The baby is measuring at 22wks 1day even thou they wont move my due date is it the fact im 22wks and 1day pregnant or do i just have a bigger baby for the amount of weeks i am??? Yayyy im also havin a lil girl too... Anyones help on this would be great :)

Hello, I've just had my 2nd ultrasound on Monday. I had a such a horrid time. I was almost 21 weeks pregnant during my visit. I was laying down,...my back started hurting soo much! I couldn't breathe properly. I almost wanted to cry there. The tech lady was telling me to move closer to her, move to side way a couple of times,...my both sides were hurting big time. I wanted to cry with pain. I told the tech lady that my back is in pain. She did nothing. She was quiet, and mumbling - measuring my baby. I had no clue what I was seeing. I felt uncomfortable with her. I asked her if she knew the gender of the baby? she said not yet. After an hour - she still couldn't tell me nothing. She didn't explain to me anything. My mom & fiance came later on,...to see it. They both said the tech lady wasn't doing her job, seemed like she didn't care to be there. My mom asked her, if she knew the gender of the baby yet? she said no, not really. Later she said, around 60% a girl. As I left that place - my right side was shooting with pain I couldn't walk. I started crying right there. I couldn't breathe. My fiance had to carry me to the car. Both of them got really upset - they are upset at the tech lady for not doing notthing or not caring at all when I told her I was in a pain,...yet she kept asking me to move around, not caring if I was in pain, or not. Mom later, called the clinic place - really upset telling them - that the lady was very rude, didn't care at all, and that I was in a pain - mom almost yelled at the lady. I just found out I am pregnant on the 22nd of Dec. I had a blood test done on the 23rd and my HCG was only 15. I also had an ultrasound but there was no evidence of gestation. My doctor said HCG was too low and Im probably not pregnant. Had more tests done: Dec 26- 73 Dec 27- 132 Dec 29- 351 I cant recall when my last period was in Nov. was but I know its somewhere between the 17th-21st. My last recorded sure menstrual period was Oct 21. Because I dont know when my last period was they cant tell me how far along I am in the pregnancy. I just had an ultrasound done yesterday Jan.2.. which showed an empty gestational sac. Im worried that its empty. Is it too soon? They told me to come back in 2 weeks.

I am 21 weeks pregnant but my stomach is huge and i think way too big for 21 weeks. my first pregnancy i wasnt even this big at 9 months. the doctor said i am big for the amount of weeks i am but my uterus is measuring just right and the baby is measuring just right but i just cant get over how big i look. first off i am wondering if anyone else felt they were really big around 20 weeks did you get bigger as the pregnancy went on ? i feel if i get bigger than this i wont be able to walk.secondly i would like to know if anyone reading this were told on an ultrasound they were only having one child then later found out it was twins? i know that usually doesnt happen but has it ever happened to anyone reading this?

My question is that until my first trimester I gained about 5 pounds. Now I am in week 21 and I have gained a total of 22 pounds! Is that normal? I do not look like I have gained that much weight. My breakfast is even after 11am as I can not eat anything before that otherwise I get sick. I am extremely worried about my rapid weight gain especially when I know the normal gain during pregnency is between 25-35 pounds. Has anyone had this happen? I was average weight when I got pregnant. Your help would be much appreciated.

I had a miscarriage on October 21, 2008. All seemed well afterwards until I didn't get my period. I thought this was normal and that it was just irregular due to my twelve week pregnancy. I called my doctors office after taking a pregnancy test and got a positive, the told me my HCG levels were at 42 and they'd check them again in two days. They said it was probably just old tissue that hadn't passed and a possible D&C was to be scheduled. In two days my HCG levels were up to 120. I had some cramping and light pink spotting, so I went to the hospital just to make sure everything was okay. An ultrasound was done only to confirm that there was no gestational sac and no baby. (Possible EARLY miscarriage again? I'm not sure I'll ever know that.) Either way, I started bleeding heavily on December 6th, 2008. As of recently I've been feeling quite moody, a bit sick, and extremely tired. I'm supposed to start my period on the 1st of December and have had none of the "pre-period" symptoms. So, I tested with a first response and a REALLY FAINT positive. Pregnant, or HCG levels still aren't down from the possible miscarriage in December? SO CONFUSING. Ughh.

