so i took a clear blue digital this morning before drinking anything it came up not pregnant i am almost four weeks late i have already missed one period my last one was on jan.26 i am normally very regular maybe one or two days late well anyways i opened the test because i wanted to see the control lines well there was one very distinct blue line and another faint one but could still be seen so i just want to know what you guys think?

I was about 14 or 15 weeks when I got gel nails put on. I left them on til about I was 25 almost 26 weeks pregnant because then they started chipping and I would get cuts from them and it really hurt. So, I went to the salon and they gave me a bottle of acetone (The stuff in nail polish remover) and told me since I'm pregnant to use that because it's not as strong as the stuff the salon has. I was told to soak my nails but ended up getting some skin in it too. I never soaked my nails for even 5 minutes at a time. I was exposed to it for an hour or so but I was outside and couldn't smell anything. Could this of harmed my baby? Did you ever get your nails during pregnancy? Did they ever have to take them off with things like acetone?

I am trying to conceive and I can't believe how hard it is. My last period was Feb 26 2010. Which means I would be most fertile from the 8th to the 14th right? My bf and I had sex from the 6th until the 13th. We had sex everyday sometimes twice a day (once in the morning and once at night). I used a pillow under my hips, but I didn't lay down for 20 mins. This week my breasts were tender and my vagina felt moist. So I'm assuming I'm ovulating this week idk. Problem is my bf and I are 6 hrs away from each other now. What are my chance I conceived this month.? I have been very relaxed lately, but I feel like this month isnt my lucky month, I'm dreading getting my pregnant next week.

I'm 26 almost 27 weeks pregnant and I keep getting these strange dizzy flashes that last maybe 2 seconds. It's irritating. I'm drinking more than enough water actually thats all I drink. For those who don't know my story, I've been trying to conceive for the past 2.5 years, have had 5 miscarriages from auto-immune issues, was suppose to start injectables, but got accidently pregnant the cycle before on my earliest natural ovulation ever. Currently 5 weeks pregnant, and on blood thinners and progesterone to help this one stick. I tested positive very early, at 8DPO. I've had 3 HCG tests done (my doubling time was 26-28 hours, fastest ever), I feel good, different from my last pregnancies, and generally very optimistic about this bean. I have 14 more days before I get my first ultrasound (on April fools if the ultrasound tech makes any jokes I'll kill her), and I'm honestly not sure how I'm going to last until then. So for the women who have had losses, how did you cope in later pregnancies. Any advice on how to relax until I can get the reassurance of my bean with a lovely heartbeat?

Well I am military and live 4500 miles from any family member of mine. (I am in Alaska, they are in Georgia) I am due to deploy Sept 30, BUT I am trying to plan a family with my husband who is also military. and JUST for the record... NO I am not getting pregnant to get out of a deployment. I've been deployed before and loved it. I am 23, my husband is 26. We really want to make a baby. I have already bought plane tickets home August 28-Sept 13. If I am pregnant (I am cd26 out of 35 day cycles) I will be right at 6 months when the time came. I have spoken to the airline I booked with and they have assured me as long as I have a letter from my doctor staying i am okay to travel, that I could fly up to 30 weeks ( i would be about 28) Now, here is the tricky part. My mom decided to suprise me with a cruise! I havent seen my mom in over 2 years even though I talk to her daily. I don't have the heart to tell her I might be pregnant. She booked thru carnival. I looked it up and I couldn't go if i am indeed pregnant. Carnival's policy is under 24 weeks by the day we left port. Obviously if I find out for sure I am pregnant this month, I will have to tell her. I just feel really crappy because this trip means more to her than ANYTHING. What would you ladies do? If i wasn't big at the time, and wore like a hoodie, do you think carnival would let me onboard without telling them? I know this is taking a huge risk, and yes my child would mean more to me than a cruise, but I've been on 10 cruises before and never gotten sea sick or anything. what do you think? If I am NOT pregnant this cycle, I am definately skipping next cycle just to be on the safe side! I am taking clomid, and definately ovulated... so 3/27 can't come fast enough so I can test already! hehe

It is VERY uncomfortable, and really only acts up when I am sitting down not standing. Is this normal? I am not very big-have only gained about 17 pounds in 26 weeks and still in regular clothes with bella band.

