so... i have been more wet down there i have been having tightening also the baby hasn't been moving as much as im used to(I am also working more) I also have been more fatigued all of a sudden and getting dizzier easier

Hello. I just wanted to ask some insight here on the chances if me being pregnant. I got my period in Jan 18. My soldier was then coming to visit on February 19, where I was supposed to be getting my period again. Two weeks before Feb.19 I took birth control pills for two weeks but not always everyday because I would forget them, I did it so I would skip my period. I got my period on Feb 27. My ovulation calculator tells me that I would ovulate on the 12-13 of March and my fertile period is from the 8-14 of March. I had unprotected sex A LOT :) from the 4-8th of March then I said goodbye to my soldier. What are my chances of being pregnant and how soon can I test.Oh and on the 12th it was obvious I was ovulating, I had a lot of cervical mucus. Also I am eating a lot and craving so much. I know it might be mental just thought I would add that. Thanks!!!

My sister is 35 weeks pregnant, she has been experiencing braxtons hicks from 27 weeks onwards. Her and her boyfriend are here for mother day with my family and she isn't near the hospital she was planning to give birth in. This morning she thought she was having normal braxton hicks but now they are getting worse and her boyfriend is timing them and they seem to be 25-30 minutes apart each time and sometimes only 18-20 minutes apart. My boyfriend is increasingly worried and her midwife has said go to the nearest general hospital but my sister isn't having none of it. She keeps telling the whole family its too soon and the baby isn't ready yet. We think shes just worried because her baby will be premature but everyone says the pregnant mother knows best. Shall we believe her and leave it or do we need to literally force her to the hospital? Thanks. P.s you may have seen some of her questions, Evalynn P in the pregnancy and name department :). I had an ultersound at 5 weeks 3 days (about) we saw gestational sac and yolk sac. My hcg levels are 27,000. My doctor said that puts me at 5-8 weeks pregnant and he feels we shouldve seen the fetal pole and heart beat. He retook my blood on Friday the 12 idk what the levels are until Monday the 13 if they went up they will reschedule me for another ultersound. I know there is no possible way I am 8 weeks. Does anyone know if 27,000 is to high for a 5 week 3 day pregnancy? Any input about this will be appreciated. Thanks I thought I should add I had really sore breasts but now they are only slightly sensitive, I am more tired, grouchy and just recently started feeling nausish. The loss of breats tendernous worrys me. I am now 6 weeks Gigi, when the nurse called and said my hcg levels were 27,000 my hubby and I were so excited because we had 2 previous miscarriages and the levels were only like a 10 and we ne'er got this far. It's been 6 weeks since I got my last period. Since then, I've moved to a different country, started a new job, and went through many weeks of stress trying to adjust to a new environment (both at home and at work). I'm thinking these are reasons why I haven't gotten my period yet. So I've had excessive weight gain: when I do not tense my stomach, it bulges out so I look 6 months pregnant, my legs jiggle when I touch them, even my face is slightly bloated. Also, my skin has been breaking out like crazy, even though I'm 27. I went to the gyno, and the dr. said I should get my period soon and gave me a prescription for Yasmin, ran some tests, and said to come back if I haven't gotten my period yet or if it worsens, although he did say going on Yasmin could help all my symptoms. I'm just concerned that this may be a more serious health problem or if these symptoms/delayed period is normal? Any thoughts or suggestions?

So, my friend told me about this one lady who use to work with her at the bank. She left her work because she wanted to have a baby. So my friend thought "oh maybe she is planning on having a baby with her boyfriend" My friend had found out that her co worker was surrogate mom. Her latest leave from work was for her 3rd pregnancy. My friend does not know why she is surrogating one after another... so my friend and I thought... maybe money is good. But my friends co worker contacted her few months later asking to have lunch. She was 3 weeks pregnant with number 3. This co worker woman is 27 years old. She started doing this after having her sister's daughter. I guess her sister couldnt have babies so she had her sister's husbands sperm implanted in her eggs. I am a mom so I can't understand how she can do this over and over again... It be too hard for me to break the bond between "my" child after carrying her or him for 10 months... what is your view on this unique story? do you think some women just do this for pleasure??

