It is a belly dance class at an advanced level. We do a lot of hip movements so it is almost like an aerobics class. Is it safe to continue? With many of the movements I feel pain and cramps but I just slow down and don't do the hip shaking. Is it worth and safe continuing? Would it help to keep exercising? Thanks

Hi, I'm 29 weeks pregnant and yesterday I started having a sharp pain on the right side of my stomach, it's at level with my belly button. This is sharp pinching like pain that comes an goes. It's very constant. It comes (doesn't last long) pinches and then it goes coming back in about 2-5 minutes. Sometimes the pinches were stronger. I had them the whole day, I fell asleep and still had it while I was lying down. Has anyone had anything similar happen? Thanks

Hubby and I weren't really trying but if it happens, it happens; we're well equipped to handle it. My cycle is between 25-32 days, (though usually between 28-30, anything after that only happens occasionally) and today is day 29 and I haven't started yet. I do have that wet feeling down there like I'm about to, and I've had mild cramps but nothing major. I also can't explain it but something just seems different. I'd like to test by Friday if I don't start by then, but would this be too early? If I was pregnant I'd be 4w4d by then.

I am 29 weeks pregnant and the baby is still breach and i have been having strong braxton hicks contractions for 3 days now, Iv also lost thick mucus, have a raving headache, and a dull lower back pain. I went to the midwife yesterday and was put on the monitor and altough they are regular she said they are not strong enough to worry about, and I am not going through enough pain yet , she has told me i should only worry if my waters break, But if my waters break i wont have time to get to the hospital with my 1st i gave birth in 1 1/2 hours and sorry girls but i had no labour pain either it just felt like braxton hick all the way, well untill she crowned, and they say half it with your second and it takes 45 mins to get to the hospital on a good day. Please can someone tell me what they think it's just i dont fancy giving birth to a breach premature baby half way to hospital :/

Hi This is my first post so im kinda new to this. I'll just get stuck in...lol I last had intercourse on the 12th November. I then had my usual period from the 3rd-8th of December My cycle is every 29 days and Im regular and have been for as long as I can remember. I was 107 when I started (I'm 5'3). Now I'm 29 weeks pregnant and weighted 128 today, 123 two weeks ago (with clothes and shoes off course). When I was 29 weeks pregnant, I was measured by my midwife and my fundal measured at 33cm and at 30 weeks I ended up seeing her again and my fundal height was 35cm. And now at 32 weeks I'm measuring at 37cm. Does anyone know why? I recently had a missed miscarriage and had an ERPC on Monday 29 December, a week ago today. I did an ovulation test today and it showed negative (they always showed positive when I was pregnant). I don't have any pregnancy tests at home to check whether I'm showing negative on them yet but I was just wondering do ovulation tests work properly after a miscarriage (i.e. after you have had a negative pregnancy test which I know can take a while after miscarriage)?

I woke up last night at 4am to go to the toilet and was starving hungry. I don't crave certain food and i never give in to it. Ive noticed I'm feeling like it 1 or 2 times a week in the night now. My daughter is 3 years old and im 29 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child, My daughter has started to complain of tummy ache now and again and is not eating properly im not sure if she is doing it for attention with me being pregnant or not? We know what to do if i got pregnant, my pathner and i have been togethere 8 years and old enough to take responsibility. and no im not felling any symptoms, just headahce and wanting to throw up and lower back pain, im not even stress. Okay so I thought I had conceived this month. I had no PMS symptoms and I had cramping around 5 dpo to 11 dpo. But on the day my period was due, December 29, I experienced some spotting and that lasted for about four days. I went through about a tampon a day (sorry if TMI). It started pinkish/red and was mixed with brown blood. It wasn't as heavy as normal but I figured since it filled a tampon a day it was highly unlikely it could be implantation bleed. Especially since I didn't experience it with my first pregnancy. But now it is the 4th of January and I am already starting to feel my ovulation symptoms which don't show up until a day before to after ovulation. They are similar to PMS symptoms. I get larger breasts, cramping in the side that I am ovulating on, and tired. I have been experiencing this since the end of my period which has been for a few days. Why am I expieriencing these symptoms now? I have been cramping in my left side. Not severe but noticeable, I normally don't feel the cramps until the day of ovulation. I also have had an abundance of the lotion like CM since before my period and it is still present. I have also been breaking out in weird places, like my chest, also my face is all broken out. I am sure it is just a fluke, but could I be pregnant? Or is my body just starting to prepare for ovulation a little early this time. My cervix is high as well, but no EWCM yet just the lotion like but a little watery. I also had no PMS symptoms at all during the whole time, not before or during my possible period. I normally get a lot of symptoms.

My hubby and I have been ttc#2 since April when i had my Mirena iud removed. Since than my periods have been fairly regular. My last one was Nov. 20th and I missed this month so far. I've had backpains(in one spot) slight nausua and a stuffed up nose.(which i remember having with my first daughter). My question is could i still be pregnant even if last week i tested neg? PS I have a doc. appt. for the 20th of Jan.