I am 26 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I didn't breast feed with my first and I always regreted not giving it a try. My first baby will only be 18 months old when this one is born, that's the only reason why I'm hesitating to try it this time. I know it can be very time consuming and I want enough time for both babies, but yet I hear that it's really good for your baby to breast feed. Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

OK, SO the start of my last period was 20th January, which makes me bout 55 days late and about 88 days since the start of my last period! i have done lots of HPT tests and all negative i had a blood test down when i was 5 weeks late it was negative another done when i was 7 weeks late still negative, Hormones were tested and they cam bk a lil unbalanced but doc didn't say much more.. I've been suffering from headaches, really bloated, tired all the time and i have the worst cramps possible, there like really bad period pains. i no its all a lil TMI but ive had a clear discharge for the past few weeks i dont know why! I dont no if i shud just go to A N E and see if i can get a scan i have one in a 4 weeks but should i just keep poping the paracetamol and ibuprofen till then or what!?! i feel nasty! I'm 26 my periods are normaly on time give and take a few days bout every 35 days, and now they have stoped could this be polycystic ovarys? early menopause?? i have had cysts on my ovarys in the past! and an ectopic if thats mean anything also lower bk hurts

ok so i had my last period 6th september 2009 and i had sex on the 10,11,13,17.18,19,20,23,24,25,26,27 and my period was due too come around the 4th october and it didnt so i did a pregnancy test and it came back negative. i waited and repeated the test on the 12th october and it showed positive on a clearblue digital saying 1-2 weeks since conception. I had my first scan on the 28th october and was told i was 6wks 3 days and my due date was 19th june putting my LMP a 12th september 2009 instead of the 6th september now im 26wks4days pregnant when roughly did i concieve was it in august xx

Since the 13th March Ive not been feeling myself. I started off feeling coldy with a headache. The next day I had an upset stomach. Since then I have had nausea, low back ache and weird aches in my tummy. Ive also noticed in the past week or so Ive had extra discharge. (tmi). First day of my last period was the 26th Feb. I am now 26 weeks pregnant, i had my 25 week check up last week when i mentioned to the doctor that i had been having some discomfort down very low he checked my abdomen and said that my womb was still level to my belly button and normally would be higher and also said the discomfort was the baby being down so low. although he said this was nothing to worry about and everybody carries differently i am really worried and wondered if anyone else experienced this. thank you for answers in advance x

