[ This happened about a month ago. And Im now sharing it because of what happens at the end,which happened tonight.] My best friend and I have been best friends since 3rd grade and we are in 10th right now. 8 years of pure fun :D But,She is the one, most guys would label as "easy.". I am almost 36 weeks pregnant. I took Paxil for around,8 months pre pregnancy and then had to stop after finding out I was pregnant. I went through 3-4 different anti depressants that were considered safer but they had no affect on me. They put me back on Paxil during pregnancy because I got so bad but all it did was make me puke. So I stopped. I have been doing without for 3-4 months now and I'm finally nearing the end of my pregnancy. Paxil worked wonders for me before I got pregnant but I've heard once you stop taking it,it no longer works for you when you try again. Should I get back on it once I have the baby? I have OCD and depression/anxiety and it can get really bad at times.

I took my glucose test today and was tested by poking of the finger as well as blood drawn. When they did the poke on the finger it was 144 and the dr sent me to do a 3 hr glucose test. Should I worry? I know sometimes pregnant women get a little bit of glucose high.. but, it runs in my family.. and I am a bit worried... but, worrying will not fix anything.. what I need to do is start taking care of myself.. has this happend to any of u pregnant women?? thanks : )

Well, i've posted on here a couple of other times this month about my problem. My menstrual cycle is 33 days apart. I had my last menstrual cycle, January 26th. So i should have ovulated anywhere from the 9th-20th. My next period was due February 28th. well the 28th came and gone, and then the 3rd came. I started spotting very light that day, and then spotting very lightly dark brown for 4 more days. I read that this could happen in pregnancy. well, after the spotting stopped, my breast started getting really tender under my armpits and breast. My nipples have been very touchy and have been tingling, o and i have blue veins on my breast and abdomen. i have mild little cramping, twitches in my abdomen. Well today is the 11 of march. i still haven't had a period or so i thought. i really thought i might of been pregnant this time. this would be my first, and very wanted. i've taking 5 urine test, and went to women's health for a urine test. they are all negative. I would be six weeks pregnant. but im starting to doubt my self now. Has anyone ever went through this. Has anyone ever got a positive test. im so confused the docs cant give me answers. i still have two more options. 1. wait two weeks 2. get a blood test I have been very depressed today, moping around and crying. This is very hard on me, all i have ever wanted was a child. we have been together 5 years. i've always wanted kids, it was the if it happens it happens. now for the past year we have been trying every month. we havent used protection in 4 years

I started the HCG diet about three weeks ago. The HGC diet consists of giving yourself injections of the hormone and eating a very low calorie diet. I went to the same chiropractor that had prescribed the HCG injection for a friend who had great results. Unfortunately for me, two weeks after taking the hormone I was diagnosed with herpes. After my doctor performed the routine blood work, we discovered this was my first outbreak and I would have contracted the virus in the past 2-3 weeks. I have been in a monogamous relationship for four years and am positive that my partner not only didn’t cheat, but is also negative for the herpes virus. Needless to say it has been a tough couple of weeks. I found myself searching for answers of how this happened? I kept coming back to the HGC injections. They were the only change in my life in the 2-3 week period of time. I asked my general physician if the injections could have been what had infected me and she answered “no” but she also told me that she had never heard of the HCG diet. I wasn’t satisfied with my doctor’s answer and started doing research of my own. I called the chiropractor who originally prescribed the hormone to find out what it was made from (which I should have done in the beginning) and to my surprise they were no longer prescribing the hormone. She told me they had discontinued its use at their practice and she wasn’t even sure what it was made of. She then gave me the number of the pharmacy where all her patients have the HCG prescriptions filled. I called the pharmacy and they told me the same thing, “Uh, I’m not sure what it is. It comes in powder form and I add water to it.” I couldn’t believe it! I just wanted answers! After getting nowhere with my investigation, I decided my physician was right and HCG didn’t cause the outbreak. Once I was healed form the first outbreak, I resumed taking the HCG injections. After 3 days I started having symptoms of another outbreak. I got online and began to dig for answers. I found out that HCG is a human hormone that is obtained through humans. It is collected form pregnant women’s urine or from the placenta. I also found out that if HCG is bought from foreign countries it is cheaper but more likely to be contaminated. My question is - If a women’s urine is collected who has herpes and then is used for HCG injections is it possible for me to contract it? If so, how to I get my HCG tested for contamination?

I'm at least 17 days late. I'm the typical 28 day cycle and on time. I already have three children and not looking to get pregnant again so there's really no hype about it. I took MANY pregnancy tests and they all say negative. When I was pregnant with my 3 children, it showed up right away and I showed pretty early. I can't figure this one out. I'm sick EVERYDAY and I have the same pregnancy symptoms. I feel kind of stupid to go in and demand an ultrasound, but about 3 weeks late is silly. I only get migraines when I'm pregnant as well. I had 2 now. If anyone could share a story about false negatives or pregnancies not showing up on tests until later, PLEASE SHARE! Also, how should I approach my OB/GYN about this. I feel really weird about this since it's out of the norm. THANKS in advance!