Well my last period started Nov. 25-29 it was short and early! i usually get my period around the 3rd of every month....since the last period I have had alot of unprotected sex..he always pulls out, but i know thats not safe at all! Within the past few weeks i have had some very weird discharge clear, odorless, kind of like water (TMI sorry)...Anyway I took a pregnancy test on the 1st and it came out negative....but still no period!! i was having some weird cramping a few days ago, but slightly different then period cramps...I've been kinda tired lately..and headaches, but other then that & the NO period there are really no symptoms... does that sound like i could be pregnant even if the test said no...if not what else could it be? my period is usually always on time..i'm not stressing any more than usual...just need some advice THANKS!!!!

It has almost been a year since my mom died. She was my best friend, a wonderful grandmother to my daughter who at the time was 3.5 years old. Mom has been on my mind a lot(more so than usual). For the most part of today, I have the feeling like she is right next to me. Normally, I don't have that feeling. I am also 18 weeks pregnant with my second baby, a boy. So, long story short, do you think she is right here with me, or is it just my Imagination? Please, no rude replies. I've been pregnant before but never experienced this with my son. I had to be induced. I'm not having contractions. Just a lot of pressure. Like I constantly have to pee. I had a cerclage at 29 weeks and Had it removed at 36 weeks, Now I'm 37 weeks and 4 days, I thought I would have had my baby immediately after the cerclage was taken, cos my doctor was almost certain that that was what would happen. I'm quite tired of being pregnant and want to go into labour like yesterday.

they're not gettin a great deal more painful just more intense, back pain and tingling, numbness in vagina. leaking discharge but not enough to have gone through a pad yet. feeling exhausted and over emotional. dont want to traipse up hospital to be told its nothing as its an hours journey! and dont have an out of hours number 4 midwife! any1 else had anything like this? lot of pelvic and vaginal pressure, feel like i rele need to no.2 but havent. sticky clear discharge, kind of gloopy (sorry!!) 19 and 29+5 pregnant! sorry should have been clearer! had pinkish- brown smear on pad, not too sure what this could be?

I just found out I am pregnant on the 22nd of Dec. I had a blood test done on the 23rd and my HCG was only 15. I also had an ultrasound but there was no evidence of gestation. My doctor said HCG was too low and Im probably not pregnant. Had more tests done: Dec 26- 73 Dec 27- 132 Dec 29- 351 I cant recall when my last period was in Nov. was but I know its somewhere between the 17th-21st. My last recorded sure menstrual period was Oct 21. Because I dont know when my last period was they cant tell me how far along I am in the pregnancy. I just had an ultrasound done yesterday Jan.2.. which showed an empty gestational sac. Im worried that its empty. Is it too soon? They told me to come back in 2 weeks.

ok....i am a little concerned i may be pregnant...I had sex with my bf on nov.29 and 30th ..my period should have started on the 16th...at that point i had been nauseous for a week...i started spotting three days later..and i usually flow heavily with lots of blood clots but i spotted the first two days then i had two days of bleeding which was like the normal beginning of a period..then the last day was kinda brownish and light..i was also experiencing vaginal dryness prior to my period which i have never had in my life...the feeling continued until a couple of days ago but i just don't feel like my normal self...i have been pregnant before but i really don't remember any of the early signs with my daughter...help! ok....i took three tests prior to my "period' if that's what we'll call it...they all came back negative...idk oh yeah and he wants me to be for the record....i just feel odd....i would be glad to have another....

I'm paranoid, so this has been minimal. But I can't just not clean. I have cleaned my stovetop once. The flat kind that needs a special solution. Not oven cleaner. I've used a general cleaner a few times - Lysol or something. Both of these with gloves and no longer than 5 minutes without fresh air (no windows in my bathroom). I've used windex a few times. Some of these without gloves...it takes a few seconds. I use Lysol wipes on my counters sometimes and don't wear gloves. I think that's it. :) I am 29 weeks pregnant.

I just found out on 12/29 I was pregnant my hcg levels was 127 I went back on 12/31 and my hcg levels are 290. From my last period I should be 4w 5d but they think I'm earlier then that just maybe 2-3w. Does the levels should o.k. I have had two pregnancy before one a tubal pregnancy and the second a miscarriage. I had spotting twice in one day just a lite spot of pink I think it was my implation bleeding and a little bit of cramping like I was about to start my period and I thought I was after seeing the two spots since I should of started that week that is the reason why I didn't think anything of it but when I didn't start then I knew I was pregnant. I haven't had anymore cramping and only had spotting that one day and nothing else. I have never been late even with my two pregnancy I had a period but know something was wrong because it was heavy. But I'm a week late give or take because I start from the 22-25day not on the 28 and also I don't know when I ovulate since my period starts early sometimes just by a day or two but I have never stared on the 28 day and have never been late

I found out when i was around 12 weeks pregnant that i had o- blood and i was also rh-...and he told me i would need a shot..and explained everything to me..the only thing he didn't explain to me is where the shot goes? lol .. just wondering if any of the pregnant ladies on here has had to have it or knows someone who's had it, and what part of their body did they have to get it at...im 29 weeks pregnant and my next appointment is on tuesday so ill be getting the shot then..thanks in advance!! :)