I am a little worried since I know how much my baby needs my first amount of milk. Don't have an appointment until the 5th so I thought I would see if anyone was experiencing this.

My partner is 22 years old and had never had a seizure in his life. Then 5 months ago we were travelling on the train and he was asleep and woke up confused and not long after went into a grand mal seizure. He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance and had an MRI done then went and seen a neurologist for an EEG and all results from both tests were fine. The doctors could'nt come up with any reason so put the seizure down to a one off thing with no explanation. He was fine up until 3 days ago when i woke up at 4am to him having another grand mal seizure, we think he was asleep when he went into it. Once again he was taken to hospital and has to see a neurologist monday for another EEG and hopefully an explanation. He is 6'2 (pretty tall) and weighs 130kg (he is overweight) and doesnt suffer from any other known health problems. I am 27 weeks pregnant and would like an explanation as i am very worried about the situation. Does anybody have any ideas about any of this? Causes? (The drs dont think its epilepsy as EEG and MRI came back fine)?

I am 27 and have been seeing a guy for just over a month now. He is perfect but we are keeping it casual as I have to move countries with my job in a few weeks time and we didn't want it to be too difficult. I am completely eating those words now that I am actually in a difficult situation. Found out that I am pregnant a couple of days ago. I was on the pill but taking anti-malaria tablets given to me in Asia. I did enquire at the time if the pill could still work and they said that it was fine. Though the doctor I saw a couple of days ago said that was complete rubbish. I am about 98% sure that I will abort. Really hate myself for doing this but I don't have a supportive family or cash to cope and feel I am still not ready to be a Mum. I think I will probably be punished in later life but still don't see myself being able to cope. My question is whether to tell the father or not?? He is a really lovely guy and would be supportive of my choice, however, it will hurt him too. There is a tiny part of me that is scared that he will want me to keep the baby despite him still living with his mother and not having much cash. Should I hurt two people or just one? Does he have the right to know? I think i have fallen for him but I am really, really trying not to. I don't think he feels the same way. We have been friends for 15 years - this could end it all. Please help??

Hi im ttc and was just wondering if anyone would share their experiences of ovulating when they fell pregnant that month. This is baby #2 for me but on my last baby I didnt really track ovulation that much. I just opened a pack of opks on my 4 month of trying and tried one which was pos. To me that was enough. I bd that day and the next. Then 3 weeks later when my period had not arrived I was pregnant LOL. This month im on day 27 of my cycle and im only due to ovulate around now as i have a very long cycle 42 days. Im using opks and have been all negative since I startd testing on Mon. However yesterday I had my first faint line ( i know this means neg in some cases) but then a stronger line last nite. This morn it was faint again and then almost gone this evening. Im havin strong cramps and pinch in my right side. Eg cm last 2 days and then had a large spot of blood in my cm today but then normal after that. Im really hoping it is ovulation!! I am 27 and have dated all different types of men. My problem is, I inevitably end up with a "bad boy". This last one was a doozy. He tried to beat and strangle me while I was pregnant with our son. Obviously I am LONG gone from that situation. I have dated the "nice guys" before and it never works. When I perceive that they are too nice and are too sensitive, I end up being the mean one, almost to the point of being emotionally and verbally abusive. I can be initially physically attracted to a "nice guy" and without fail I get absolutely physically disgusted with them the nicer they are. Am I so self-destructive that my body "rejects" people who treat me well? Agggghhhh! Please help! * 5 hours ago * - 1 week left to answer. Additional Details Most of these answers seem to assume that I have been in multiple abusive relationships. That isn't the case at all. I ensure the safety of my children above anything in my life & have not dated anyone in almost a year, b/c I am trying to address my problems with unhealthy relationship choices. I don't "hate" nice guys, & I would much prefer to be treated well. I am just not a "girly-girl" who enjoys romantic, overly affectionate, lets-talk-about-our-feelings relationships. I am more interested in doing "guy stuff", hunting, fishing, working on cars, riding 4-wheelers, etc. & a lot of the guys I find that share my interests are "tough guys". I do agree with the statement that perhaps I feel they are better than me, b/c I do have a serious problem with my self-esteem & it has caused me not to pursue some men, b/c I don't feel they could possibly be interested in someone like me. okay. so me and my boyfriend broke up a few days ago. and this is just a precaution. i have a normal period usually. my cycle is about 32 days long. i had sex with my boyfriend on Feb. 9, 13, and 27. and yes this was all unprotected. I got my period on Feb. 28. and it lasted like two or three days when it usually lasts 4 or 5. i didn't think anything of it. but then my friend kinda scared me saying i was being over emotional for the last week(before we broke up) and she thinks i am pregnant. like i said i didn't think anything of it until Mar. 10, i had some brownish sticky cr*p coming out of me and it was not a lot just enough on the toilet paper. i took a pregnancy test an hour after it happened and it came out neagtive. it also happened the 11th and 12th. all those times its not a lot. i plan to take another test in like a week. i really would just like to hear your opinions on this. i really do not want to be because we broke up and that would just be all wrong but if i am i will keep it because im 20. and it was my decision to have sex without a condom. thanks for your answers in advance and please no rude comments.