I sometimes get annoyed with all of the “am I pregnant…,” posts, so I really don’t want to do that. I just wanted to tell you my situation and if you feel like commenting on anything, please do! My husband and I have been TTC for nearly 2 ½ years now. He has no problems, I just had very irregular periods and didn’t ovulate. My cycles are now 35 days long and regular due to Metformin. I have been on clomid since the beginning of the year but didn't ovulate until 3 cycles ago. I am on my 9th round of clomid. The 7th should have been the last one but my doctor upped my dosage to 200mg since I finally ovulated and because that is what worked for his receptionist. This month we planned for an IUI. I had an ultrasound done on day 21 which showed a follicle between 20-30mm (perfect!). That night we had sex using Preseed. Also that night I got a positive OPK so the next day (day 22) we did the IUI. One week later I went in for a progesterone test to make sure I did ovulate. It was 26.8 (once again, perfect!). According to FertilityFriend, I ovulated on the same day we did the IUI. Now I am on day 33 and having a very difficult time waiting until Friday. I had cramping on days 30-31 (8 & 9 dpo). No spotting at all. Fatigue, gas, and a little nausea the past few days, but nothing else noteworthy. I plan on testing day 34 because its New Year’s Eve…it may be too early but what a way to bring in the new year! Anyways, there’s my story and where I am in my TTC journey. If anyone has any thoughts or has gone through a similar situation I would love to hear about it. Thanks and good luck to all!

So this might be a long story but basically... I'm 21 weeks pregnant and since Christmas I've been getting really really bad pains like period pains but 100x worse. Last night it was so bad I couldn't breathe properly and I was bleeding. I've been phoning the ante natal clinic at my hospital and no one has been answering. My friend picked me up and we went to my hospital this morning (about 11am). The whole ante natal ward was closed. So we went to the main reception. No one there. Went to A&E reception and they told us the hospital sometimes doesn't bother opening on weekends or Christmas etc?? So she said it would be about half an hour wait in A&E as there weren't many other people there. More people came and went. After sitting there an hour a lady came in and said 'I was cleaning my ears with a que tip yesterday and I think some of the cotton wool got left in my ear'. She got priority over me and a lady with a baby who was throwing up everywhere. Finally I got to see someone. She looked at me like I was stupid when I told her. Then said to go to the ante natal department. I told her it was closed so she said go to the labour ward and 'hopefully someone will see you standing there.' So we went to the labour section. There was a locked door with a doorbell but no one at the reception to answer the doorbell. So we stood there for a while until a nurse was walking by and asked us what was wrong. She took us to a labour room. There was blood on the floor. I wasn't trying to be picky but I didn't want to be in a dirty room, you know? She told me it had been cleaned. So I waited in there for about twenty minutes. She came in took my blood pressure twice and my temperature 3 times. Disappeared for another 20 minutes. She then came back with some machine to check the heartbeat. After about 10 minutes with this thing 'ohh I can't seem to find a heartbeat. I'll be right back'. She left me sitting there for an HOUR panicking about whether my baby had died. She came back with another machine and said 'I'll try this one now'..... 'nope, still can't find a heartbeat. I'll get some doctors. 40 minutes later two doctors came in and told me to get undressed and open my legs. I've never had a vaginal exam or anything and by this point I was trying so hard not to cry. She put something up me and I asked her what it was and she just said 'Oh err I'm just umm checking....' and walked off. Then 10 minutes came back with an ultrasound machine. She did the ultrasound and looked really annoyed. She was like 'look there's your baby see. It's fine. I'll get your notes and you can go.' I finally got home at like 5pm. I'm terrified of going to the hospital to give birth now. It's so dirty and they are so unorganised. I've always hated hospitals and now I never ever want to return. I want to try and find out about a home birth but the problem is I may be moving house around that time and I don't know if it's going to be possible. I don't feel happy or excited or anything about my baby anymore I feel frightened and unhappy and I don't know what to do

