so my 17 year old sister is 21 weeks pregnant and she lives at home. and i am 14 and i have to ride to and from school with her. what are somethings i can do to make sure we don't fight because of her moods? what can i do?

My nose is completely stuffed up, I am breathing out of my mouth now, and I am constantly out of breathe. I have been told and have read this is normal, but no one else I know who has been pregnant have ever had this. What can I do to feel better? I am now getting sinus headaches from being so stuffed up.

I'm at least 17 days late. I'm the typical 28 day cycle and on time. I already have three children and not looking to get pregnant again so there's really no hype about it. I took MANY pregnancy tests and they all say negative. When I was pregnant with my 3 children, it showed up right away and I showed pretty early. I can't figure this one out. Im 17 going on 18 and ive just found out today im pregnant which makes me about 5 or 6 weeks along. just after i went to the doctors i got really tight knots in my stomach and im bleeding heavy. I still have the tight knots in my stomach right now and its not stopped since 6pm. the blood is very dark red with little clots in it. is this possibly a miscarriage?!

Ive had my periods on the same date every month since they started until last december they suddenly changed. They were exactly 4 weeks long so they always came on the same date every month eg. jan 1st, Feb 1st, march 1st etc.! But lately since december they changed and are now exactly 2 weeks later than my due date. These are the dates Oct 1st, Nov 1st, December 7th, January 17th, March 1st. Its really confusing me because im trying to conceive since last November and im not sure when I ovulate and if my periods being so messed up are affect me not falling pregnant? Any ideas?

Alright i love repeating this over and over again but it's very stange situation. I have chronic mono this is the 2nd time ive had it. dr thinks i might also have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrom. i have a urinary tract infection. just starting to get over bronchidis. i have been eating alot more lately. ive been constipated. and ive been burping very frequently for the past few weeks. ive been throwing up every few days for the past three weeks as well as being bloated and abdominal pain. my period hasnt come. i cant remember my last period it was sometime in january. could all this cause my period to skip. and the dr has tested urine and blood recently so wouldnt she have told me i was pregnant? please help

I hardly ever want to eat meat now for some reason, never sounds good, so i'm concerned with protein for example. How many grams is a pregnant woman supposed to consume? I've been eating some deviled eggs recently, but i'm not sure how much protein they have. Also water intake. Ugh, never seems like I can get myself to drink what I should. I drink about 30-40 oz a day, then a couple glasses of milk and a glass of V8 splash, and sometimes I have a sprite everyother day. I was getting worried about being pregnant again as I am only 17 so I went to the doctor and he confirmed it. what so ever. I've never done this before. My last cycle was on 2/15/2010 and I had unprotected sex on 2/22/2010. Now according to my own calculations my cycle is not due to around the 17th or so this month. But I've taken 3 urine pregnancy test and 1 blood test. They all where negative. i am 8 months pregnant ( maybe a little hormonal, okay maybe alot) i don't need stress in my life especially because it's high risk. but here is my problem and maybe im being selfish but , for the last atleast 2 months my fiance ( we have been living together for the last 2 years) has been doing nothing but making plans to go away for weekends after the baby is born, im not talking about just once in a while it's like he has booked up almost every weekend this summer to go away without me and the baby. anything he has made plans to do has excluded us ( camping, concerts). well last night i blew up at him. he did it again. my c-section is booked for april 15th ( which is major abdominal surgery) i get out of the hospital on the 17th with baby ( first day home) well last night he decided he is going to a concert the evening of the 17th and then going to the bar with his buddy afterwards. i got extremely upset about it. i told him what i thought, i t feels like even though baby isn't born yet i will be raising baby on my own. of all nights to make plans he does it my first night home with the baby... i told him that i would rather be single and that way he can do what he wants when he wants. he didn't say to much the only thing he ask is when he would be able to see his daughter and i told him whenever he wanted, i ended up sleeping on the couch and we havent spoken since. it's not like we are 2 teenagers , i am 30 and he is turning 35. we have 2 other children( from previous relationships) i just don't know what to do, should i stay with him and be upset and just deal with it or should we just go our separate ways? oh and his birthday is coming up in 2 weeks.. i know it's not his problem it's mine but im stuck at home on bed rest but he has made plans to go out with his buddy to see a comedian and go to the bar. this is the first time he has done this in the last 5 years. so yet again not including me . maybe it's just me but it makes me really sad that all of a sudden it seems like he just doesn't want me around. i also told him what bothers me the most is that he keeps making all these plans and excluding me and not once has he suggested that after baby is born we do something together as a family or even suggest we do anything as a couple. he didn't say anything. any advice would help, am i just being stupid or would anyone else feel the same way i do??