I know this is silly and I'm probably being overly paranoid, but here's my situation. I'm on Seasonique, and I'm in week three of my pack. I usually take my pill at 9pm, and I am pretty much religious about it - it's a rarity that I take it later then five or ten minutes afterwards. On Dec. 29, however, I fell asleep and didn't take it. I realized this when I woke up the next morning, around 9-9:30, and took it then (therefore on Dec. 30). I then took my pill for the 30th at the usual time, as well as taking it at the usual time on the 31st. NOW - on the 31st, the boyfriend came to spend New Year's with me. We had sex twice - both times, we used condoms but (I KNOW this is going to sound weird, and gross, I'm sorry please bear with me) I thought the second time that when I was cleaning myself up afterwards that I smelled semen, and I usually don't, and now it's MESSING WITH MY HEAD. Should I be worried about pregnancy? I know I'm paranoid, but we had a long conversation about what we'd do if I got pregnant during the few days he was here (not stemming from anything, just randomly) so that conversation is now making me nervous.

Miserable? LOL - not that bad. I can't wait to go home and nap though. My back is killing me, I have this piercing pain in my ueterus, kind of behind my bladder, a lot of pressure on my bladder...felt the baby move this morning And my belly button kind of hurts. nothing is extreme pain. and my pelvic/pubic area feels pressure. I'm 29 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing bad pelvic pain. I researched SPD and PGP and my symptoms fit perfectly with the ones mentioned (can't walk, lift leg to put on clothes, turning in bed, get in and out of car, squatting, etc.) It is affecting my daily acitivities especially my job. I work at a daycare and it's a daily marathon full of squatting, bending, changing diapers, picking up toys, getting them dressed for outside, picking children up and the list goes on. I am lucky if I get to sit down and even then, I sit in chairs made for 3 year olds. In addition to feeling crappy physically, I am having anxiety/stress about driving (especially in the winter) since I was recently hit by a transport truck on the drivers side and the next day was first on scene at a fatal car crash, spending the next few days giving statements to the police. I am seriously considering taking early leave from work. I have a GP appointment next week. Do you think this is reason enough to ask for sick/stress leave? Should I just ask for it or explain how I'm feeling and see what she suggests? THANKS!

I'm 29 weeks and not a big fish eater. However, it's what we have in the freezer. So I ate canned salmon - entire can, fresh salmon and my husband is home making shrimp stir fry. This is all in one week.

My first son was conceived by clomid last year, and he turns 1 years old January 8th! Yay! As crazy as it is, we've been TTC again ever SINCE he was born. We probably didn't really get serious about it till he was about 6 months old. My periods were I guess pretty regular, between 27-29 days. I've been so stressed out about it lately, since we've had no positive pregnancy tests these past 6 months. My cycles started to get longer, and I never got a positive OPK test. My last 2 cycles were 31, then 35 days. I purchased the Clear blue Easy Fertility Monitor and received my first high status on CD 12, then received a POSITIVE OPK test on CD 18 (Baby Danced) , and 2 days of PEAK Fertility Status on the monitor starting on CD 19 (Bany Danced) and CD 20 (Baby Danced). Today is CD 21 , I am back to high fertility status with the fertility monitor. I had lots of CM this past week, and slight cramping on my left side on the day I got the first positive OPK. After baby dancing, I elevate my hips for at least an hour, before even moving or getting up, just to make sure all those swimmers get where they need to. I've even fallen ASLEEP all night like that! Because you ovulate late, does that mean the egg quality isn't good, and probably won't concieve? Stress doesn't help I'm sure, but its so HARD not to. When everyone you know, seems to get pregnant with no problem. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

after her,called in next day to inform them i will return that day ,was told not needed ,told same the day after,called in on 29,12 and informed as not in on the 26th i was sacked,can they do this? also they have not payed me my wages today i work 1 week in arrears?what are my rights,they know she was pregnant.thanks in advance pete

My last period was 11/13/08 and the next one was due 12/16/08 but it never started. My periods are always regular, except for the two times i've been pregnant, and since the beginning of december i have been having pregnancy symptoms. The week my period was supposed to start i started having mild cramps every day but no bleeding. I took a pregnancy test on christmas eve and it was negative. On 12/29 i went to the OB/GYN and she did a pelvic exam and a blood test. The blood test was also negative but she said my uterus was slightly enlarged. I'm still having pregnancy symptoms and cramps so now i'm debating going for an ultrasound. Could i be pregnant and get a negative blood test? my doctor wasn't helpful at all. She said both tests couldn't be wrong and if my period didn't start by February then she would induce one. She doesn't feel an ultrasound is necessary and that i'm imagining things. Thanks for hearing me out though, it helped a lot!

Ok this was just a thought because my kids aren't even close to starting school. One is 10 months and the other is in my belly lol. They will be about a year a part and I was wondering if possibly they could be in the same grade at the same time. Like when they're 4 and 5 do you think our 4 yr old could start kindergarten or would he have to be 5? Just wondering. I've never seen siblings in the same grade unless they were twins but I was wondering if it could happen. Thanks for any answers. Please no rude ones.
