Hi everyone, I'm needing some opinions and advice. I am not due for my period until the 19th of this month and I have been experiencing some symptoms of maybe an early pregnancy or premenstrual symptoms. I cannot tell the difference. My symptoms are very sore and tender breasts the pain is not only inside my breasts but also underneath as well, some nausea from day to day but not lasting all day and it seems to be worse at night,stabbing/burning sensation in my lower right abdomen and frequent urination. My husband and I have been trying to conceive and for the past 3 weeks we have made love almost every night without protection. We also made love while i was on my period and during ovulation as well. I do not know if I am pregnant because I think it is too early to take a pregnancy test because I have not had my period yet for this month (jan...i did have one on december 17th) So I guess what I am wanting to know is if anyone has had this situation and has actually been pregnant or if they had these symptoms as pre pms symptoms? Last month (December 3rd-7th) i got my period on time everything was fine this month i had spotting it started the 2nd of january and ended the 3rd so i took a hpt (home pregnancy test) on the 4th i had no bleeding and this isn't normal for me not to bleed i didn't even need to use a pad it came up positive then i took another two came up positive again mind you i took this the 4th right around the time i was soposed to have my period so i asked a friend she told me to call my doctor i did right away on the next day which was yesterday i went in and got a blood test done my doctor had called me back and said my HCG level is at a 3 and she wants me to be at a 6..she said that it was positive but it could be a false positive pregnancy it makes absolutely no sense to me..she sad if it doesn't go up she will consider it negitive i think i ovulated the 21st and i think i may be one or two weeks pregnant is this normal being so early to be at a 3? I hope it goes up now i think something is wrong with me i have normal periods EVERY month and now this spotting it's just crazy exspecially with the positive urine tests i just need awnsers thank you for any advice it is very much appreciated. :(

i am 39 weeks pregnant and for the last 3 days i have had gas cramps and now the actually nasty started does this mean it might be soon?

before my baby was born my fiancee was always on the computer or playing the playstation. we are 18 by the way. i was 9 months pregnant and still cleaning and getting him what he needed. i told him that when the baby was born i needed him to help me more and not be on the computer or playstation. he said ok. well he goes to school 8am-11am. im out of school. he still stays up till 2 or 3 am on computer. while im sleeping and baby wakes up, i still have to feed her. then when he gets home he will go to sleep till 4:30pm before he goes to work. so i get stuck feeding, burping and bathing and playing with baby all night and day. i get no sleep...and my mom will only babysit for 2-3 hours. thats not enough sleep for me. and advice?

I think one of two things are happening. I am either getting ready to miscarry or getting the flu. I am hoping I am just tired and worn down, but I feel awful. I am having some mild cramping, my lower back is killing me, my head hurts, I am having hot/cold flashes, my stomach feels like it has butterflies, it is not the baby moving, I am only about 7 weeks. I never felt like this with my first or sec. preg. any words of advice as what I can do or take. Also words of encouragement that this is not a miscarriage. Well I am 17 now and about 2 weeks ago we and my bf had unprotected sex for the first time.It was really quick tho and he took it out before he could come.so I got a bit paranoid after that. Then a little over a week later which was about 3 nights ago my dad made me very upset so I cried really hard for a very long time then I started getting a really bad headache and then right after that in the car to my friends house I felt nauseated and felt my face discoloring but I didn't throw up or anything. That only lasts for a minute or less. I also didn't eat that day since 10 in the morning and that happened at like 10 at night. I still had headaches still when I got to my friends then took some Tylenol and it went away. Then for the last 3 days I felt a TINY bit nauseated for very brief seconds.I don't know if maybe it's just hallucination cause I'm so scared and nervous. I'm suppose to start on my period in about 3 days but my periods are never on the same days. I've been late in the past before. I'm just scared I might be late this time and it's because I'm pregnant?? I'll get a pregnancy test to try in 4 days if my period doesn't come soon. Okay I know I have asked this question already but... Okay me and my Bf starting baby planning In Mid November. My period Came on Dec 8, which means I start Ov 14 days after. i haven't been to a doctor, but i know i am atleast 3 and a half to 4 and a half months pregnant. i haven't had my period or any spotting since last august. i was showing all signs of pregnancy until the last week or two. my breasts got smaller. my nipples went back to their normal size and color. my tummy looks flatter. and i just don't feel so pregnant anymore. i have been having a LOT of discharge. some is clear. other is [sorry so graphic] but it's thick and yellow/white with what looks like pieces of tissue in it. i threw up the other day 8 times out of nowhere when i haven't thrown up at all during this whole thing. and today i blacked out and then fainted which also has never happened to me before. could i have had a missed miscarriage months ago but just don't know? i'm too scared to go to a doctor and have no insurance. so some help on here would be much appreciated. thanks. yeah i would think it's a miscarriage because of all the signs.. but there just hasn't been any blood or spotting of any sort and i always hear about that being the "first sign" or whatever.