Okay I got my period 2 weeks ago, but it was all brown no red, and it lasted for 3 days,not even enough to fill a whole pad in one day. I took 2 hpt 3 weeks ago, bfn. But I'm so exhausted, my left ovary keeps hurting, I get headaches everyday, I'm constipated, always hungery, I randomly get dizzy and when I lay down and press my stomach it's firm. My fiancé always holds me from behind and puts his hands on my stomach, he noticed it's at a little bump now. I would be 8 weeks if I am....are these symptoms of 8 weeks?

I am a freshman in High school and i Lied about being pregnant. I actually thought i was pregnant for about 3 weeks and during that time this guy i had a major crush on found out and he wanted to help me with everything. I was almost 100%sure i was pregnant so i told him i was for sure. But i told him i had sex with a different guy..which i never did. And he found out soo then i never denied it cause we were in the hot tub together so i told them that i must have got pregnant in the hot tub without actual intercourse. I am 36 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. I had my first at 40 weeks 5 days and my second at 37 weeks 6 days. I can't remember how I felt with either of my babies at this point but I would just like YOUR experiences. I have been nesting BAD (lol) for the last 2 days and I feel like I am getting sick. I just don't feel right...almost fuzzy and blah (like I drank WAAAAAAAAAAAY to much caffiene or something) my tummy also hurts to touch in some spots. I really just think I am stretched to my limit and my skin is sore. (If that makes sense) I have no real desire to eat either....not in the last couple of days (I DO EAT THOUGH) I just am NOT hungry. But I think it's the "fuzzy" not quite right feeling that is bothering me the most. I don't like how I feel at all. How was everyone feeling about this time or before they went into labor? Did you experience this?THANKS! :) I AM DUE APRIL 9th TOO!!!! :) (so technically I am 35 weeks 6 days...lol) :) I swear I have organized this entire house...sterilized everything in site, washed every piece of laundry in the house, put together the bassinett....ETC!!! I can't stop! LOL!

went to ob ward last night having contractions they checked me said from the dr appointment in day when i was 3cm and 90% effaced i was now 3 1/2 so the made me walk for an hour then checked again i was 4 1/2 they gave me a room and put iv in me but this morning the sent me home because my contractions slowed and i was still 4 1/2 and i've been spotting blood since yesterday

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I was sure i felt the baby kick my ribs....and get all comphy in them.. hahahah.. it's just people usually don't feel that until they are in their 3rd trimester. I'm not very big & neither is my belly so there probably isn't much room in there to begin with anyway haha. I'm not concerned, just curious. =)

Please bare with me if this gets long, I really need some other parents insights. Ever since my daughter was 3 years old she started getting severe ear infections. Since then they have become more frequent and more severe. Her father has had major ear problems all his life, with tubes and everything and it didn't help him, and he suffers serious hearing loss at the age of 30. He's totally against tube and anything else since they didn't work for him. I know 3 other ppl that the tubes have worked for, and worked miracles for. Her father and I are not together anymore but made a vow to raise her as a team and stay friends which we do very well. I am the primary parent. This past winter she has gotten 4 ear infections that also caused a high fever of 103, which is usually what happens. There have been other days that her ears have bothered her, and she didn't run a fever, so I put drops in them and they took care of the ear issues at that time, but they keep coming back. I've missed a lot of work between her ears and being 25 weeks pregnant and having issues of my own with the pregnancy. Today I almost lost my job b/c of my days missed and had to put up a fight to keep it. Thankfully I still have my job right now. Today I told her dad we have to do something about her ears or I'm going to lose my job from missing so many days of work. He finally said okay I guess we can see what else needs to be done, he's not happy with it, but at least he is on board with it. So a few questions: Did your child get tubes and what was the outcome? What else besides tubes may they do? What worked best for your child? And have you ever heard of Prevnar? My cousin just told me about this shot, earlier this evening. Her oldest who is now 10 had this series of shots(she had ear infections a lot too), only had to have two of them, and said it worked great and she hasn't had a problem since. I've done research on it, and still divided as there are many different opinions on Prevnar. If you tried Prevnar for your child, what was your outcome? Thanks so much for any help/advice/experience/direction you can provide. This is getting to the point that I have no other choice. And I've noticed just the last couple days my daughter isn't hearing very well at all, although she said her ear is "great" now, when it was bothering her the beginning of the week. Her dad has went to an ENT specialist many times and continues to go and nothing is working for him, this is why he is so against and ENT specialist since it didn't and hasn't yet worked for him. But I keep trying to tell him everyone is different.

