I know it's the old question "Do you think I'm pregnant"! Which isn't exactly what I'm going to ask, but it's close! I miscarried my second baby November 11th, 2008 and had to have a D&C that day. I'm supposed to start my second period (from the time of the D&C) and today I checked my CM and it was real thick like lotion (white) my cervix was high and really closed tight! I know I ovulated sometime between Dec 26-Dec 29. My belly has been kind of crampy on both sides for probably close to a week, I've been gassy (sorry), my boobs feels like they're five times bigger than usual and really sore (with sharp shooting pains), and I have to pee more often than usual. I think my period is supposed to start Jan 12, has anyone else done this before a period? I have been pretty tired too (although I have a 2 year old)=) Anyway, I just wondered if anyone else had these symptoms and I really want to be pregnant again, but I sure don't want to go through what I went through last time. What's more I just feel like I'm pregnant! GO FIGURE! Can anyone help?? I haven't done an hpt because I didn't figure it would show up until I missed my period. I think I took the blood test a little early, could there still be a chance that I still am pregnant 12/26 - ovulated & intercourse 4DPO - cramping began 5DPO - cramping along with some spotting (only when I wiped) 6DPO-11DPO - continued cramping 9DPO- negative urine test 10DPO - negative blood test Note: cramping and spotting is very rare for me especially cramping that has lasted more than a week. Im 26 weeks pregnant and i wear thin pantiliners because i have alot of vaginal discharge since becoming pregnant [already asked doctor about it, she said its normal, not infection, no biggie]. when my water breaks, how will i know?? i know that some women have alot of fluid all at once, while some others just have small amounts come out. How will i know? Will i be able to feel a gush even if a small amount?

I have been trying to get pregnant for about two months now. Five days ago I took a home pregnancy test and it was positive, in shook and dibelief I went back to the pharmacy and took another it was also positive. yesterday i went to my obgyn and had blood work done, my results were positive and my progesterone levels were 26. last night my husband and i had sex and i had very light barely noticeable spotting so i called my doc. he asked me to come in. i should be almost six weeks pregnant and when he did the vaginal ultrasound the results were shocking. he said that the sac was oblong shaped and that he doubted that the pregnancy was viable. tomorrow i have to have more blood word done to see if my hCG levels are doubling, but the doc said that he thought that i am miscarring. please tell me that he could be wrong. i have looked up ultrasound pics and mine dont look much different then the ones on the net that i have seen. someone give me some hope!

So I have been using the Nuvaring for over a year now, and I sometimes skip a period every now and then by leaving it in for a full 28 days before replacing it, with no "out" week. Anyway, this fall my life was insanely busy and stressful, and while I replaced the ring after my period in early November, I apparently forgot to remove or replace the ring after that. As a result, I got my period with the ring in, and it would have had to have been in for moer than 28 days for that to happen. I'm not certain of the exact date of my last period, but I have it narrowed down to 12/10-12/13. I then left town for the holidays while on my period, and only realized when I returned on 12/26 that I had forgotten to put in a new ring, which I did just before bed. Anyway, long story short, I had unprotected sex the night of the 27th, and just a couple days later I started feeling weird, just a host of random things like hot flashes, waves of nausea or dizziness, constipation, and odd cramping and persistent feeling of bloating in my lower belly and I can't determine if it's gas or something else. Is it possible for me to "feel" pregnant already? Is it too early to take a test?

I know its routine with everyone around this time, but I'm not exactly sure what is being checked. Does what I eat affect the result?

I don't know what to do. I am scared. I have a appointment later but I'm still scared because I bleed a few blood clots. However the baby is still kicking so it cannot be a miscarriage.

i'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and for quite a few weeks now i've had really bad pains in my legs - not muscular ones. It's a really bad shooting pain that starts at the top of my leg, sometimes feels like it's starting in my buttock, and shoots down. It used to be only in bed when i'd try and turn over and the sudden pain can bring me to tears, but now it's hapening more even when i've been sitting down and try to get up or walk up the stairs. It's only oever one leg at a time I only found out about SPD today and am worried this is what i've got?