My husband and I were Intimate and trying to conceive on the New Years Eve, then on 3 different days since. I am not due for a period for another two weeks, however I am wondering if there is any way to find out if I am pregnant before waiting until the missed period.

Me and my fiancee have been toqether for over a year. We've been tryinq to have a baby for about 3 monthes, and never had any luck. Also, we never used protection and have had accidents and I still didn't qet pregnant. So I didn't think I could qet pregnant. So, this past december, I took tests to see when I was most fertile. And it told me the 10th. So we did what we had to do, and my period didn't come on the 26th as it should have. I took one test on the 27th. And one on the 30th. And both said positve. I've been really tired and my very lower belly is hard. I qo to the doc. tomorrow to qet a deffinite answer. If I am preqnant, I believe I should be about 4 weeks. Is there a possibility that I still may not be preqnant?

So I am 19 weeks and 2 days pregnant, and I have been having some major trouble sleeping... I am not so huge that I cannot get comfortable, but it seems that even though I am exhausted, I just cant drift off to sleep, and when I finally do I end up waking up about 3 times a night to go pee. I dont drink fluids after 7pm and dont go to bed til around 9pm. I work full time, and have one day off a week, so I am tired as anything but just having lots of trouble sleeping in general! Anybody have any suggestions for me? By the way, I live in Australia so please do not suggest sleeping tablets etc as the ones in U.S. may not be available here in Australia. I have a docs appointment next tuesday and will ask then, but I am just looking for some advice in the mean time! Tylenol is not available in Australia that I know of! And the nights are getting sooo difficult, but the days are even worse because I still work full time! Please help ladies, im at my wits end! :( Of course some sleeping tablets harm the baby, but there are other alternatives im sure. I would prefer something natural. It is not my pregnant belly keeping me awake, I just cannot sleep! I get comfortable easily (for now!)

Okay, whether you're a science/health expert, or know from experience. I have a few questions regarding a possibly pregnant girlfriend. Thank you greatly to all who can respond - criticism is welcomed! Okay- first question. If you have unprotected sex, and she is not on any form of birth control, and you 'release' inside of her- although it is very possible and maybe likely she will get pregnant, does it necessarily mean she definitely will? Has anyone ever beaten the odds before? Secondly - how long after the intercourse has occured, should you wait to get tested for pregnancy? For instance, if this was a week ago, would it be too early to test her and see if she might be pregnant? Third - How soon do you see the side effects of being pregnant? Incase you haven't caught on lol, my girlfriend may be pregnant. We've been dating for 2 years almost 2 1/2, but we're still fairly young. It was an accident but at the same time it wasn't, thats a different story lol. BUT, i mean, a few side effects for example... excessive appetite or excessive peeing.. both signs of possible pregnancy. But my girlfriend... we had sex and i 'came' in her.. and within 3-4 days she was already saying she was peeing alot and eating more than usual.. shes like always hungry now. One day she said she felt like vomiting. I believe her but at the same time.. I wasnt sure if it was just a mind game or it was in her head because I know the symptoms take up to a while. Any other information on pregnancy would be greatly appreciated. This happened between a week and a half, and 2 weeks ago, i dont remember the exact date. Her period, if shes getting it, is due around the 15th of the month. She says she will induce whenever, but my chance for a c section will be higher the sooner i do it. She wont let me go anymore than next tuesday, which will put me at 40 weeks 4 days! i have induction scheduled for tuesday night, meaning i will deliver wed. sometime. Im thinking of doing it this weekend instead....???? i will be 40 weeks saturday, isnt that safe to say my body is ready for labor?