Okay, nearly 2 weeks ago i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend (i know it was stupid, but it happened and we cant change that now). the last week i have been feeling really tired, stuffy nose, needing the toilet a lot more than usual (but half the time when i get to a toilet, i really dont need to go anymore??), been over emotional about everything and had bad cramps. now i know it should be wayyyyy too early to even notice if i was pregnant, but i still cant help but think, all these things are symptoms of pregnancy. i had my last period starting on the 17th of februrary, and i know most hpt wont be accurate until the time iv missed my period. i just want to know if its possible to tell and notice pregnancy symptoms this early, or if im just creating this all in my head. and also, is it possible that if i was pregnant and took a home test, would it show up positive this early, maybe?

ok i just want to see if you guys think im overreacting about my mom. she claims shes been pregnant for 2 years 'cause "god told her she is" all she does is sleep 14 hours a day then get on facebook/farmville, not joking, she doesn't leave the house or even leave her chair except to vaccum(e?) the house ussually 2 or 3 times a day, she hasn't cooked in weeks, she has a woman paid to clean the house once a week 'cause she's "too busy/stressed" (wtf) she makes my 6 year old sis and 10 year old bro sleep 14/16 hours so they "won't bother her" she took my older brother and i out of public school when i was in 2nd grade (i'm 14 now) now she "homeschools" us, i know for a fact that my little siblings haven't TOUCHED their school books in over a year, my little brother is about 4'9 tall and only 50 lbs cause she doesnt make him eat, if he doesnt like it, both of the little ones sleep in her bed with her every night (i thought 6 was stretching it?) her parents hate her and wont see us anymore cause every time they talk she SHOVES religion down their throats (as she does to everyone else too) my 6 year old sis is still in diapers my little brother nursed untill he was 5 she "spanked" my older brother untill he was 17 yrs old, i'm worried about my little brother and sister...they have zero friends and will never be able to go to college or do anything with their lives cause she doesnt make them do their school work and they won't get diplomas........ I'm not on birthcontrol so that's not it and i have no idea why. But ive been getting lower back pains (theyve been gone for about 2 days) but i still get them when i wake up but when i move aroud im okay. I have horrible nausea like i can sit for hours waiting to puke but nothing happens. im either starving or cant look at food. im peeing more often but that could be from the UTI. although it doesnt hurt anymroe. my body aches, i have major headaches and im constipated but when i have a bowel movement its quite more then normal. i drink more water but am still pretty bloated. my boobs arent tender but my nipples are just a tad.i get dizzy, light headed, short of breath & I've also been quite nasal congested. but i have no cold sypmtoms. any idea what it might be? could i be pregnant? could it be kidney stones? anything combined? also i've had cramping thats like a 6 or 7 on scale of 1-10 in my lower abdomin that happens for about 2-3 days a week. what could that be? I am 16, almost 17, and I found out today that I am about 8 weeks pregnant. The father is a very good friend of mine...we had a "sporadic romantic encounter" when I was at his house. I've told him and he says he will support me no matter what. I do not want to get an abortion. My parents know I really want a family, and I've told them that I don't want to start one until I'm at least 25, but they'll think that I did it deliberately. How can I let them know that this was not planned?