As of now me and my boyfriend been trying to get pregnant for about 16 months now and no luck. I have been to a ob/gyn and i have had a pelvic ultrasound which came out everything ok and I even asked her does that mean I can have kids and she said yes. So me and my boyfriend been trying and nothing happened. But I dont have a period the only time i have a period is when I take my birthcontrol or my doctor prescribe me provera. So if I start taking my pills tomorrow (sunday) when do i need to stop so i can try to get pregnant.If i take my pills sundays then i should start my period around the 21 if January so when will I ovulate but if i take my pill the week of 11-17 then that pill works for the following week. Do i not need to take that pill to increase my chances or what should i do because we are thinking about ordering clomid for the both of us buying a ovulation kit, and a basal thermometer and may even go get his sperm check. I know this is alot but we are really ready for a lil one in our lives. Most people say dont try just let it happen well we really havent been trying in the last couple of months because we really gave up on it.

I'm 21 weeks pregnant, just had an ultrasound last week so I know everything is normal. I'm just curious - the only movements I feel are like gas bubbles in the very lower part of my abdomen, just above my pelvic bone. Is this normal? I've never felt a movement any higher than that.

I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and I went in for a ultrasound In August sometime not sure on the exact date and they told me my due date was february 18th I than went in for an ultrasound in october to find out the sex of my baby and they said my due date was february 21 And well they told me that My lmp was may 14 2008 which I know is not right because I had my menstrual period at the end of april till may 1st I remember that exactly.and I got my period around may 22 our so I would say our maybe the 25 its between there and well they told me I conceived may 28 which I know cant be right!! well the reason i ASK is because I messed with a guy on may 24 and he put it in me for probably only a second our two and than I slept with a different guy the night of may 31 well june 1st what so ever and I know the guy that I slept with on june 1st is the father of my child but I always have these what ifs in the back of my mind I hate asking this but I just get worried I wish I never would have got myself in this situation! Im just wondering if doctors can be wrong on telling you when ur last menstrual period was and if there is any chance of the guy I messed wit on may 24 being the father I mean the guy says he didn't ejaculate our anything so Idk Its just the what ifs u know???? I am 21 years old and engaged to be married. I am 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I was doing really good up until yesterday morning. I woke up and used the bathroom and found some brown bleeding. I had my fiance call the doctor because I am deaf and couldn't do it myself. Well the doctor told me to go to the er and get an ultrasound done. I went to the er and they told me they couldn't do an ultrasound. So instead they took blood, and got a urine sample, a pelvic examine and they listened for the babies heartbeat with a doppler. Well they got the babies heart beat it was in the 150s and they told me that I have a bladder infection so they gave me some pills to take which Im afraid to because I would rather ask my doctor first. But anyways, they didn't tell me why I was bleeding brown like that. I was scared to death and thought I was miscarrying but the heart beat was there. I haven't had anymore of the brown bleeding it stopped yesterday.So my question is, has anyone ever had this happen to them?? They diagnosed me with a bladder infection and gave me pills to take which Im afraid to take them because I dont know if my doctor would say it was ok, and I dont want to harm my baby. And yes they knew I was pregnant, they called the dr to see what she said to do since i couldnt have an ultrasound done.

its been 14 days straight now, and its always been bright red blood. i let it go for over a week and then started to worry. went to see dr, she checked my cervix and it was nice and closed. then she did a blood test and my hcg was over 34,000. then 4 days after that i had ultrasound done and the baby has a heartbeat is doing fine... i thought i miscarried over a week ago but doctor said baby is doing fine. im 7 weeks pregnant, my 1st pregnancy and 21. i am rlly scared and just wanted to know if anyone else had bleed this long and found out things were ok, or what it could possibly be. dr seems to think i have extra blood pouch on my cervix that is just bleeding haven't had sex in over 2 weeks, and no physical work thanks wow people have a heart and read the whole thing, i just saw the doctor yesterday, im asking for advice, dr seems to not think its a miscarriage hcg has been going up every few days like its soposed to, no signs of miscarriage right now