i missed my period this month and ive been feeling sick for a week or so. i did have sex with my boyfriend who is also 15. he is the starting quarterback at my school. my dad is not to thrilled about me dating him since he told me to never date a football player cuz he thinks that the are only dating me just to have sex with me and he hates him anyway. what makes me mad is that my daddy played football in the NFL. he played Quarterback in high school and college. when he got to the the nfl his coaches thought he was better built for outside linebacker so he switched positions. what makes it worse is that when we had sex, we were both on drugs. my daddy told me never to use drugs or anything like that. so if i'm pregnant, im afraid he will gat very mad. i took 3 tests. two were false but the second was positive. i afraid it will hurt our realonship since we our close and he loves me very much. he evens helps my friends with stuff and they all like him....what do i do if im pregnant???? help please....

So, Im 9 weeks 3 days pregnant. I throw up ALL DAY. It really gets to me. I hate vomit. Anyway my dr said for me to drink 8 cups of water a day. I sometimes feel dehydrated, but every time I try to drink water I start throwing up. I cant' drink ginger ale that good either. The only thing that settles my stomach is pepsi. Any ideas on what can make my stomach feel better. I really like water, but since I been pregnant its hard.

Right I am seeing my ex boyfriend. And I was on his music. And like I normally do is look at who his texts are from. I'm not paranoid. I say 'oh one from _____' And he tells me the jist of it. And today he read out the jist of one he had from his friend stacey. Shes pregnant and he sees her often. Like 3 times a week. Hes slept with her before and stuff but like not anymore. And he said that she admitted that she like likes him as in fancies. And that hes made her SO happy. IM 10 WEEKS PREGNANT AND IM DYING TO GET AN ULTRASOUND. EVERYONE IS AGAINST ME FOR IT. I HAVE WHAT YOU CALL A BICORNUATE UTERUS. A HEART SHAPED UTERUS AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IF THE BABY ATTACHES TO THE HUMP IN MY UTERUS I WILL MISCARRY BECAUSE THERE IS VERY LIMITED BLOOD FLOW TO THAT PART OF MY UTERUS. THAT IS WHAT I BELIEVE HAPPENED LAST TIME. I WAS 7.1 WEEKS WHEN I STARTED TO BLEED AND THE BABY STOPPED GROWING AT 6.1 WEEKS AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO HEART BEAT AT 8.3 WEEKS. THE LAST TIME I THIS BABY ON ULTRASOUND WAS AT 7 WEEKS. I AM NOW 10 WEEKS ON THE DOT BUT HAVING SOME CRAMPING. NOW I KNOW THIS IS NORMAL BUT THIS CRAMPING IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IVE BEEN EXPERIENCING. ALSO I BLED FORM 5.2 WEEKS TILL AROUND THE 7TH OR 8TH WEEK. MY SYMPTOMS ARE LESSENING AND IM REALLY GETTING WORRIED. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE LAST NIGHT AFTER HAVING SEX I WENT TO THE BATHROOM AND WHEN I WIPED THERE WAS A BLOOD CLOT. NO BLOOD AT ALL JUST THE BLOOD CLOT.EVERYONE IN MY HOUSE IS GETTING MAD AT ME FOR WANTING TO GET AN ULTRASOUND. MY DOCTOR WONT GIVE ME ONE SO I WANT TO GO TO THE ER BUT NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE ME. symptoms back. I have a metalic taste in my mouth and my breasts have gotten swollen again. I have been having sex again for 3 weeks but pregnancy test only became compleatly negative 2 weeks ago. I took pregnancy test yesterday but it was negative. If I am pregnant again can those symptoms come back before the pregnancy test turns positive again? The pregnancy test i meant that came negative 2 weeks ago is from the miscarriage so what i mean is that I know that 2 weeks ago the hcg had finally left my body from the miscarriage. one thing that has come back is the fact that my smell is extra sensitive again. I had that when i was pregnant. also i feel sick again BOB B! WHAT SORT OF SICK ANSWER IS THAT? a missed miscarriage is when the baby has died but the body does not recognise it therefore one does not know about it until an ultra sound. get a life and don't come on these pregnancy pages to say things like that when you know that many people here are sensitve! I have a really large fat femal guppy that is larger than all other female guppies. The male guppies have been courting her a while ago. Still, she has not yet given birth to any baby guppies. We are thinking she is pregnant and is quite sure but she has not had a baby since she started becoming larger which was about 3 weeks ago. Please help. Thanik you!!!!!!!!