I'm in love with my boyfriend, hes 27, and I'm 19. We promised we wouldn't have sex until we got married, but 6 weeks ago, we ended up doing it. It was perfect. I don't regret it at all. But now I've found out I'm pregnant. He's so excited about it, I'm not. I told him I didn't want it and he begged me to keep it and even told me he'd marry me. He has a good job and I know he'll do anything for me. We're also catholics so its against our religion to even consider to get rid of a child. hello everyone.. i am 29 weeks pregnant.for the past 2 weeks (since 27 weeks) i have been not able to sleep. im extremely tired.. but i find it hard to go to sleep & stay asleep. i try sleeping with pillows between my legs/behind back/under tummy i tried making a warm drink before bed ive tried alot... no luck will it get better soon? (like will i be able to sleep) or will it get worse? what can i do to try sleeping better? and to get comfortable? any tips/advise.. thank you so much

My boyfriend and i got into an argument he accused me of not sticking up for him. He said he was done we all know what that means, i thought we were happy i didn't know he wasn't happy he told me not to talk to him ever again but i need him and i love him i thought i was doing all the things to show him i loved him i don't know what more i could have done but im pregnant and tired and moody and emotional i don't know how to handle all of the things life is throwing at me and now i have to face them alone! I have an appointment on Wednesday morning, so if nothing else happens ill wait till then. All right well Im currently 29 weeks and 3 days pregnant. But lately Ive been having these feelings that my baby might come early. I dont know if all pregnant women feel like this at one point or just me. I guess I get Braxton Hicks contractions mostly every night at night. My stomach gets tight, my lower back starts hurting and my pelvis starts hurting too. I might get them maybe every 3-4 hours, some are bad enough to wake me up. [I dont really notice them during the day] Yesterday night when I went to go pee, I saw one tiny spec of blood twice. Went to go pee again maybe 30 min later and wasnt there any more. Yesterday I did have some clear stringy discharge. Im not sure if thats the mucous plug starting to "break apart". And if it helps, Ive been leaking colostrum and the baby has moved head down since about 27 weeks. Thats really all I can think of for now. I feel my baby kick and punch right now as I type this so Im not pulling out my hair being a worry wart. I just want to hear some advice from other women or if anybody else has gone threw this. ok i ovulated on feb 27 and tested positive on march 9th with a very dark line, 7 days before my expected period making me 3 weeks pregnant is it possible that it is twins, I have never tested positive this early and have had 3 miscarriages prior to this time, just a little concerned thanks