I'm 21 weeks pregnant n im going for my only 3rd visit to the doctor... (gettin the intial appt was HORRIBLE!) the first visit i had a pap done and the heartbeat.. the 2nd was my ultrasound and now that all the fun stuff is out of the way.. what do they do on the typical monthly visit?

1. I am pretty sure my LMP was May 19, 2008. So naturally that would make me 29weeks and 6 days pregnant today with a due date of February 24, 2009. 2. When I went for my ultrasound Friday they said the baby weighed 2lbs and 2oz which means I'm only about 27 weeks and the due date is March 16, 2009. 3. I know for a fact I didn't bleed in June and they kept asking me this. They said maybe I ovulated later than I thought and that my cycle may have been a little off since this is my 2nd pregnancy back to back. 4. I told them I got a positive pregnancy test June 21, 2008 so they said then maybe the due date is March 3rd and not March 16th. 5. I'm just really confused and still wanting to stick with the February 24th due date but then why is my baby only 2lbs and 2oz instead of almost 3 lbs? Please share some input and sorry it's so long. I'm just so frustrated right now lol. Thanks

So i just got back from my first ultrasound. The first day of my last period was 10/29/08. My doctor says that according to that i should be a little over 6 weeks. But instead im barley 5 weeks. She also said that my date of conception should be 11/21/08 which doesnt make sense to me if im 5 weeks. She said that my pregnancy could be threatened, and i have to come back in 10 days. Im confused. I want to know when i got pregnant but i dont see how it could be 11/21/08, and is my pregnancy really threatened?? Someone help!! What i dont understand is that if i concieved around the 21st, that is 3 weeks ago... so how am i 5 weeks pregnant??

OK earlier today I posted something on this but there is new information. mmk so my cousin is pregnant and she is about 21 weeks or so. Well she went a few weeks ago and she had an ultra sound and everything was fine, but because she was considered high risk she had to go back for another one. Well at the second ultrasound she found out that she didn't have any amniotic fluid. The then realized that while she had been sick a few weeks back with a stomach virus that she had apparently ruptured her amniotic sack , but at the time she thought that she had just peed on her self. Well her doctor called in this so called specialist and he examined the baby and the SOB told her that there was absolutly no hope for her baby. No matter what she did now or after she had the baby he would and was going to die. This is what makes me angry, my husband was born under thoes exact same conditions over 25 years ago!! They told his mother the same thing only back then they didn't have half as much of the advances in premature births as they do now!!! Oh and did I mention when I was pregnant with my son my amniotic sack rupurted at 20 weeks as well. They put me on bed rest pumped me full of antibotics for about 3days and guess what my amniotic sack resealed its self. They have amnioinfusions now and hundreds of ways to help her, but they told her if she waited any longer she might die. This has her terrified that she may die and she has two other kids. I understand that they have to inform her of her risks, and her options. Its not what they told her that makes me mad and what they said unethical its how they said it and what they didn't tell her that has me fumming at their obvious idiocy! So right now besides praying my heart out, I am trying to gather as much information as I can to help her be informed before she makes her decision as to how she wants to preceed from here. I have had my mother in law call her and tell her that she has been through it herself and that after everything it all turned out ok. She knows that our entire community is praying for her as well. I just think that in this case what is going to help her the most is facts, knowing her options, and realizing that there is always hope. So my question is has anyone had any experience in this, does anyone know anything more than I have stated already? Is there anything that I can do to help her get through this and restore some of her sanity. She is losing it, and she has flat out said that she really just doesn't know what to do. She is under extream stress and I know that is the worst thing for the baby. I need as much information and help with this as possible to help reassure her that no matter what this isn't her fault and that she has options without condeeming her baby to die. That was what she said when she was telling my mother what was going on. It was so hard listening to her talk about it, I ahve had a misscarriage before I would have done anything I could have to have stopped but there was nothing that I could do. I know that she is the same way. She has already flat out refused to have an abortion,, but thanks to that doctor she now thinks that regardless her baby will die. She can't accept that and its driving her crazy...she needs some reassurance that there is some hope, and that there is something that the doctors can do. So if you know anything about this, if it is about a doctor in timbucktoo who is a genius at this, anything will be helpful. Thank you No she has insurance and even if she didn't they are extreamly wealthy people. Money is not an issue at all.

