to the city. Would that help us out in getting some money back? Since its going towards making our home? Also, what other things can help us out? Unfortunately, we do not have donations, we don't pay for gas to go to work. How about receipts from doctor visits? Since last year I had a miscarriage, I kept going to the doctor a few times, plus once at the hospital(but I do have health insurance) so i didn't pay as much, but will that help? Thanks. Oh and another thing last year we did have to pay $300 and got like $50 back! Also, in the very beginning of last year, I changed my dependents to 0, and had $100 taken off my check(automatically) to transfer to my savings, will that help me out, that maybe I didn't make as much?

I am pregnant with my fourth and I have had slight nausea, only throwing up maybe two times, same as the other pregnancies. But, with the others it was gone by week 11-12 and I had no problem eating. I am still quite nauseated every night, I can't eat anything, I have no appetite at night, and I have a horrible headache every night. (it makes it hard to cook for the younungs w/o wanting to throw up) Well no appetite all day really, but during the day I can make myself eat. Anyone else out there? Also what are the chances of it moving completely away from the cervix ? (if there are any doctors or nurses here who can answer this last question)

before i got pregnant i had no problems with my hearbeat it started during pregnancy

My husband and I have each had children from a previous marriage. He has three (two girls ages 5 and 9 and a boy, almost 11)and I have three (three girls ages 1 1/2, almost two and 4, although my 4 year old is my adopted niece). And in about two weeks we will be adding one more member to our family: a baby boy. Our kids get along great, my husband gets a long great with my kids and I get along great with his two daughters. However, my step-son and I have always had problems even before I married his dad. I would call and he would answer and say "Dad's not home, but I'll tell him you called." Three days later I'll call back and my (now) husband would say "I never got a message." The day we got married he refused to be his dad's best man (which I didn't mind. It's his choice). After we returned from our honey moon, my husband had him fix up the master bathroom for me. He put pictures of his mom all on my half. I've always told myself that he just feels I'm replacing his mom. Every time he does something like this, I remind him I'm not trying to be his mom, I just want to be a friend. But this is what really was the straw that broke the camel's back. I dropped everyone but my 1 1/2 year old off at school, preschool or daycare (my 1 1/2 year old was sick), did my usual errands, went back home, met with a few clients (I'm a wedding planner and I work from home) and made some lunch for my daughter. At around 1:30 I go upstairs to put my daughter down for a nap and I hear noise coming from my step-son's room. I open the door and find him sitting there on his bed. I asked what he was doing there. He told me had ditched school and ran home and had been in his room for awhile. I told him I was going to call his father and he jumped up and said "If you do I'll tell Dad that you were talking to your ex-husband on the phone! And I'll say that your planning on leaving him!" None of that is true. I told him he has no right to speak to me that way. He said "Your not my mother!" and I said "I may not be but you have no right to speak to ANY adult that way!" and he smacked me and shoved me into the wall. He screamed "I hate you!" I held my hand to my cheek and left the room. I called my husband and told him everything. When he came home that night he grounded my son for four weeks. One week for skipping school, one week for talking back and two weeks for smacking me and shoving me into the wall (it would normally be one, but my husband considers me two people since I'm pregnant). My step-son yelled and screamed and cried. Last night he came up to me while I was cleaning bathroom dishes and whispered "I'm going to get you back so good. I'm moving out and telling Dad it's all your fault. I can go live with my Mom!" and walked off. What should I do? About what he said and the way he treats me? Please help! Oh and I made a mistake. My daughters ages are 1 1/2 and almost 3, not almost two.

IS IT NORMAL. MY BOYFRIEND"S MOM ALWAYS GETS MAD CAUSE I NEVER EAT I CAN GO WITH OUT EATTING FOR HOURS AND NOT FEEL ANYTHING. CAN ANYONE HELP? THANK YOU

I am 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I have been having some slight stomach pains. There has been no cramping or bleeding at all, just once in a while small pains. It almost feels like my stomach is trying to stretch. My back is also really tense and achy lately too. I have my first appt. to hear the heartbeat on Friday and was just wondering if these are concerns to bring up with my doctor.

I am very little 4'11 and before I got pregnant is was 108lbs Im about 120 now.. do you think my doctor will put me on bed rest plus I have scoliosis...