Getting really big doctor said my baby boy is looking fine feel him kicking from time to time and now i can actually feel him in my belly when i like look for him.. It's all so just amazing.. Well i have gotten my period or something that seems like my period every month so far and always in the begining somewhere ( before i got pregnant i was irregualr) so seems kinda strange. It's like bright red blood not dark and stuff. My doctor said everything looks fine. But idontknow? Has anyone ever had this.? Am i the only one? im kind of getting scared.

My boyfriend is in the marines so i went to cali February 27,2010 - March 6,2010 (a week,Saturday-Saturday) we had UNPROTECTED SEX,Saturday,Sunday,Monday, Tuesday i started my Period (no sex tuesday) but we still had sex Wednesday,Thursday,NOT FRIDAY, but Saturday befor i left.. ALL THOSE DAYS WERE UNPROTECTED AND HE CAME INSIDE OF ME MORE THAN ONCE EACH DAY.. I left Saturday.. and my Period WASNOT the normal 7 DAYs. it stopped Sunday(MARCH 7,2010) in stead of tuesday.. Everysince i my period, ive been have mild cramps everday. few sharp pains in my ovarys area.. and since we had sex on my period i didnt really think i could get pregnant.. but since ive been having cramps i think its a possibility that i could be, which i really dont want right now. hi i'm 35 weeks with #2 and have just realised on my notes that i'm measuring 33cm at 35 weeks. All of my other measurements match the gestation eg.@ 15 weeks i was 15cm, then 27 weeks i was 27cm and at 31 weeks i was 31cm so how come it's not the same this time? my midwife didn't mention anything at the appointment and i didn't realise till i got home and had a look at the notes

What does this mean? I am very worried? My wife just went for another ultrasound. She is at 27 weeks. Today she has a follow up with her doctor and she said that everything is going fine, but they saw a soft mark on the left ventricle of the baby's heart. She said it is nothing to lose sleep over and she will send the results to a specialist. This happened before, and the specialist did not take us, which is good. But then she asks if we had an amnio. So now I am freaking out because I did some research and found that a soft mark on the heart could be a marker for Down Syndrome. Can someone please give me some advice?

sadly 12 months ago my pregnancy ended in stillbirth at 23 weeks and 6 days.im pregnant again but they found out my cervix has been shortening.15 mm at 24 weeks 11 mm at 27 weeks.im on progesterone pessaries as it was considered too late and risky for a cervical stitch.been given steroids and expect to give birth any time.very worried about baby not making it or having disabilities.i have another 3 kids and i went full term with all of them.im 32 . when we had post mortem results & check up,i was told i may need a stitch,but nothing showed up on scans.they didnt do an internal scan til i was 24 weeks,and only then cause i was so anxious of history repeating its self.they said too risky due to how far along iwas to put stitch in,also cos id had bleeding on and off till 20 weeks

ok it all started last june when i had an ectopic, i found out i was pregnant and began getting dull pains in one side of my stomach, where my ovary is. i went to hospital and after tests they said ectopic and i had an operation to remove the left fallopian tube, even though my pain was on the right side. they also said i was only 6 weeks pregnant so not far on enough for ectopic to cause pain. the pain, coming and going from dull to sharp carried on for 2 months,(worse with my period) then i found out i was pregnant again, same pain, went to hospital and they did tests and said miscarriage. i had one normal period after that then was pregnant again with my history i went to the hospital and they did a scan, baby was ok but i had an ovairain cyst about 3cms on the right hand side. 2 days later i misscarried agian. not wanting to go through it again i had the implanon fitted a week later on 27th november. i started my period boxing day and finished 26th jan. ive had bleeding, brown and clotted and then when i get the sharp pain ( brought on by coughing or sneezing) i get dark red blood, ive had a normal period in feb ten the spotting again. my right breast is VERY tender and i have smelly discharge down below, i have a wee about 20 times a day, i havnt been able to have sex with my husband since jan because it hurts too much. if i strain at the toilet i feel as both ovaries are going to POP out. i cant sit still or stand in the same place for more than five minutes without getting pain. i saw went to the hospital and the doc examined me and said i can have a scan in 4 weeks and that bleeding is normal and she gave me tramadol for the pain and the oral pill for bleeding. i feel like no one is taking me seriously. im also nearly 24 if that makes a difference, please help me sorry i forgot to say iv felt faint the last 3 weeks and fainted twice last wednesday while i was sat down watching telly.