My husband, I've tired everything to get him to understand how I feel right now. Today I was cleaning the house and he just sat there and watched me, or slept! The only thing I haven't done is let my dad lose on him b/c it's my marriage, but the guy just won't get a wake up call. I'm almost 26 weeks pregnant and we had yet another fight today about him being childish and lazy. And finally tonight I told him to grow up or get out. I don't want him to leave, but I also don't need the stress any more. I've tried talking to him, I've tired reasoning with him, I've tired explaining to him and yet he doesn't care! Today I said what are you gonna do when the baby gets here(I already have a 5 year old from my previous marriage) and all he said was "Well she's not here yet." I was like are you serious, show me now you can be a man instead of waiting till she gets here. He's getting ready to turn 32 in May, and he is so childish and immature. He never use to be like this, and it's just getting worse. I don't know what to do anymore...any advice? This is so stressful for me and the pregnancy and all he says you use pregnancy as an excuse WTH!!! I have sciatica but I still manage to get stuff done. I'm just at my end with this and so lost. I love him but don't care anymore. The only thing keeping me with him is me being pregnant with his child. I don't even know if any one can give me advice, but if you can that would be great, or some reassurance. I dunno, I'm just so BLAH! I'm not even sure I can rely and count on him after I have the c section and to help me with the baby. I do everything myself now, why do I need him? And I don't want to feel this way. Sad thing is my 5 year old helps me out and takes care of me more than he does. She helps me clean, she rubs my swollen feet, my back, my belly, asks if I need water, and checks on me to make sure I'm okay every 15 minutes. So sad a 5 year old is acting more grown up than a 32 yr old man. Ummm...no I've tried letting the house go and it's just horrible now, so I have to finally clean it b/c he won't do anything at all. I asked him days ago to change the cat litter for me and it didn't get done, my 5 yr old done it today cause I can't touch it. I asked him days ago to do the dishes I had to do it today, and asked him days ago to take out the trash, I took out 5 bags today. I only ask him to clean cat litter, take out trash, and dishes THAT"S IT!!! And he doesn't do it! And just sits there while I do it b/c I'm sorry I'm not letting my house get nasty for sake of him. Let me give you some added info on my husband since many seem to think that I'm OCD...ha. My husband works 4 days a week, the other 3 he plays games, or sleeps. I work 5 days a week, take care of a 5 yr old, a house, food, bills, yard work etc etc, b/c if I let it go, he just lets it go and it never gets done unless I do it. Everyday he also tells me to f off or f you or your stupid/dumb/bitch/retard. Yells at my 5 year old all the time who is actually a really good kid. When she's here with him when I'm at work he makes her stay in her room and not come out. So now what do you think of my husband. I didn't really want to share all of that b/c it's very bad, but there ya go. Oh yeah and he has his past screw buddies texting there tits to him!!! So am I really OCD? I think not!! I'm really putting up with a lot of stuff and would really like some support here, not sayng it's my fault. Thanks to the helpful answers.

Here's the deal....i had sex with my Ex boyfriend on December 20th and 26th..we broke up and i had sex with my guy friend on the 29th of December. after having sex with my guy friend on the 29th i took the Next choice emergency contraceptive pill about 9 hours after sex. That day i felt some cramping so i took an clear blue digital ovulation test and it had a smiley face. here i am 13 weeks and 1 day pregnant and according to my last menstrual cycle and gyno my conception date was December 28th. I know if the morning after pill is takin up to 24 hours after sex its 95% effective. Both guys know im pregnant and im really hoping its my Ex's which now is my boyfriend again. I made a huge mistake because of one drunken night. if i hadn't takin the morning after pill id really be freakin out but since i did im thinking i was pregnant from either the 20th or 26th with my Ex and that's why the morning after pill didnt work..but then again i had a positive ovulation test on the 29th..its only 3 days apart so im just really stressing..who do you think could most likely be the father? do you think the morning after pill could have just failed on me?

I bet everyone can tell I'm a first time mom and I worry over EVERY little thing! I'm 26 weeks pregnant and my doctor gave me a list of safe medications to take during pregnancy. My nose has been stuffy and I keep sneezing, so I looked on the list and I've tried tylenol before and it didn't really work for me. The next thing on the list is Actifed and Sutafed. My husband went to Walgreens and asked the pharmacist to make sure and see what he thought about Actifed. He recommended it and said it should help. I took 1 last night and 2 today. I did some research on it and saw where some people say it's fine and others say it's too risky. I'm afraid I hurt my baby and I'm worried. Do you think Actifed might hurt her? I appreciate the advice. I can live with a cold, but when I'm trying to concentrate in my class or driving and I sneeze like 10 times in a row (not an exaggeration) it becomes tiring, disgusting, and potentially dangerous. I have tried the steam shower and things like that, but it only gives a temporary help. But thank you for the advice. I do appreciate it.