im 6 weeks went to ER at 4 weeks 5 days , had lower right stomach pain and was afraid of eptopic. while in the ultrasound the lady saw the gestational sac in my uterus, but on my exam report they mailed me- it says a pseudogestational sac cannot be excluded (that means eptopic) and then no free fluid was seen?? does that mean i am still at risk for a eptopic? i have no bad cramping or shoulder pain/fever ect..?? also 3 days after leaving hosptial and be treated for UTI i've been having some light bleeding for 5 days now no dr will see me due to no insurance- medicaid has 5 more days to either take me or deny me. i can't go to ER again, they want me to see a dr, but i've called everyone. planned parenthood can't do anything, health clinic ect.. they just give tests ect.. no dr will bill me and let medicaid pick up the bill, what am i soposed to do? 21 years old, 6 weeks pregnant, no family to rely on, no dr, no insurance i was at the hosptial for 9 1/2 hours and left being treated w/ a UTI i can't do that again, i had to have a catheter in and all that, how can you go to a pregnancy hosptial?

I had my second prenatal appt Dec. 2, 2008. The first day of my LMP was Sept. 21, 2008. I was under the impression I was/am 10 weeks. My periods have been irregular since coming off the pill in Sept. 2007. The doctor was not able to find a fetal heartbeat using 4 different handheld dopplers on me so I was whisked away for a transvaginal ultrasound. I was told by the ultrasound technician that my uterus was tilted/tipped/kattywhompkus. I sensed that the ultrasound was not going super great by the technicians demeanor and her question "are you sure the first day of your LMP was Sept. 21?" I am, it was. I went back to the doc's office after the tech reviewed my ultrasound with the radiologist in the bowels of the hospital somewhere (I did not witness this, I was "toweling off" and getting dressed while she was away). The nurse directed my husband and I down the loooooooooooooong hall to the very last exam room. My stomach was turning inside out the entire time. The doctor came in after speaking to the radiologist and asked me again if I was sure about the first day of my last period - Sept. 21., 2008. Yes, positive. She then said that the "baby measured 6 weeks 5 days" and there "was no fetal heartbeat detected by ultrasound." She went on to add that "the baby stopped developing at 6 weeks 5 days" and that she was "95% sure that the pregnancy was no longer viable." She left my husband and I alone at this time and I completely broke down, he did to in his own way. We have been in a haze ever since. I am going back in 5 extremely long days to get another vaginal ultrasound and meet with my doctor afterwards. She felt fairly strongly that the next course of action would be a D&C. Imagine hearing all this as if it were in an awful, horrendous dream in which you can't talk, that's pretty much where I was. My periods were irregular at best. I came off the pill in Sept. 2007 and did not get another period until March 2008. They have been all over the place since but nothing exceeding 35 days. I *feel* as if I have had some "phantom" periods in the past without bleeding but there is nothing inconclusive about that. I have experienced absolutely no cramping, zero bleeding, nothing. My breasts are as sore as ever and I have packed on some jiggle for sure. I am tired and cranky and - well, I feel pregnant. Is there anyone out there who has had such an experience or heard of such a thing? Good, bad - any info or advice is appreciated. I am a realist but I just feel that there are too many holes here. PS: She did not order any other tests for me, no blood - nothing. Okay - thanks!