I am a junior in high school and i have been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years now he is 18. I am in a program called Independent study, i go to school once a week and earn my credits and i am positive i will be graduating normally with my class. I am very responsible and i have talked to my boyfriend about it and he is very supportive of the idea. In many cases i want this baby because it would be a beautiful thing and just bring so much joy into my family. My boyfriend has a stable job bringing in almost 2000 dollars a month and i think it would be an all around good thing. Other than the fact my grandmother and his mom tell him to not get me pregnant but we no for a fact that if i did they'd be upset but only for a short period of time. I just wanted peoples experience and such. Also i am in no need of having a wanna be fun time with friends to go party and drink. I never wanted to go to prom and i think having a child would definitely, if it ever crossed my mind, prevent wanting to drink or do drugs.

My wife and I have had our vacation planned since the beginning of the year. We're going down to North Carolina with the rest of my family for my cousins graduation gift. As soon as we knew we were going we put in our vacation requests at work. She was approved for her paid vacation time but we never realized that they were using her paid vacation time on her doctors appointments for her pregnancy. They're aware that she's pregnant and that she's going to her doctors appointments. She can't get on FMLA until July and now only has 8 1/2 hours of vacation time left. Now they're telling her that she won't be able to take the time off for our vacation when we're suppost to go in less then a month... well technically they told her that she can only take one day of vacation (8 hours) and then it's back to work. They gave her 3 incurrence's already (written up) for missing work because of emergency room visits from complications of the pregnancy. The company doesn't have sick days but something called "personal days" where you have to tell them in advance if you're going to taking one. Only problem with that is that they give you an incurrence if you do that and if you have 5 in a calender year you get fired. Now we don't know what to do because we told my family that we're going on this vacation and we have our reservations all set and everything but my wife doesn't want to get fired for going on this vacation that was already pre-approved. We're thinking that she should just get fired from work and get on unemployment until the baby is born (she's 17 weeks). Any suggestions on what to do? Is she being treated unfairly? She never asked for her appointments to be paid, she told them what days her appointments were and they've been taking her hours from her vacation time. Her ob is about a hour away (family doctor) and he's not there on the weekends, the days she has off, and they'd be closed by the time she gets there if she left right after work. They try to schedule an ultrasound on the same day (because of the drive) in which she'd miss the whole day at work. So far she's missed: 8 hours - emergency room: really bad pains in her uterus where she couldn't walk 8 hours - first ob/ultrasound: follow up after the ER. Ob didn't take long but waited forever at the hospital for the ultrasound 4 hours - ob appointment after the ultrasound; discovered that she has a bicornuate uterus which explained the pain that felt like she was being ripped apart 3.5 hours - regular ob appointment 4 hours - 2nd ultrasound 4 hours - ob appointment She's willing to make up the time but they won't let her

Im 31 weeks and 5 days and im having a Baby Boy. But im still figuring Out who is my baby's father.I did my first Ultrasound On March 2 2010 and the doctor said the measurements of the baby is fine and perfect but actually my tummy is Kind of Small for 31 weeks.Im 17 years old and Im a senior and i graduate May 21 2010... but I havent had my period right after me and my ex-boyfriend broke up which was in the beginning of July 2009.Me and him did it more then 8 times without protection. I am only 5'4" and weigh about 107 well did I am about 117 now. But I am curious to when the pregnant belly is really going to show? And also, at what week do you find out the sex of the baby? I've heard anywhere from 8-16 weeks depending on the ultrasound pictures. im 17 and the girl im with is 16 and shes almost 6 weeks pregnant and her parents know and are going to support and help but my parents don't know and if they found out they'll probably kill me but i know they will find out sometime before i move out next year...so i need to know should i take my chances and tell my parents or just wait til im 18 to where they cant do anything then which is in like actually a year

I have already taken several hpt and they all came back negative. But I have been feeling weird, my back has been hurting alot for the past days and as for now I have really light cramping and it growls most of the time weird and im not even hungry after eating alot. I keep feeling my period is coming but nothing and this morning and yesterday I got this clear kind of discharge. I had unprotected sex on Jan.16 and got my period jan.24 and it lasted only for 2 1/2 when it usually last for one whole week, I am regular and i havent gotten my period on feb. three weeks ago I was feeling nauseous, moody and now i feel more tired and in the mornings im too lazy to get up and I wake up with a very growling stomach. Am I pregnant? oh and 4 weeks ago I took a blood test and it came back negative, would it be a better results if I take it again now?