My partner is groomsmen in a wedding and he really wants me to be there because I am his other half and 26 weeks pregnant with his baby and its important to him that I be there. The thing is Im not really 'friends' (ie we dont hang out unless Im with my partner) with any of the people going. Do you think I can just attend the reception when my partner has finished his 'groomsmen' duties and skip the ceremony? I could just tell them I wasn't feeling good & knew I wouldn't make it the whole night if I came out too early. What do you think? thanks :)

Im 26 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend of 3 years is the father. I was on birth control but it failed so it wasnt like we were trying to get pregnant in such bad circumstances. Anyway we are both only 20 which is still very young to have a baby in Ireland. I had a very very low paid job working with horses untill recently when I had to give up and move home with my parents as I was unable to work any longer because of the pregnancy. My boyfriend works in his families business and they also pay him very badly so he has no option but to live in his parents home as he cant afford to rent. My parents have been very supportive of us and are helping us out in any way they can. My boyfriends mother refuses to give us any help at all. My bf is trying his best, giving all he can afford for the baby. Since his mother found out about the pregnancy she has been extra mean to my bf and decided that he has to start paying rent for living in her house- this will cost him a lot of the very tiny wage they pay him. My health insurance does not cover all of my medical fees for the pregnancy so I still had to pay 1000 euro. My mom said she would pay half if my bf could come up with another 500. As his parents take all his money he asked them for a loan of the 500. His mother went crazy sayin how dare he ask and that he has to support the child without any help from her or his father. My parents ended up paying the whole 1000. (I will pay them back once I can work again). My bf parents are very wealthy (fancy cars, heaps of hollidays, eating out EVERY night) so its not klike it would kill them to help out to get their first grandchild safely into the world! They say they want to involved with the baby and I know they will spend heaps of money spoiling the child once it arrives and try to buy it so it will love them most They wont help out on anything that matters! Im really annoyed. She just wants to take all my bfs wages so he will have to ask her for money so that she can control him. You would be mad too right? Actually, Mr. Awsome I have a university degree in equine science but you still cant work with horses when your 6 months pregnant now can you? At the free pregnancy care in Ireland you have to que up all day for a scan, you are put in an overcrowded ward at the hospital and you dont even get a proper doctor at the birth. Believe me you wouldnt come out of it alive the healthcare system is a disgrace!

Hello.. Thanks for reading! But my question is- I went to the doc about a week and a half ago for an ultrasound.. My doc told me that she wanted to make sure I didn't have any hiding ovarian cysts that she couldn't feel. I got the ultrasound and the ultrasound tech said she didn't see anything but I may be producing cysts around the time when I ovulate and it may be making me NOT put out eggs?? So if I'm not putting out eggs does that basically mean I'm not ovulating?? Is this bad? Can it be fixed?? She didn't say she's 100% sure that it's the problem but she said it more than likely is. I don't have a follow up appoinment with my regular doctor until 3-26.. She said that my doc may want to watch me??? I'm confused and scared. I don't know what to think. Anyone else had this probl and finally gotten pregnant?? Add: I just started using OPKs this cycle so I am definitley unsure if I've been ovulating. My periods range from 28-33 days and it's day 15 and I haven't gotten a positive OT

We used a condom but it broke, however i did take plan b as a back up but it was 65 hours after sex.. the reason i was so late you have to see your gp in ireland and due to w/e cldn't get apt til that monday.. I've been feeling kinda queezy and have pain in upper tummy under breast bone. I TOOK A FIRST RESPONSE TEST THIS MORN AND IT WAS NEGATIVE... Do you think im just stressing too much. I know i will be 3 weeks this friday and because i got so paranoid stop taking my pill early so my withdrawal bleed should come anywhere between now and sunday. however if i was to go on 28 day cycle i wouldn't be due til next thursday.. sex now was 3 weeks ago..