I need more feedback, Please. After My fiance' and I got done having sex, I had really thick white discharge. I don't have anything I've been checked, and all the above. Soo could this mean I'm Pregnant? Here are some other symptoms: 1)For the past 4 nights I haven't been sleeping very well 2)Food cravings such as alot of mayonaise on my sandwiches (which I don't like that much until now) pickles and Chocolate milke 3)lower back pain 4)slight cramps 5)I haven't been peeing alot, but I did the other day, and last night before I got to the toilet I dripped a lil bit. 6)Pressure in lower abdominal area 7)My Fiance' has been turning his nose down to foods he likes because he says they make him sick, he don't vomit though. 8) I had bad headaches for almost a week, It has subsided for the past 3 days or so. 9) I was VERY emotional today. 10) eating alot. headaches are really unusal for me. I've been trying to get pregnant. I had my period on Dec. 4 and ovulate on the 18 of Dec. bd about a week before and after my ovulation cycle. Peiod was late so I took a pt and it was neg. It came two days late which was Jan 2 it was a regular period and last 3 days like it suppose to. but know I'm still going to the bathroom and wiping and I'm getting a pink discharge which never happens. Do you think I should take another test or just wait. Can someone help me

I had a growth scan today at 37 weeks 3 days pregnant and the baby is measuring at 6 lbs 4 oz. The doctor said this is fine but I can't help but think it's a bit on the small side. For those of you who have had growth scans, what did your baby weigh and do you think 6lbs 4oz is small for 37.5 weeks?

on dec.1st i had my period. it lasted the 5 days its suppose to. we did it on the 6th after we made sure every thing was good. he came inside me two times. after that night about 2 in a half weeks later i start not feeling good (CRAMPING, sick to the tummy. sore nipples) then on on the 26th i guess i "started again" but it was very light were i did not fill up a pad. it out a bright red on the 1st day then it started to turn brownish. it lasted up 2 the 28th(but it was on and off during them 3 days). my period was suppose to come a jan.1st but it didn't so I'm taking it came a week early....on the nth i took a first response test and it came up neg....all day today i had this bad headache and been waiting to sleep (ill get a little dizzy sum times).i feel really drained for the past two days usually I'm a happy person but lately every thing been making me mad (emotions are up and down)..... was the 2nd period an implantation bleeding??...could i be pregnant??