So im 10 weeks pregnant and my ex boyfriend is still ignoring me and talking about me behind my back. Im in high school and I think a majority of the problem is people telling him things that are not true. I can't really talk to him in person because hes always with his friends, and they make him act different. So im going to txt him, but I dont know what to say. Can someone please help me come up with something to tell him, to make him understand I need him. We have been arguing alot, and Ive gave him space. Hello, I'm currently 17 weeks 5 days pregnant and today I'm experiencing pelvic pain on my left side its like a burning stabbing sensation!!! It didn't go away untill I took a tylenol... I will be 17 weeks pregnant next Tues. At that point I am suppose to stop the 200mg of prometrium. This makes me nervous, I had three miscarriages prior to this, I have come so far now and am scared to quit taking it. What makes it ok to stop?

so i was casually having sex with this guy for about a half a year.. and we both ended up catching feelings.. so we made it official.. we both fel in love.. and he got me pregnant.. so now im 17 weeks pregnant... and its like we fight over the littlest dumb shyt.. and he said since i been pregnant im trying to push him away.. and i dont mean to!!! i love him..im just a lil scared i think.. its like i wish we would of waited.. and i feel as if we are not close enough to eachother.. i feel as if he wanted me to have this kid so we would get closer.. and i wanna be with him.. if everything will be ok.. idk wat to do.. and my hormones are raging.. i wanna cry all the time.. and i went to see him lastnight and he was very cold towards me.. except when its something he wants to talk about .. then im the bytch when i hardly listen.. when i tell my mother she just tells me no matter wat i have to be here for the baby .. with or without him.. but she doesnt understand he did this on purpose.. it wasnt an accident that im pregnant.. he meant to do it.. when ever we fight.. he is like" i tell u all the time how much i love you and i dont wanna lose you.. etc" but why cant i just be happy? i need some lifting words.. preferably from a mother already.. i am just so sad and depressed.. and lastnite i drove around and contemplated suicide.. cus i wanna run away from my problems..

ive been trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years. i have a son whos almost 4. the problem i keep facing is my irregular periods, i start spotting in the middle of my cycle around days 15-17 and after a week of spotting i get my period. im always at my obgyn office and did all tests necessary, everything is normal, they found one cyst , and treated it, but i cant seem to get my period to be regular. meanwhile, my ovulation kit said i was high fertility yesterday and i spotted today....plz help with some answers.... yes i took the hysterosalpingogram to see if my tubes were blocked and it came back negative everything is normal. my husband has been checked and everythings good with him. i havent taken any deporovera. after i had my son i had the iud(non hormonal) for 2 yrs then had it removed in 2008. in summer of 2009 my obgyn found i have cysts in my ovaries, and i treated them for months. after not getting any more answers from theat doc i switched to a diff one. and did 2 TVsonograms in the past 2 months, they found one small cyst and treated it , did another sonogram and it was gone. also tested the lining of my uterus, because in one test seemed think, and that came back negative as well and my doc said everything was fine, so put me on clomid this month..i thought i was still in the middle of my cycle and trying to conceive till i spotted this morning...i dont know what to do also my doc said my hormone levels were all normal..is theres anything else im missing, and not sure what u mean by bbt??

ok for the past month I keep having pregnant dreams all the time. But the one who was always pregnant in thm was my sister not me. Then after a few weeks of these dreams I'm suddenly the one preg and then my friends all are too. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN! the dreams are almost every night now and it's creeping me out. I'm 17 weeks pregnant, not real big or anything, and was thinking about going out to play some tennis and throw a basketball around. I don't plan on having an intense game of either, just hitting the ball back and forth, enjoying the weather. Would it be safe as long as I don't really run??