I've asked this question a couple of times but haven't got many answers. I also have new information. I had unprotected sex twice. One time, he tried to withdraw but wasn't sure if he did it on time. The second time, he actually came inside of me. (Irresponsible and stupid, I know. You don't have to tell me.) The first time was at like 4 AM on Wednesday morning (where he did withdraw but was unsure) and the second time was at like 6 AM on Thursday morning (where he actually came inside me). That Thursday we went and got the Plan B One-Step pill. This all occured last week. (Wednesday March 10 - Thursday March 11) It is now Monday March 15. I also had my last period February 26 - March 7. When can I take a pregnancy test to hopefully make sure I'm not pregnant? Also, today, I bagan getting brown discharge down there. Could this have anyhing to do with whats going on? I've already had my period so I know it can't be that... Then again, I do sometimes have irregular periods. Today is exactly a week from the first time we did it (where he withdrawed but wasn't sure if he did it on time). hiya, i have a french lop doe who is pregnant, she was a week to her due date yesterday. shes had a litter a short while ago,but sadly they all died, reason being she had snubbed my nest box and last minute dug a hole in a hale bale which is in her room, and had the baby's there, i think it all happened to quick for her, and they managed to escape that nest and froze, so anyway she seems to be maybe preparing herself better this time,as i noticed when i went in to see her yesterday there was a newly dug hole again in the hay, she hasn't pulled any fur yet,but im still guessing as the only other time shes done this with the hay was when she gave birth,that its her first steps? im planning this time to extend the whole shes made and pop the nest box inside it this time,to see how that goes? what i wanted to ask is, is there any harm giving her the nest box a litter earlier if shes showing these signs? as id really like to get it done today? or should i wait until friday when shel be 26/27 (the recommended day ive read your supposed to give them the box) as im out all day thur/fri so would have to do in the dark,would prefer doing now,and suggestions guys? thanks :-)

My arms look exactly the same my legs still look the same a little bigger but I still fit my jeans only the buttons won't close at all lol mystomach is pretty big so I was wondering if all the fat went to my stomach? What is a pregnant belly made of ? Fat? Water ?

Im 21 weeks and 2 day pregnant according to the ultrasounds...ok here is the story! I was with my bf for a long time and we always had unprotected sex. i was with him on all the time in october (sleepin together alot) and then we broke up cuz he cheated on me but i am in college so i only really see him on the weekends and then i ended up sleepin with someone else on either november 8 or 9th. I found out i was pregnant on november 26th. the first ultrasound said that i was due on July 26th the ultrasound was on December 14th. i had another ultra sound on March 11th and they gave me the same due date of July 26h. Who would the father b considering these dates? and plz dont say paternity test cuz i knw that already...i jus want to knw the best guess. also the guy i was with in november didnt get off...does that matter? ok im not sure when the first day of my last period was. i was completly regualr. but they said i was 8 weeks when they gave me the first ultrasound. also they have the due date the same exact day for the past 2 times...good?

I'm just over 26 weeks pregnant and over the past week I've been feeling a lot of strange things happening inside me. I told my mom about it this morning and she looked at me, felt all over my stomach, and said "oh wow, I think she dropped already!" she is a nurse so I trust her opinion more that I would most moms. As I'm not a doctor though I can't say she definitely dropped, but it's visible that she is lower and it no longer feels like she is inside my rib cage. Also walking up stairs is suddenly near impossible, and with a full bladder it actually is impossible. I can't even sit up straight and I've found myself having the feeling of false contractions several times over the past week, so bad I just sat in the floor crying because I couldn't move. I've called my doctor, but to be honest he isn't very good, his reply to every concern I've had so far is "that's normal." So anyway, I'm 26 weeks pregnant, first pregnancy. I'm pretty sure the baby has dropped, does this mean I will likely deliver early? My doctor's appointment isn't for 2 more weeks so until then I'd like to hear some other opinions.