My cycle is every 26 days, lasts only 3 days and my last normal cycle was November 28. My next expected cycle was supposed to have been Dec 24th, but I experienced a little cramping on the 22nd and lite bleeding. Ok, I'm 26 weeks pregnant (only 14 more to til I have this baby and my husband gets to come home for a visit [he is in Iraq]) and I have only gained 5 pounds as of my last doctors visit (like 2 weeks ago). I know it isn't a bad thing that I've only gained that much, that isn't my drama, I love that I've only gained 5 pounds! But here is my question area. I don't eat like a "normal" pregnant person. When I was pregnant with my first son, I ate anything and everything that was put in front of me! But with baby number 2, I eat my regular three meals a day, maybe (and I stress maybe) a snack, and thats it.. And the meals I do eat are just regular meals. They aren't huge meals, just what fills me up at the time, ya know? So, really my question is should I be eating more? I just don't feel hungry so I don't really think about eating. I usually get my period every 24_26 days but this time it's 3 days late and i am worried that i might be pregnant!! I had intercourse with my bf about 2 weeks ago but it was protected! I have backache( the kind i have every time i am about to get my period) and the weird things is that i feel my period come and go! Because my backache tends to cease and start again! Hello everyone, We TTC two weeks ago during my most fertile days which were from Friday, December 26, 2008 to Wednesday, December 31, 2008. We started having intercourse since the 20th till the 26th every day, we stopped for couple of days and tried again on January 1st and 2nd. These are the things I've been experiencing in the last week: - Headaches (I've never dealt with headaches every day for few days, till now). - Lower back pain. - Over sentimental (I started crying all of the sudden one night). - Fluttering/bubbly feeling in my uterus/pelvic area. - Exhaustion! - Fatigue (soon after I move/walk around). - Mild cramps. - Sleep longer. - Pin needling pains by my ovaries/uterus. - Gassy (embarrassing I know). I took a pregnancy test yesterday in the morning, because I am absolutely curious about being pregnant or not, but the E.P.T. pregnancy test came out as: Not Pregnant. Did I take the test too early or I'm not pregnant at all? Cause if I'm not then I will wait till next year because we want a Libra baby, and start Birth Control asap. My last period started on December 15th 2008 until the 19th of December 2008. My OB/GYN gave me the green light 2 months ago, after having a 2nd miscarriage in August. I've been taking prenatal vitamins ever since. I've had just about all the symptoms I'm dealing with atm with my previous pregnancy, except I tend to start feeling breast sensitivity after not getting my expected period. Thankfully, I've always had great luck getting pregnant right away after trying the first time. But since we've had 2 miscarriages and really want this baby, I'm very anxious to know whether we really are pregnant or not. Any thoughts on my pregnancy test? I'm hoping it was too early to test. I also would like to know if some of you have taken an early negative pregnancy test which turned out positive days/weeks later (?).

Yes its great news..I'm 11 weeks & due on July 26... But the sad part is I just lost the love of my life 2 weeks ago in a Accident..We planned on being married the 14 of March 2009. Together we have a Beautiful baby girl who's 2 together and Now another 1 on the way. Is this a Blessing or what? I have no idea if I can make it on my own. My boyfriend & I have been trying for a baby for some time now. A few nights ago we where laying in bed and he squeezed my breast and some light milky kind of fluid came out, it was weird ( never ever has that happened to me ) I am 26 years old and have not experienced that before, so right away he thinks I am pregnant, I took 2 tests one in the evening and one early in the morning thet where both negative. My last period was Dec 3rd or around there my period is really whacky and I have been spotting for the past few months before I get my period, well this month I have not bleed, spotted or anything. So I am not too sure when my last period started because I have a wacky cycle. I spotted about a week before my period so I will say last period Dec 3. I feel sooooo gassy and easily irritated my boobs get this twinge of pain once in a while on the side and now the nipple discharge what couls it be? Can I be pregnant?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant Since around 11am (eastern time) yesterday, I have had contractions at least every 20-30 minutes. This morning I decided to write down the times I am getting them, so far it's been 9:19, 9:26 and 9:38. Are these considered irregular and braxton hicks? I have a doctors appointment today at 3 and plan to ask then, I just wanted some input before that point. I just wanted to add - I was able to sleep last night, so I'm not sure if they were occuring all night long, but I do know 4 times I was awoken by them and that I felt really nauseated and sick to my stomach when that happened.

my abdominal muscles have separated recently, i am almost 27 weeks pregnant and they began separating around 19 weeks, its just getting worse and worse. what are some things i can do about this? if i lie on my back then slowly sit up you can see about a 2 inch gap between my muscles where my guts poke through! i am a nanny and i have to pick up small children daily. its hard to put my shoes on and bend over i heard that 1 in 5 pregnant woman get this? well from what i have read if your abdominal muscles have separated more then normal like mine have, they dont just return magically to normal.. can this cause a hernia?