OK.. SO I GOT MIRENA INSERTED 9/2/08 AND HAD A REGULAR PERIOD WITH SPOTTING IN BETWEEN UNTIL 11/29/08 AND WAS EXPECTING TO GET MY MONTHLY FOR DECEMBER.. BUT DIDNT.. SO RITE NOW IM ABOUT A WEEK LATE... I KNO YOUR PERIODS WILL EVENTUALLY STOP.. BUT THAT SOON?? 2 MONTHS?? IM THINKN MAYB MY BODYS JUST GETTN USE TO THE IUD... BUT IM ALSO KIND OF FREAKIN OUT BECAUSE IVE BEEN FEELIN PREGNANT...IM NAUSEUS ALL THE TIME.. HAVE WEIRD CRAVINGS.. I ACTUALLY HAVE A DRS APPOINTMENT IN A COUPLE DAYS.. IM JUS WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS?

I am 11 days late with my period. I have mild cramping, always eating and forever tired. I wake up tired. i am also very moody lately. im not sure whats is going on. I took two pregnancy test and they back negative. What could be wrong? This is driving me crazy. I want to become pregnant. We even have relations on the day i was ovulating. HELP! i cant go the doctors yet they don't have an opening until 2 weeks from now

I FINALLY got my Positive from a Clearblue Digital this morning, I have been getting very faint positives for a few days but wasnt sure if they were evaporation lines t wa very stressful. This morning I took a 99 cent store one and the line isnt so faint anymore! And a Clearblue came Pregnant! I am nervous, this is my second pregnancy. I had a miscarriage in December of 2007 at 11 in a half weeks. So I am trying to do things right or well cut out coca cola and doing so much work around the house. I am not going to tell anyone this time until after first trimester besides my Husband and my BFF (only cuz shes on yahoo answers and she knows every thing I ask and answer LOL) I told the world the day after I knew last time and it hurt my family really bad when the miscarriage happened. Oh well I could go on and on right now I am so excited. Thanks to all you ladies who have given me hope!!!

Yes its great news..I'm 11 weeks & due on July 26... But the sad part is I just lost the love of my life 2 weeks ago in a Accident..We planned on being married the 14 of March 2009. Together we have a Beautiful baby girl who's 2 together and Now another 1 on the way. Is this a Blessing or what? I have no idea if I can make it on my own. But I have an AMAZING family & wonderful friends that have so far help me get thougt this. It's weird how this all has happen..(Just doesnt seem right.) I feel like I'm lost and cofused....Not sure if I can raise 2 kids by myself...Is there anyway I'll be okay and do you think I'm overacting...Not sure What to do anymore....I'm only 19 and have 2 lives that will be depending on me...Where do I go from here??

Guys, I have a lump on the left part of my lower abdomen. I think it has grown since I first felt it at 5 weeks. It is ridiculously painful. I saw a gynae yesterday and she is sending me to see my useless GP because she says its outside of her area of specialism. I am worried sick here. The gynae scanned the baby and it looks like all is well. This lump has me very worried though. Apparently its too big to be a lymph node and not quite a hernia. Also, my Doctor doesn't seem to be bothered much by it even though its so ridiculously painful. Oh and, I can only feel and see it when lying down. Its the size of a kiwi fruit. Any ideas of what this could be?

Lately things have been happening that don't normally happen before I get my period. I was pregnant before but I didn't get any sypmtoms my entire pregnancy. Anyways lately I have been extra constipated (its comes out looking like pebbles), I pee a little more then usual, I'm constantly hungery, I get on and off headaches, I sleep a little more, my last period was 11/7 I wasn't due till the 1/3 which means I'm 2-3 days late, I always have gas, I have gained weight. What would be the odds that I am indeed pregnant and how for along would I be? I will be taking a test once a week goes by.

I have just found out I am pregnant, LMP 29/11/08, I did a test on Saturday and Sunday and they are both positive. I know I will only be a couple of weeks (anyone know exactly?) but is pain normal, especially when I cough?

Ok so im on the pill called estelle(or known to some as dianne) ive jus started my sugers on friday but about a week before that i noticed little dark dots on my undies not alot but bout 4 and i fort is that bloood n then thought nothing bout it and a few days late i noticed it again but ive never wiped and there been blood. ive been having a few weird pains in my lower stomach crampy jab sorta things headachs n light headedness maybe a bit queezy. it usualy takes bout 5 days never anymore then 6 to get my period after starting the sugers tomorrow is day 5 but usually i get this feeling that im gettin my period and i dont have it ?? my last period was the 11/ 12/ 2008 and i had unprotected sex on the 16/12/2008,21/12/08, 30/12/08 so what do u think??

Ma lmp waz 2 months ago on 11/3/08 and ma stomach is now swollen nd ma breats but da thing is I went 4 an ultrasound last week and they said "no baby ur not pregnant" is it possible dat they jus missed da baby? Or its 2 small 2 see yet? I need help I am also throwing up nd havin cravings I am feelin pregnant.....