I started feeling cramps like my period were to start a week early but than it just stopped. Now i find myself eating ALOT more than usual. I was suppose to start my period yesterday and i am normally on time but it did not happen. Im feeling cramps but nothing like when i usually start my period and they come and go. Today1 day after i was suppose to start my period i was having a thick white discharge like ive been getting for the past couple days and now its like i started my period except its looking like its just spotting but it just happened so idk, and its a brown color. Like pure brown sometimes showing on the tp as a pink. A little before i noticed it i had taken a shower and i randomly felt so light headed i thought i was going to faint. I had to lean against the wall holding myself up so i wouldnt fall. Ive never felt that before. Im not stressed, not imagining anything if thats what youre going to say. Im just confused on this whole thing. My ex doesnt want a baby and wanted me 2 get an abortion if i am and i said no i wont do it im keeping it if i am so right now he has nothing to do with me. I pray he will realize what an a**h*le he is but until that may happen i dont care, i can do it on my own without him. It has been 23 days since the sex. I'm 26 weeks pregnant had to have a second ultrasound because I was measuring very big. The doctor called and said that she was measuring in the 90th percentile. The doctor said we need to start watching her growth more carefully, to watch my carbs and keep exercising so she wont be too big for delivery or we'll have to talk about cesarean. Is this normal? I feel so great, I have exercised and been very active throughout my pregnancy, but I have gained a lot of weight but it's all in my belly (which is another reason they did the second ultrasound). I'm not diabetic either, they already tested for that. I am just worried about what can happen to big babies? She didn't say to "cut out carbs", she said to "watch my carbs." And it does make sense...whatever I eat, the baby eats. We're not trying to shrink the baby or make it smaller. She just wants me to be careful about what I eat and take in since the baby is growing at such a rapid weight.

I am seven weeks and one day pregnant and had my second ultrasound today. the sac was still empty and only measuring at five weeks or so. Which was the same as a wek ago. My doctor sent me for blood work and thrus. it was 3225 and mon. it was 6658. Im so scared to loose another baby. has anyone else had this happen to them? Or still had a normal pregnancy? Could it be possible i ovulated later. me LMP was 1/25 and i had a pos. test on 2/26?

my doctor put me on provera to start my period in December so i don't know if i have 28 day cycles but i had my period December 13th or 14th and i went to the doctor today and she said based on my sonogram and LMP im 13 weeks and 1 day today. she said the sonogram was very accurate. so around what date could i have conceived? i had sex on with my ex boyfriend December 20th & 26th and my guy friend on the 29th but i took the morning after pill right after sex with guy friend. Ive done alot of research on the Morning after pill(plan B) and its 95% effective when takin in the first 24 hours and i took it about 9 hours after sex but if your already pregnant from previous sex it wont work. I also took an ovulation test on the 29th and there was a smiley face so i was ovulating. if im 13 weeks that puts my conception date on the 28th of December..So do you think its more likely my Ex boyfriends or my guy friends? between the 26th September till the 9th of October. My 12 weeks scan confimed i was exactly 12 weeks, my 20 week scan also confirmed i am definately 20 weeks too. so i am definately 26 weeks. im jus a bit worried because i had sex on the 22nd of August but the guy didnt come up me and i had loads of negative tests and then a period on the 15th. Me and my partner got back together and i slept with him but the condom split and although i took the morning after pill i then had a positive pregnancy test on the13th of october. I dont agree with abortion so were having it and its made us happier than ever. Anyway my question is this is definately my partners baby isnt it. Dates would say so, all the negatives would say so the conception indicator on the pregnancy test confirmed it is. i jus want to know is there any chance this was the baby concieved from the 22nd of august or the september sex????????? I think I pulled something the other night in my side. It was sore for a bit, but as I laid on it and slept on it it stopped hurting. Well today is my first day of trying to function with it and my entire side now is sore, almost into my back. I would call it a pinching/ tightness in my ribs and along my right side. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I'm seeing my doctor anyways this friday. I'm just trying to figure out if I am suppose to call and say 'somethings not right' and go in earlier, or if this is something that should fade away with a few warm showers and a lot of down time. Okay, sooo...I generally start my period around the 4th of every month...February I had my period on the 4th, about a week & a half later I had sex with no condom, then about 2 weeks later around the 24th-26th I had my period again...Did the sex make my period irregular, & because I was able to have my period I can't be pregnant right?

..but yu dont take it at the same time, like for example i would take mine at 12PM and for the first couple of days i would take it at that time but then i would slip up and take it at like 12:05, or 12:26 and things like tht. Starting like a week ago i just stopped period taking them cuz i wasnt having sex but on the 4th of March i had sex unprotected and he pulled out but didnt pull away and bust..sry tmi..but i havnt gotten my period yet so do yu think it is possible to still get pregnant.? Please help me with some info..