I went in for a very early ultrasound yesterday for dating purposes. I have only had two periods since giving birth to our son so we don't really know my cycle. I thought I was about 6 weeks or so pregnant but the ultrasound dated me at only 5 weeks 1 day. Is it possible for my cycle to have been that long? I started my period on Oct. 19...took a hpt on November 21 and it was positive...have since taken two more and they were both positive. Also...at the ultrasound, which was transvaginal, the tech could see a gestational sac and a yolk sac...no baby and no heartbeat! Is this normal? I am so nervous this time...with my first things went very well and I only had an ultrasound at 20 weeks...this early ultrasound has me freaking out! Did anyone else have an early ultrasound with similar results and end up with a healthy pregnancy and baby??? Thank you for sharing!

i've had these wierd cramps, they arn't painful as in ouch holding stomach on the floor, but they are really uncomfortable, kinda like when you have gas really bad and can't let it out and your stomach cramps. Well anyways i've felt it since istarted my period when i was 13. Im now 21 and 5 weeks pregnant. dr that did ultrasound a year ago said it could be caused to endro and cyst on my right ovary. Like maybe i've gotten them since istarted period? well now that im pregnant its bothering me even more, i can push on the area w/ no pain- and had ultra sound down 3 days ago, im 5 weeks and 1 day, its to the right of my belly botton. its not eptopic or anything but my question is- could the dr have missed something both times in the last 2 years, or could the pain really be because of cysts and endro? thanks, please real responses with expierence only im 21 years old and im 5 weeks pregnant- the baby is just a sac right now ive allready been to doctor- this has been going on for awhile

I am 21 weeks pregnant and felt my baby kick for the first time last week. I felt her on and off every 3 hours for the days following that (about 4 in a row) but have not felt her AT ALL the last 2 days - not one single kick. I had my 20 week ultrasound 3 days ago and the baby's heartbeat was strong and they said she was doing well but I have not felt her moving since then and have been freaking out! I know they sleep alot but I just think it is wierd to go from feeling her every 3 hours to not at all for the last 2 days. Has anyone else experienced this much change in baby movement from day to day around 21 weeks pregnant?

I am 21 weeks pregnant now and I had an ultrasound last month, I just found out today that they want to do another ultrasound in 4 weeks becasue the baby showed echogenic kidneys. I asked the doctor what does this mean and he just said it's not specific and that I shouldn't worry. Well, I am worried and I don't know what this means. Does anyone else have an idea?

i am only about 4-5 weeks, will see doctor in 2 weeks. I just found out a few days ago, thing is since i was little i always had a pain in my lower right side, its been about 7 years. Whenver i push in on it it hurts, i've seen doctor and was told it was from endro and a cyst i had, well now that im pregnant i'm worried. I know i will get it checked out during the first ultrasound when i tell my doctor, it doesnt hurt normally, just when i suck in my stomach and push on it (its a habit b/c i want to see if pains there, my hope is one day it'll be gone) well anyways , should i be worried? i dont want to lose the baby and i dont want my health at risk, i also think i have a uti which i'll be treated for from planned parenthood tomorrow when i do a walk in urine test. please seriouse answers only, anyone ever expiernced this with pregnancy or endro? im really nervous and im only 21, no family or friends to ask, and no insurance util medicaid card gets here thanks!!