Every since tuesday (9 DPO) I have been eating a lot more than I usually would. Plus my nipples start hurting a week before im suppose to start but they aren't bothering me at all. I also woke up to go pee 3 hours after going to bed which is very unusual for me. I also ate a little over half of the big jars of dill pickles. I like pickles but Im not that big on them usually. My dad yesterday and today told me he thinks Im pregnant. I also have been really tired since Monday (8 DPO). But my back isn't bothering me and Im not cramping either which I normally do 3-4 days before I start. Sometimes Im ever 26 days sometimes Im 27 so Im suppose to start either Saturday or Sunday. I don't want to get my hopes and then be crushed. What do all of you think and what day should I test? I also had cramping and a small spot of blood on Saturday (6 DPO)

i am 27 weeks along with my third. lets just say this hasn't been a pleasant pregnancy. we found out our little girl has a cleft lip not sure of the palate, i have a hernia, and lots of problems with my sciatic nerve. earlier i was in so much pain in my upper stomach, chest and even back. it hurt so bad i was nauseous and breaking into a sweat but cold at the same time. i was doubled over crying it felt like a contraction but i couldn't really tell if my stomach was tightening because it's all hard and tight because of the hernia. anyways it stopped and came back about 10 minutes later and then stopped an so on, but it wasn't keeping a consistent time so i think maybe it was braxton hicks or the fact that my little one was moving like crazy i think maybe somehow she irritated the hernia. well this was about 3 hours ago and no pain so far but i went to the bathroom about 10 minutes ago and there was a large clump of discharge. i don't think it was my whole plug but I'm pretty sure it was part of the plug. there was no bloody show or anything. i know that you can loose your plug way before you even go into labor BUT isn't 27 weeks a little early to lose any of it? i am just asking if this happened to anybody and the outcome. i did call my doctor and he said if anymore cramping or bleeding or leakage then to come in. so i wasn't asking for medical advice just personal experiences with this....thank you.

I had my Mirena inserted 6 weeks after I had my son and that was 3 1/2 years ago. While on the Mirena, I loved it (I didn't have a period or have to worry about it). I had it removed in March 2009 and wanted to try to conceive. My periods returned to normal usually in between 27 days and 31 days. For the past couple of months my periods have been irregular. One cycle it was 48 days, then 41 days, and now 38 days. I am just really worried that I have not become pregnant after 1 year of trying. I want to hear of anyone elses experiences with the Mirena and could this possibly cause infertility. My husband and I are both healthy and young (21 and 22).

ok well my period started on january 27 5 day cycle but 2 days later i was bleeding again not for long just like 2day pink. i was suppose to start my next period February 26 but it never came i took a preg test came back neg so i just thought i was having a no period month which i have never had but anyways i started bleeding very lightly yesterday night pink again but with some weird feeling cramps i didn't think nothing of it just put a tampon in and went to sleep so i wake up get the kids ready one goes to school the others taking a nap i pull out the tampon and theres something stuck at the end of it (sorry if this is gross) i get a toothpick and stretched it out and its look like some of the pictures i have seen online while i was pregnant one end big white ball and the end curling up and it looks like a vain on the back so i look at pictures of fetus and it does look alot like a 5week fetus so then i look at the size of what it might be and its the same size of a 5week fetus and then i look at how many weeks i might of been if i was pregnant and i would be 6weeks if i was. i have heard of woman being pregnant and it not showing up so that why i think it might be a baby i have miscarried before but not this early so i wanted to see what you guys think? also im going to my OB today should i take it LOL.