On 12/26/08 I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend - It was also the day I ovulated. Well 12/30/08 I started having some cramps in my pelvic that would be more towards my right ovary but then sometimes I would feel aches towards my left along with it came some gas. They cramps intensify more at night than during the day. 12/31/08 I spotted but only when I wiped and it was like drops of light pink. Im not due to start my period until 01/08/09 or 01/09/09 and I never/rarely get cramps before or during the time Im about to start. and if I would I wouldn't think they would last up to a whole week. I took a pregnancy test 01/03/09 and 01/04/09 and they both came out negative. I know I probably took them way too early but im getting quite anxious and It is like my body is telling me I am. Do you think there is an actual possibility of pregnancy? My doctor wants me to come in already to get a blood test done, but im just afraid its still to early. Should I take a blood pregnancy test yet and how accurate are they?

I was on round 3 of clomid and after my blood work on Christmas Eve which was cd 26, they said I ddnt ovulate. I went back on cd 33. i was also suppose to start my period that day, they informed me I was pregnant. She put me on progesterone suppositories 25mg 2x per day.They are the compound kind. With my level being a 10.7 at 4 1/2 weeks pregnant is that ok? I had more blood work done after i did the suppositories for 3 days and to test my HcG levels... Has anyone else dealt with something like this? 10 is my progesterone level not HcG

I've just gotten around 12-13 guppies a few weeks ago. I've just installed a heater in the fish tank yesterday afternoon, adjusted to 22 degrees. At night, I turned the heater higher, to almost 28 degrees by accident. I meant to tune it up to 24-26 degrees. I realized that my fishes aren't as active as usual. This morning, all the fishes just laid at the bottom of the fish tank. Usually, they will swim around the tank. Whenever I give them food, they'll swim upwards immediately. However, this morning when my dad fed them food, they didn't swim upwards. They just stayed at the bottom, swimming around occasionally. After my dad adjusted the temperature of the tank to 22 degrees again, the fishes started swimming at the top again. However, they don't eat any of the food. What's wrong with the fishes? After that, my dad realized the pregnant female fish had given birth and that many of the baby guppies are at the bottom of the fish tank, lying on the sand. I've scooped them out into a separate container. What do I do now? The fishes still aren't acting normal. They don't eat. How do I get them to be active again?

Me and my husband are going to start ttc soon. I have always been worried that for some reason I won't be able to get pregnant. All I have is a functional ovarian cyst on my left ovary and my doc said it is ok to start ttc if I am ready. The cyst doesn't cause me much pain, if any at all. I just found out I am pregnant on the 22nd of Dec. I had a blood test done on the 23rd and my HCG was only 15. I also had an ultrasound but there was no evidence of gestation. My doctor said HCG was too low and Im probably not pregnant. Had more tests done: Dec 26- 73 Dec 27- 132 Dec 29- 351 I cant recall when my last period was in Nov. was but I know its somewhere between the 17th-21st. My last recorded sure menstrual period was Oct 21. Because I dont know when my last period was they cant tell me how far along I am in the pregnancy. I just had an ultrasound done yesterday Jan.2.. which showed an empty gestational sac. Im worried that its empty. Is it too soon? They told me to come back in 2 weeks.

I am 13 weeks pregnant and 26 yrs old, I had chicken pox when I was 23 after having blood tests done saying I was immune when I was younger. I just found out a friend we had over on new year's son has come down with chicken pox today, should I be worried? Any help would be appreciated! Just wanted to add I had the bloodwork done as a teenager saying I was immune and STILL got it in my 20's!