Ok, so its a long story but the short version is that my moms side of the family are all users and abusers. we only EVER hear from them when they want something thou wen my mom desperately needed help years ago, she was pregnant and really sick and couldn't work etc all her family had mysteriously disappeared. Now they think we have it made or whatever and only call when they want money or clothes or a hook up to a job...At one time My aunt and uncle who i hate actually treated my mom like a slave. Cooking and cleaning most of the day while they sat on their asses. The recently lost their business and were asking my mom for help and sucking up to us lol...Last week my aunt who has 3 children over the age of 20 and 1 teen and a working husband asked for $500, no given reason just that she is "short" blah blah. She works also and she is constantly bailing out her eldest daughter because her and her husband are spendaholics and her son who is over 25 still acts like he's 17 and needs money for everything. Right at this moment my mom's cousin is staying with us on our couch because shes looking for a job, my mom had found her one but she got fired and its probably because she is on the phone 20hrs a day (Shes 42years old with 5 kids and a hubby) Its just her here. Something happened YEARS ago and now i think my mom is trying to prove herself to everyone. She doesn't ask the family for help rarely. And she gives money to her parent who are on retirement every week. Shes the only one out of 8 children to give them $$. That doesnt matter because my grandparents are there and they're the g-parents. Me, my sis and brother are all in college at the moment and parent pay my interest off so that when i finish and start working it won't b overwhelming or watever only because my bro and sis don't hav to pay till they finish their course and its interest free loans. So my moms WHOLE family close and extended only vist or call because the need this and that. my moms cousin a couple of months ago who she has never talked to or met in her life called up and asked her to buy all this stuff for her daughters wedding...a wedding my mom wasn't even invited to...How rude is that?!!! I can't stand my family seriously they are all annoying and we would be better off without them. There are so much other stuff like how just recently my other aunt asked my mom to pay her daughters $17000 school tuition even though mom has three college kids of her own to look out for and a little one who needs to start a college fund. So much stuff that is soooo stupid..What would you do? As daughter to a mother who is a push over and a family that are users and my mom is the youngest 4th youngest out of my grandparents children on moms side by the way. 1. can i eat pizza? i no its stupid but i know its a hard cheese that goes on top of the pizza but it goes soft obviously when its been cooked and was wondering if its ok? (the whole no soft cheese thing!) 2. im worrying a lot about my 12 weeks scan, ive had very very light spotting when i wipe about 4-5 times since 5 weeks i had a scan at 6 weeks and the baby was fine and had a strong heartbeat but i cant help but worry. i had no pains with these bleeds and my midwife thinks everythings ok but how ca i get over this? 3. when does the baby move out of the pelvis? 4. how far below my belly button will my baby be? im 10 weeks and 2 days pregnant!

On September 24th i had sex, on October 19, and on October 25.. The doctor said im 13 weeks and 3 days, but i don't get is my period did come, but it stopped to days early, my period is always regular 7 days, long every month... My period was on October 6th so when did i get pregnant, September 24 or October 19?

I know I already asked this question but i didnt get many answers, so here we go Okay I have to make a long story short....Last period was Sept 17 2008. My cycle is 32 days, and it has been 32 since I had a miscarriage in Jan 07. (I have been keeping track)...Anyhow I was due to start Oct 19th well that has definitely come and gone. I had extremely light spotting the first week of Novenber...reminded me of implantation bleeding that I had with my first pregnancy 1 month before my miscarriage. Well then almost 10 days after I spotted on Nov 13 i started spotting/bleeding and it lasted a little over two weeks. (I didn't even bleed enough to fill a pad...sorry tmi...my normal periods fill 3-4 pads a day)...Well during all this I have had multiple negative tests. I have multiple signs of pregnancy: sore breasts( which have doubled in sze in the last few months), consistent headaches, fatigue, frequent urination, nauseous but no vomiting.....etc. I am going to a free clinic at the end of this week for an ultrasound. Has anyone else gone through what I have....I have had an actual period of over three months...Please give me your input thank you

i have has really sore nipples for about a week and sore breasts for 3 days now, i am due on anytime now as i irregular, but it should be no later than this weekend i am on day 42 out of about 45...i have done 3 tests tonight, on the first one after about 5 mins i could see a shadow were the pos should be, (the dye is a dark purple) so i didnt another with later wee, the same again, so i did another with even later wee and it was the same just tiny bit more noticable, the tests should be read within 5 mins but no later than 10, can it be possible to get 3 evap lines or is it just bad luck?? theyare really faint but if you look they are there...has this happened to anyone else???.....im testin as the last time i ever had soe breasts was pregnant with my son, it is not my symptom of PMS and i have been cramping on and off for a week...my cycles are between 30-45days although last month was 48! can it still be a pos if the line looks shadowy and not pink, the dye is a dark purple not a pinky purple like usual tests?