I have a 5 month old and im fearing im pregnant. My periods have been pretty irrregular since I have birth. Ive been on birth control for 4 months and we were ALSO using condoms. On valentines day I decided eh no condom ive been on birth control for 4 months and my period just ended yesterday. According to my birth control I was supposed to get my period yesterday... My last period was Feb 8th-13th but then I had a random day of light bleeding around a week and a half ago. Periods come every 27 days right? Its been awhile since health class is it counted from the first or last day of your period?? I could NEVER picture having another baby right now. I need to enjoy my time with my 5 month old. I could never financially do it. 20 year old mommy that just moved out to my own apt with the fiance when I was pregnant. Another baby would be very difficult.. Im really stressing out.... :(:(:(:(

What would you do if you found out you were pregnant again??... I have a 5 month old and have been on birth control since he was a month ish. So around 4 months. Every time we had sex (which isnt often 1x a week?) we used condoms too just to be safe. On valetines day I said we could go the night with out seeing I have been on birth control at least a good 4 months and my period ended the night before. My period has been pretty irregular but according to my birth control pack it says I should have started yesterday and im just really paranoid. I spent all night up thinking how I couldnt do it. I couldnt go thru being pregnant again, it feels like I just got done being pregnant. I would just feel like I let my son down I want me and him time I only want to focus on him for awhileee he's my everything. I couldnt picture having a 1 yr old and a newborn. Also its been awhile since health class, the average to get your period is 27 days right? Is that counting from the last day of your period or first?? If I got my period say the 8th of feb. and it ended feb 13th which do I count from?? Also I had a random day about 2 weeks ago of a random day of bleeding. Is my system all fudged up or what?? im scared :(

I want to tell him but we're so different in our lives. I mean, he's 27 I'm turning 21 in a couple weeks and I'm scared that If I tell him he might not want to be in my child life anyways so, why should I tell him? I think the only reason why he was with me was because of the fun fact that I was someone 6 years younger and he wanted to hit it and have fun. Our relationship ended with me giving him an ultimatum and he used the doucebag way of ignoring me to end things... Plus, the only reason why I'm really hurt is because I was a virgin before I met him.. Believe it or not it's true lol.. It's hard to believe that a college girl/party girl is still a virgin but it's true.... lol I got pregnant a little before the split but didn't find out til months later. I found out not too long ago that he's currently in a relationship with this new chick and I just don't know how to tell him/or whether i should.. I'm find raising this child on my own! i have resources and family who will love this child. I'm just scared that one day my child would ask about her father and I wouldn't know what to do or say. Tell the truth or lie and say that he died.. Also, I'm scared that if he don't want to be apart of her life, why tell him and go through the pain...??!!

So I haven't had my period in two months. I have never ever skipped. I have never had a problem. Normal pap last year. Normal ultra sounds last year and rays . I've had 2 babies, my son is 5 years old and my daughter just turned 3 last week. I went to the doctors office today and he had SO much trouble looking in my vaginal area My uterus was extremely tilted. the nurse had to push on my belly because he couldn't see the opening. He changed to a smaller scope and said that he could see it. He said I had a lot of discharge and the stings on my IUD we tucked under weird and he had to fi them. He couldn't even see my IUD with the first scope. (med size had to switch to small one). Anyway I got some test done. He was able to tell me that I'm not pregnant and I have BV Bacterial Vagi and gave me some meds to clear it up. But he said that didn't explain the missing period. I recently lost 22 lbs. I lost 20 in 1 month (jan-feb) and 2 (feb-mar). I lost the weight with diet and taking a diet pill. He said that could be it, however I feel like my hormones are going crazy sometimes and my boobs are tender. He is testing my levels and will let me know in 2 days and I have to follow up in 3 weeks. I dont know what to think or what it can be. I'm only 27 and I'm really scared. Hi need a little help. Decided to stop taking the pill and had the last on on 20th Feb. period started as normal on 23rd Feb. One the 27th, 28th & Feb and on the 6th March i had unprotected sex. Does this put me in a high possibility of being pregnant (my next period is due in a little over a week). I have had cramps for the last 2 days and am very tired. Weird thing this morning when my husband cooked bacon I had to get out of the house just to get away from the smell. I took a test this morning and it was neg. but still not convienced I think its way to early to have any symptons but