It all started last night. I couldn't sleep. I felt soooo nauseous. I am 26 weeks pregnant and was hoping that I wouldn't face the nausea and vomiting until baby number 3. I didn't get sick with my first pregnancy, nor did I have this majorly increased stomach acid thing going on. I remember the heartburn...but last night was like my stomach was flooded with acid. I took tums, and it made it worse. I have a bit of a tempurature, vomiting, I know I am dehydrated. I tried to drink some apple juice, threw that up. I am munching on ice chips, and that does seem to be hydrating me. Do you think it is a stomach bug or regular pregnancy stuff? The problem is, every time I clean for more than roughly 10 minutes at a time, not even hard cleaning, I have a few contractions. And I will be talking to my doctor about this, but I just wanted personal opinions also. And I have been having braxton hicks contractions since about 16 weeks, so I know what I'm feeling. I'm just curious if anyone else has ever experienced contractions after 'not hard' cleaning? ***Oh, and please don't suggest to me to have my husband help me clean and take some of the pressure off. He is in IRAQ and can't really get here to help out.. Other wise he would. So, no suggesting that!

I'm 26 I'm a Boxer and a Boxing Trainer where I own half a gym other half to my best friend and I'm engaged to who was my best friend of 10 years after we fell love she got pregnant around the time we got engaged we were excited and I am happy but I'm worried. We are having a girl I always wanted a boy because I was always really Athletic growing up in High School alone I played Varsity Baseball,Football, and Volleyball and I still I go to the gym 5 times a week, and I was just raised to be a man I never thought about getting married or having kids on till she said that sh loved me I fell for her and she fell for me. When everybody sees us they don't believe it because I'm a straight up Athlete and she is a real girly girl till this day she is a Model and now we are having a baby girl. I'm really worried I don't think I'm going to be a good dad I have no idea what girl like and don't like how the are nothing, I'm really scared she doesn't know that I'm terrified cause I'm a man I'm not supposed to be scared what do I do Please give me Advise here

How normal is it this early on?

its in my lower back...i cant lay down..or sit in a chair..it feels like it needs to be cracked but my hubby cant really crack it...im not really sure what to do

I'm 26 week's pregnant, My lower back feels like it's broke, what do I do I'm dying..I tried laying down an nothing helps

Should I worry? Dh says not to that it was just one bite but I worry. The inside was done, it was just in a couple of spots closer to the edge that wasn't. I didn't notice it til I looked at it after I took a bite so I don't even know how much I actually got that was pink.

My LMP was 8 weeks ago, so technically I'm supposed to be 8 weeks pregnant. I went to my first prenatal check up on Wednesday 12/31 and results showed a 4 week old gestational sac. I'm worried as I've had a blighted ovum before. I got my Hcg drawn that morning and a repeat this afternoon, of course the office had closed before I was able to get results, so I''m waiting until Monday. I'm hoping for a miracle and for anyone out there to know if the ultrasound shows age from conception rather than from LMP. I'm thinking positively.

i cant believe what i heard!! i have a cousin who is a year younger than me, shes 21, she has never worked a day in her life and neither has her partner (26), they have openly admitted to not wanting to work because they are loaded on benefits! they live in a cushy council house near their friends who live the same way, she got pregnant when i was pregnant 1st time round and now she is due in 4 weeks, anyway back on the story.....i took my son to my grandparents and she was there as she had just been shopping and showed me this brand spanking new double buggy ( the pram i got for my son i had to lend money as we couldnt affort the full amount with our wage) i asked her how she could afford it (cheeky i know) and she replied 'its that £500 grant we get off the council coz were on benefits!!'...she is being rewarded for not working and purposly expecting everybody else to pay for her children!! £500, i would love to have that much to spend on my child!!!! on top when the baby is born she will be on more or less £85 child tax credits, £50+ income support,£20 x2 child benefit all weekly, plus £45 for her other child, she is on something else but i dont know what it is, and also recieving milk tokens and these nappy vouchers she recieves, so non of it will be spent on that, so thats easy well over £200 a week! were i get £95 a week working and anything else i get go on my sons nursery!! ....a lot of people are doing it and its really sickening because i feel i am wasting my time working so hard to provide for my son but i dont want to be like that and not feel like i am not supporting my own children, i believe benefits should be for hard working people who have come into difficulty and need help for example- the credit crunch, people who have lost their jobs, not leaving school and seeing this as a "wage", i know we all moan about it but is there anything that is being done about it or is this how the world is going now?? sorry i was just really upset i needed a rant lol it upsets me too as my mother in law had a brain hemorage a year ago and connot work as she has lost some memory, she cannot recieve disabiltiy allowence because they have savings which was supposed to be towards when they retire, so now they have hardly any saving left.....fair?? hey lulu, i understand your point and it was not aimed at you as you are obviously doing something to give your child a better life by studying, you are an example to what benefits are made for and used correctly, not by choice of holding your hand out(if u get what i mean lol)!! i think some people at the end are miss hearing me that i think everybody who deserves this grant are scroungers, not at all!! i can see its a god send to low income and people who have made an effort in their life to contribute! i am explaining about obvious benefit cheats/abusers who wont even think about working, and then do get this lump sum which just seems like an extra hand out...