Supposedly I'm 33 weeks and 4 days pregnant... Due April 24th..I kept track of my periods so I know that the first day of my last period was July 2nd. Which based on a 28 day cycle I can't remember exactly but I though was April 8th... When I told the nurse my last period she said I must have had a light period after July 2nd. I didn't argue with her but know I didn't have a light period...at a different dr appt I asked the doctor if my due date was way off because my period is about 7 days long ... And around 38-40 day cycle. I ovulate on the 16th or 17th day of my cycle... She just said yes.. I'm just wondering if with that information would my due date really be pushed back to April 24th instead of atleast the middle of April? The baby has measured about a week or 2 ahead lately.. My very first appointment where I was supposedly around 8 weeks the baby only measured 5 wks and 5 days.. I'm just wondering if anbody can help me out with the math...

Ok... I asked this question before but I have a little more detail to add that might hopefully get some more results/answers... Ok so my period was supposed to come around valentines day shortly after so on Feb 15th my period hadn't came yet so I decided to have sex unprotected after I had missed my pill the previous week... I know BAD idea but it happened. So ever since then... no period. My last period was around Jan 14th-17th somewhere around there. I'd like to think it's just my pills messing with my period but I'm unsure. I have been under stress this past month with moving out of my parents house and a huge fight with my mom so could the stress be causing the missed periods? And if so, then why did I miss the first period? Also, could the environmental change be causing this from me moving into a different house with different people? I know no one on here can give me a specific diagnosis but any help would be appreciated. :-) Have a great day! P.S. My cousin also thought it could be due to my birth control just stopping my periods but I've never had that happen before I'm on a regular birth control called Necon 1/35. Also I feel like my period is coming because I have lower back cramps and I feel something coming out but when I go to the bathroom it's just clear discharge (not smelly). We picked her name when I was 17 weeks pregnant, aswell as the name she would of had if she was a boy. Her full name is Elodie Scarlett Clayforth-Kean People think we picked her name the day she was born, and don't believe we picked it so early. They tell us it was tacky and not very nice to give the name Scarlett when shes a Red-head. I of course tell them where to stick their opinion lol, But do you think its tacky? & Have people given unwanted rude opinions on names you like? :)

I'm really worried. All night last night, and this morning, I've been having very bad stomach cramps. I took some ibuprofen a few minutes ago, and that helped slightly. I barely slept last night due to the pain. I think this may be just a stomach ache, but I'm not sure. Last month, in February, my period didn't come. The last period I had was January 17 - January 23. I had rather heavy bleeding, and minor cramps. There's NO chance that I'm pregnant. Also, I had the flu a few weeks ago, and took nyquil for it. I went to the doctor, but she said not to worry. Any idea what may be wrong? (Also, excuse my grammar today. As I said, I barely slept.) Also, I'm about average weight, possibly a few pounds extra, nothing big though. My periods usually come every month, sometimes twice since I'm very irregular.

please help me im not sure what to do .i have had a bit of a bad time and now i have got to a point where i dont know what to do anymore ! my head feels all scrambled i lose my temper at the silliest of things of things.the other day i even thought about falling down some stairs just to see if it sorted my head out .yes its sounds silly but i have bad days and good ones. i have been raped at the age of 16 ,i lost my baby at 17 weeks pregnant then i had too wait 2 weeks before they removed my baby then i found out i could have cancer which later i got the all clear i have been homeless with my children ! then my brother died at the age of 30 which was a shock ! life at easy as im always struggling to pay my bills !! i have never spoke to anyone about how i feel untill now. i have tryed exercise but now i find it hard to do anything some mornings i dont want to get up i even get to a point where i just want to walk out and leave my family ! please help i feel like im going crazy !!!