I was on birth control for about a month or two but stopped taking it in January, since then i have had unprotected sex about once or twice a week. My period was due on the 16th of February, but i never got it. The last time i had unprotected sex was on the 27th of February. Ive taken 5 at home pregnancy tests (4 negative and 1 inconclusive) and taken two tests at planned parenthood, which were both negative. I have been having back pain (mostly in my lower back), nausea, dizziness, and dark aureoles. Today, i got my most recent symptom, which is a light brown-reddish colored discharge. I am also a little constipated. I am in no way trying to get pregnant at all, and im worried i could be pregnant but im not sure if it is all in my head. I have a gynecologist appointment in April but im not sure if there is anything else i should do. Any help? Also, i have been off and on the same kind of birth control for about a year now, and never experienced any symptoms like this after ending it.

I currently work in NSW doing both secretarial and sales roles. i am currently getting paid a fixed amount for the secretarial role of 560 p/w for a 38 hr week and no commissions for sales. my employer is amalgamating my original job of sales with the secretarial job. For the next two months i will remain on the fixed amount, Then i will revert to the role i was originally hired for which is sales (which i was hired for 2 weeks ago and then the receptionist found out she was pregnant 2 days after i started and left straight way thus i have been doing both jobs and why i wasn't put on the retainer straight away). i will be put on a retainer of between 250-300 p/w for a working week of between 38 and 45 hours but still doing both jobs. A commission of 2% will be paid on top of my retainer (the average sale is 12,000 and round about 3 sales a month for the other members of the sales team we deal in specialist systems). therefore a 38 hr week @ 300 will be on $7.90 p/h. so my question is what is the minimum wage for a 27 yr old who finished the HSC (if that matters)

I know that TTC makes us ALL crazy.. but really. This cycle we weren't *trying* but then again we weren't exactly *not* trying.. we had it in our minds that I should finish school before we try again. (I graduate with my bachelor's degree this May... WHOOO!) Anyhow... since we were not exactly trying, there has been no temping or charting of any kind whatsoever this month, and I'm usually irregular to begin with. My LMP started somewhere around the ballpark of Jan 27 (give or take a day) -- Fast forward to about a week ago and strange symptoms arrive, like ones I have never had before. My breasts are swollen, and they HURT. Moreso around the nipple area, but the whole breast itself is tender. I don't usually get this pre-AF. I don't know how to describe it pre-AF.. other than to say I am "aware" of my breasts, if that makes any sense to yall. My sense of smell is becoming more sensitive, my abdomen just feels.. weird (I can't describe it... stretchy? pully?) and I (read: vegan!) am wanting cheeseburgers. I am a firm believer in listening to my body, and perhaps some of these symptoms could be explained away by anemia or something similar.. but it finally dawned on me. OMG I could be pregnant! Since then I have had four negative pregnancy tests. Since I haven't charted I have NO idea how many DPO I am, maybe I am testing too early? Maybe my body doesn't metabolize HcG? I don't know how common it is but I do know that some women either a) never get a positive pregnancy test or b) take much longer to throw a positive test. I have an appointment with my doc on Friday for bloodwork. How on EARTH am I supposed to not go completely crazy between now and then? Sigh...