I got my last period on December 5th. My cycle is usually 25 or 26 days. I've had sex once this month, right after my period ended (December 7th). On December 19th, I noticed some brownish discharge. There were quite a few clot-like things and then it got a little heavier and more red. It lasted for around a week. On December 30th (around when I had been expecting my period), I started getting cramps and seeing more brown discharge. It has stayed pretty light, but for a while, it was a tiny bit heavier and reddish. That hasn't stopped yet, but it's nothing more than I'd need a pantyliner for. I plan to get a home pregnancy test today, but can anyone tell me what they think is going on with me?

My Periods Last a long time. More than 32 days of bleeding. Is anyone going through the same thing? Ok here's my dill. When I was 16 I took the Depot shot about 3 times. I had to stop them due to them making me stay on a period for a long time.I am now 26 and am trying to get pregnant but can't. For the past 9 years I have had periods for what seems the whole month with about a week off. I've had a DNC done and everything was fine the doc didn't find anything wrong. Says My blood is keeping up with the blood i've lost.Here is an example of my cycles :APR. 2007 Started on the 1st went till the 16th off for 3 days spot off for 2 spot off for 4 then start new cycle lasting 18 days.Then i had 5 days off spot thin 4 more days off then Another cycle of 19 days. The month of SEP. i went all month. So anyways that's a look at my period. Now in 2008 they have slowed down But not to much. I guess I'm just wondering if any one else out there is going thought this and if so are you having a really hard time getting pregnant? I would love to hear from anyone that has this same problem or any thing like it. Thank you for your help!

I am 7 months pregnant six foot four inches tall and I weigh 158lbs right now. My pre pregnancy weight was 142 lbs which was 26 lbs underweight for my size. I am still 10 lbs underweight for a non pregnant woman my size and have not gained the weight he would have liked to have seen at this stage. He said I should be ideally around 195 lbs right now. (That is about 2 lbs a week.) The thing is I eat like a horse but after adding up the total calories of everything I eat all day long it's not enough calories (1,995 cals a day) My doctor suggests I have 2,800 calories a day. I eat a lot now as it is!!! Is there any really fattening vegan meals or foods that anyone can suggest to me? Oh I love avocados! Should I just snack on nuts through out the day or is their some good meals anyone would know of that has those fatty proteins as a base? LMFAO!!! This is my third child and I have been a Vegan since I was 12. My first one was a very healthy 11 lbs 8 oz and my second was 8 lbs 13 oz. They are fit and healthy with out a drop of meat at 11 and 8 now. No allergies no ear infections .. no asthma. Vegan lifestyle hasn't killed any child yet! At least not mine