I was told by my current employer that my hours have been reduced due to company budget cuts (from 40 to 32 per week). In the same letter he stated that he was still assessing my request to maintain employment due to my pregnancy (I am 5 months pregnant). I found out last week that I will no longer be employed with my company once my delivery date rolls around. His reason was my maternity leave request was unreasonable. I originally asked for 3 months unpaid maternity leave and my boss thought that was unreasonable so my job is gone. Yet, he didn't even try to compromise a leave that would be more suitable for the company. I told him I was willing to work with him based on the needs of the company. So why didn't he want to do that? Is this considering discrimination? I am not coverd by FMLA because we have less than 50 employees at my office. Come to find out 2 women in my office got 3+ months off for their maternity leave. An at will termination would be acceptable yet I was told I was being axed due to my pregnancy. Therefore, I believe this circumstance is NOT an at will termintion especially since there is discrimination involved.

I'm a virgin so there is no way I can be pregnant. I have really bad cramps and no period. I never get my period on time. Sometimes I don't get it for 3 months at a time. (the doctor said I was ok though) I thought I was getting my period but I had them for over two weeks and still nothing. What do you think it could be? Yes I have other stuff to. Like I have so many mood swings and I need chocolate really bad and a crave a bunch of stuff. It's like I have my period without actually having it. lol

am nearly 18 and have been with my boyfriend for 3 months. After 2 months we had sex, and the first time the condom split. The next day I took the morning after pill and the hospital put me on the contraceptive pill, but I didn't realize it didn't cover you till a week of taking it. My boyfriend and I had sex 5 times without protection before the pill would actually have began to work. About a week after I went to the hospital to have my blood pressure checked, and whilst I was there, decided to request a pregnancy test which was negative. However I was told that I may not have had enough hormones in me at the time and the test could be negative. Additionally, one night I was ill and was sick, and the pill would have got out of my system and maybe jeapodised my safety/ protection. Now, a month later, my boobs are bigger, slightly veiny, I have put on a little weight, I have a very light brown mark in my underwear every day, I feel distracted and almost tired at times and I'm peeing quite regularly... I haven't had a period for two months, as that is how long I have been taking the pill and I didn't have a break in between (when you are supposed to have your period), as I didn't want to be on over the xmas holidays. I know some of these symptoms can be from taking the pill, i.e. bigger boobs and slight weight gain, but I'm told the others are prodominantly early pregnancy symptoms. If I am pregnant, I won't get rid of the baby, I just want some opinions on whether you think I may be pregnant so I can think things through more seriously, as I have already been to the hospital once and wouldn't at this point like to return unless the chances I am are high. Ok well me and my husband are ttc and and I have a 30 day cycle and I had sex on day 14 16 18 and 19 I started bleeding on day 19 It was bright pink spot when I went to the bathroom when I wiped then when I went later it was nothing then later It was not a lot but enough for a pad it was like that for 3 days then stopped I dont think it was my period cause it normally stays on for 5 days but now at day 43 if thats even a day but I will be 5 weeks and 5 days if pregnant and I sleep more and urinate a lot more my breast are sore and bumps around my nipples they are soft bumps not like pimples my next period is due in 16 days I haven't took a hpt yet Im waiting until I miss this period first

Ok so my last period was Nov 27, (I am actually kind of hoping to be pregnant but at the same time, hoping that I am not since its not really planned)..My period is usually 30-40 days apart, I had brown spotting 2 weeks ago for 3 days (implantation?)..I had cramps the other day and yesterday, but they werent as bad as period cramps but still no period? Should I test today or wait until the end of the week? And what are the chances of miscarrying again? I miscarried in June @ 10 weeks..