I will be 29 weeks pregnant tomorrow (27 weeks gestation) and have a question. At my 21 week ultrasound I was told I have an anterior placenta, where the placenta is in front of the baby. This made sense since I didn't feel him move until 20 weeks and up until yesterday his movements were few and far between and very light. Yesterday I had my hand on my stomach and for the first time my hand moved when he kicked! The kick also felt much stronger and I was so happy. Today the same thing happened and for about 10 minutes he was really jabbing at my stomach and my hand was moving a lot. His movements feel much stronger today. What I am wondering is, is it possible for the placenta to move into the right place and thats why I am feeling him more? Or could it be that he is just getting bigger? I plan on also asking my midwife when I see her next week.

at a baby shower what should I have set up like food and a that? Like pop juice chips fruits? And are my friends baby can come? Cause I hurd it's just all family and friends no kids there. As for games and stuff what should be there? Puzzles I dunno what kinda games? And for the ultrasound I have an appointment on dec the third and that's to see the growth of the baby Nd to find out the sex I was wondering can they be wrong? I'll be 21 weeks and 5 days pregnant that day.... Like how much percentage could he be right and wrong?

I had a ultrasound done, and i am 21 weeks pregnant the lady said she did not see any boy parts so there for most likley it is a girl. how acurate is this? if she didn't see any parts? did this happen to anyone and ended up with a boy, should i buy girl clothes?

i am just now 21 weeks pregnant, i have had my ultrasound, triple screen, and my regular blood work done and everything is said to be just fine. i am thinking about not going to my doctor anymore for personal reasons and was wondering how many would think that would be fine, based on everything is going fine.

I am 21 years old and 10 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I had an ultrasound done a few times to make sure I was not having a Tubal pregnancy. Well on November 7th I went in for an ultrasound and they done both the belly one and trans vaginal one. Well we saw the baby, and the tech let us hear the heartbeat. I am deaf so I couldn't hear it but my fiance did. The tech told us that everything is looking perfect. Well I went to the doctor on the 21st. She told me that all my blood test came back good and she checked for the heart beat with the doppler. She would hear it a little bit and then the baby would me, she would find it again and the baby would move again lol. She had told me that I lost 3 lbs and it was nothing to worry about but she said to make sure I am taking my vitamins and eating. Well I wasn't really having a whole lot of morning sickness but I got sick that day before I got to the doctor and when I got home. I am always worried about a miscarriage, this is my first pregnancy. Of course I can not hear the heart beat so that don't really help too much. My fiance told me that if there was something to be worried about the doctor would have told me. So my question is...is there anything I can do to take my mind off a miscarriage? I mean I don't have cramping or bleeding or anything like that and I have been feeling really good the past 2 days. So any idea? supposed to say the baby would move not the baby would me lol sorry

My boyfriend takes time off college to go to the ultrasounds with me + midwife appointments, I've only had 2 midwife appointments while he's been in college but I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I am due to have my 5th scan on tuesday.. The first scan and 20 week scan is what everyone has, but on the anomaly scan (20 weeks) they couldn't see the bottom of my baby's spine, so I've been to two re-scans and because they still can't see it I'm having another next tuesday.. I only think its fair for my boyfriend to come aswell because he obviously wants to see his baby, but his college are threatening to kick him out. They said he could go up until they finish for christmas and go next year, but otherwise they are going to kick him out. The only other time he's had off was when he had a chest infection. They aren't allowed to throw him out? Surely.. It's not his fault we have to keep being re-scanned? It's putting pressure on me aswell because he's in college so he can get a decent job when out baby is born. If they throw him out we're screwed..

i had an ultra sound done august 12 2008 I was 6 weeks 3 days I am now roughly almost 21 weeks pregnant going by my first ultrasound I should have I conceived could it have been the 8 the 13 or the 18 my last menstrual was june23 2008

I asked this question yesterday but I wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas today or had a similar experience. I had an appointment and my doctor said that my uterus is the size of a 21 week pregnancy but I am only 16 weeks pregnant. At my last visit I was 11 weeks pregnant but my uterus measured 12 weeks. I have had an 8 week growth in a 4 week period. Besides the possibility of twins, what other reason could cause this. I am scheduled for an ultrasound on Tuesday but I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar situation or had any ideas. Also, before the doctor measured my belly, we heard two heart beats but the first one she said was mine. I think I am nervous about twins, so I wanted to know if anyone had this happen to them and only have one baby.