Your 19 now, the babys are 3, you and your bf sleep together at night and now you are finding yourself pregnant again at 19 still living with parents? 5. You want to go through labor without your parents, how will you manage getting through labor without them there? 6. You did it, your parents wasn't there and you had 1 healthy boy, dark skinned, what do you name him? 7. You 22 now, the girls are 6 and the boy is 1, your bf ask to marry you and you say yes, now your married, now you are looking for a house big enough for 3 kids, and your planning on more kids, what kind of house do you want? 8. I know all about how males are meant to have hormones running wild almost constantly, but why do they almost all the time simply think about sex? My partner and I have been together for 2 years and we had sex quite a lot in the beginning. I recently went through surgery and haven't had sex with my partner for 13 weeks. He is starting to get on my nerves really badly. At night he gets an erection and deliberately digs it into my back, or tries to feel me up when I am asleep. Or he gets an erection during the day when I am simply sitting next to him! Even when we have guests, although he tries to hide it. Is sex all he is thinking about?? I am unable to get pregnant for about another 6 months, as my body needs time to heal from having my tube removed only 4 weeks ago and also having my baby removed from that same tube. At night he humps me like a dog in his sleep and sometimes even when we're just cuddling on the lounge. It's making me really angry and making me feel like slapping him! Someone tell me how to deal with this!!! I am 26 and he is 22. It hasn't just been the last 13 weeks. Before the operation he was like this too, and he seems to be the most "horniest" male I have ever met in my whole entire life. What the hell do I do? It's not that I don't enjoy sex or that I am not a sexual person. Because I am. It's just that he is ALWAYS turned on by me or just always turned on in general and can't even lie down with me without trying to feel me up. I will have sex with him again, but I'm just not ready yet. My body is too sore. First of all, I CANNOT take the pill because it makes me sick and I am alergic to latex. I was being seen at a doctor across town ,but my car is unable to make it there now. then i had to move out of my house for over a month due to a pipe breaking and causing mold in my rental out of the city. im back i had to wait a month before my appointment came up with the neighborhood clinic, when i arrived they said they refuse to see me because I have one insurance through my husbands job and another I just git through the assistance office. I don't understand why? I am going to have to get examined in the er every where around you call to make a appointment its a month to a month in a half away. when i say clinic i don't mean the free clinic its inside of my neighborhood hospital sorry for the mix up.I gave them my public assistance insurance card they said they dont take it,so i said i have keystone through my husbn=and job the receptionist told me I have to drop public assistance for them to accept my private insurance?? i had a baby born at 30 weeks ,he is healthy now. they are so cold on the phone i told them im high risk and they say i have to be evaluated by there doctor to determine that first.

I am going to be 7 days late tomorrow for my period. I have had 2 negative pregnancy tests and my periods have always ALWAYS been regular. I was supposed to start on Dec. 26. If I go to the doc tomorrow to get a blood test done, how long will it take to get results? Can you get the results before you leave? This is driving me nuts not knowing, its almost scary not getting my period and getting a negative test like something can be wrong. I am not stressed out, just concerned. I did start a new mood stabilizer 2.5 weeks ago and when I asked the pharmacist if it can be the reason why I am so late, she said that the medicine should not cause my period to be late. My husband and I would be happy if we were pregnant.

I'm 26 and happily married but I am scared on why I haven't started my period this month. This happened one time when I was in high school and I skipped a month when I was 14 and that was the only time it happened. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests after my missed period and all came up negative. And yes, I do keep close track on my periods. Me and my husband did have unprotected sex on Christmas eve thinking we would be ok since I was supposed to start on the 26th. (I ALWAYS get my periods every 26-27 days.) I have an ovarian cyst on my left ovary but it is small and rarely causes me any discomfort. I found that out at the doctors and she said there is nothing to be worried about with my cyst. I did, however, start a new medicine a couple of weeks ago. Its called Symbyax and its a mood stabilizer and the pharmacist said it shouldn't cause my period to be late. So could I be pregnant even though my pregnancy test is negative and I took it after my missed period? I'm wondering if it was a long cycle for whatever reason and we had sex when I could have gotten pregnant. It shouldn't be the medicine and I hear ovarian cysts don't alter your periods, expecially in my case having a small functional cyst. My friend scared me last night when she said it could be endometriosis since she had it but my mother is an RN and said I would be in a lot of pain if I had that and to stop worrying. I guess I will call the doc tomorrow since I never skip my period. But I'm really wondering if I can be pregnant.. I missed my period 6 days already, I'm hungry, tired and I pee a lot! I'm not under any stress, just the usual work and live life. If we are pregnant, then it would be a blessing. I'm just scared on the fact that I haven't started--I took a test after my missed period---and it's negative. I'm wondering if it is something serious because I really want to have kids! PLEASE help me with any experiences and outcomes and I will gladly give 10 pts to the most helpful answer.