I am 21 weeks pregnant and just got back from an ultrasound. They broke the news that I only have one artery in the umbilical cord when I should have two. The baby and all his parts are measuring normal but I am still scared and upset. Has anyone had this problem when pregnant? If so, what was the outcome of your baby? I just need a piece of mind!!! I have a special heart ultrasound but not for 8 weeks!! How do I wait that long wondering what is going on??

I am now 21 weeks and just got on soonercare(free insurance because I was 16 when I first was pregnant, now 17!) And so i just went to my first appointment tuesday and they said everything was good and they did the poking and prodding stuff. BUT- the ultrasound lady wasn't there. I was anxious to find out what he/she might be! ): How far along were you when you found out? Oh! and she said the next appointment we'll have it done- DECEMBER SECOND! ahhh thats too far away.

I am currently 21 weeks pregnant. I had to cancel my original ultrasound date b/c I was in training for my new job. I rescheduled for the Mon after this coming Mon which will make me 23 weeks. Will I still be able to see the sex? Has anyone else had an ultrasound this late and was still able to see the sex?

on monday coming up i will start a 12-14 week temp. receptionist position at a company. I am actually covering for someone leaving on maternity leave. So i interviewed and got the job. I did not mention to anyone I was pregnant since many employers sad to say do indeed discriminate against pregnant women. When or do you even suggest i let them know that i am pregnant or do i just do my job as long as it isnt stressful on me and my baby plus body and not let them know as its a temp. position anyway. PS - i been home through our my entire pregnancy but with holidays coming up and due date approaching i feel the need to work to buy stuff to get ready for the baby. Further i have had a blessful pregnancy, no morning sickness, no nausia, no spotting, i am pretty active at home still cleaning, mopping, etc. ONE SIDE QUESTION: Im 21 weeks and havent felt any fetal movement or perhaps i have but havent distinguished it between gas or baby since its my 1st pregnancy. I had ultrasound at 18.5 weeks and all was fine actually baby was super hyper.

Sorry its long but i need the help I am almost 21yrs old, 8 weeks pregnant, and just broke up with her boyfriend of 2 years only 2 weeks ago. I have a great paying job that makes me be away from home 3 weeks out of 4. I work 84hours a weeks 21 days straight. I get paid a few grand a week so money is not a issue right now but when i started this job i brought a brand new car which has made me in debt nearly $40 000. I was living with me boyfriend in a new house we were renting. We broke up, he kicked me out of the house because it was in his name even though all the furiture in it is mine! He knew i was pregnant and even come to the ultrasound with me. He said he will support me til i am "unpregnant" and when i told him i am keeping it he flipped and said no made what he is taking me down to the abortion. I stood my ground said no and now he went to a lawyer to see what his rights were and went on that its entrapment, he went on that its my word against his and he is saying i didnt tell him i got the implant out of my arm which is a crock of ****, He knew i didnt have one in because i have a really bad reaction to it. I am pregnant because he was 2 ******* lazy to go and buy the condoms!!! We are both to blame but he is putting all on me. But he is more pissed off because he is trying to get a girl and she wont date him because he is going to be a father. I was at work and he rang me and abused me over the phone calling me every name under the sun saying i am stupid i have distured his life and he is never going to speak to me or have anything to do with my child!!!!! I felt like screaming at him but because i share an office with my boss, i really couldnt, instead i just cried my eyes out. I am upset, angry, betrayed, hurting, i am feeling every emotion posible. I am not keeping the child to get him back because after this i dont want him anywhere near me but it hurts to know i am going to be doing this by myself. I still love him but look what that left me with a broken heart! I have family support but its hard because i have to try and get out of debt before i have this child. I am scared i will end up in a really bad place and i hate that i am worrying about this stuff because i should be enjoying the fact i am carrying a baby, mmy baby. Please any women that is going through the similar thing or has in the past. ADVICE PLEASE, I am hurting and scared. I love my child already no questions asked but it deserves a father not what it has now. I just wanna know what could help me out.