I was on depo provera for 2 years but have been off of it for 7 months and trying to get pregnant. I have constant bleeding (brown lately) for the past month as well as trying to conceive for the past month. Currently I have brown bleeding.... My breasts have been slightly sore for about 2 weeks or so as well as no appetite... I used to be able to eat a boat load and now I want to barely eat anything.. If I do eat or drink, it makes my stomach hurt. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests, all negative in the past 2 weeks. Do I still have hope I could be pregnant?

I'm just wondering am I going to have a pre-term baby the pain is like period cramps and it just stay there for like 15 minutes or more with back pain. I do have braxton hicks from time to time .im also very active I walk alot and I have two others kids ages 5 and 3. iam I doing to much. My doctor put me on clomid today in conjunction with another pill that I need to start on day 3 of my cycle. He said that he will closely monitor me on the new medication for six weeks and weekly blood tests. . .He said there is a possibility that I could get pregnant within those six weeks. . .has anyone experience fast results after starting a pill such as clomid that gets you to ovulate? Also, my husbands sperm is at 18 million which is lover than his last test. What caused this difference? and the doctor isn't worried about it. why?

So here is the deal I was missing aunt flo for about 6 days then I started some white discharging, well still with the white discharging I started a very light flow my mother told me that when she was pregnant with my youngest sister she had a period, well I have heard that you can’t be pregnant if you have had a period so I guess she just mistaken it for implantation bleeding. I have been bleeding lightly for 3 days and when I wake up in the morning there is nothing and sometimes during the day it comes and goes, I was supposed to start my period on March 1st well I started bleeding on the 7th. I have had some symptoms very much more today I have been very dizzy all day and having headaches also feeling nauseated well I haven’t gotten sick since March 5th and I got sick two times then, I checked a pregnancy site and I had all of the signs I took a HPT on March 9th and it was negative. My periods have never been this light maybe irregular but I was on birth control to regulate them and they have been fine since I haven’t been on birth control for like 3 years and I have never missed my period for more than 2 days. It’s been 3 weeks since me and my boyfriend had sex. We didn’t use protection he pulled out ( I know this is not a form of contraceptive) I had a depo shot in November 09 that’s the only time and I know that’s out of my system by now. From what I have described does this sound like a period? Do you think I’m pregnant? Did I do an HPT too early? I just found out 2 days ago that I am pregnant. We weren't trying, but I was aware there was a possibility so I tested early. Anyway, I have a history of one miscarriage at 10-1/2 weeks and also have a 16-month-old daughter. This being my 3rd pregnancy, I'm cautiously optimistic. Still, to ease my mind I went in for my first hCG draw today which was 45. I'm apparently 13DPO according to dates. Is this too low? I know that there is a very large spread for normal numbers, but I need to hear from someone who had this type of number and ended up with a healthy pregnancy. I will be going back in 1 week, and I am also wondering what I should expect for a good number. I would be 4 weeks 5 days with an hCG of 45 at 3 weeks 5 days.

Every since tuesday (9 DPO) I have been eating a lot more than I usually would. Plus my nipples start hurting a week before im suppose to start but they aren't bothering me at all. I also woke up to go pee 3 hours after going to bed which is very unusual for me. I also ate a little over half of the big jars of dill pickles. I like pickles but Im not that big on them usually. My dad yesterday and today told me he thinks Im pregnant. I also have been really tired since Monday (8 DPO). But my back isn't bothering me and Im not cramping either which I normally do 3-4 days before I start. Sometimes Im ever 26 days sometimes Im 27 so Im suppose to start either Saturday or Sunday. I don't want to get my hopes and then be crushed. What do all of you think and what day should I test? I also had cramping and a small spot of blood on Saturday (6 DPO)

im 36 weeks and 2 days pregnant today im due on april 4 but last week at about 35w4d i was bleeding with chunks of blood in my urine so i went to the hospital the doctor checked me and saw that i was 4 cm dialated and was having contractions (not bad just mild back pain) every 2 to 3 minutes and so they were going to admit me into the hospital but the next day all bleeding stopped and contractions stopped so being that i am still not full term till next week and i wasnt in active labor they let me go home on bedrest. but if i am already 4cm dialated and 70% effaced this early do you think i will dialate faster than others ive also been having alot of white mucousy discharge not sure wat it is and lower back pain i think those are contractions and my baby is suuper low on my pelvis i can harly pick up my stomach LOL. so what do you guys think how long will it be till i go into labor?

I have some symptoms of being pregnant, but one of the main symptoms missing is breast tenderness. Are breasts ALWAYS tender when you first conceive? I would only be 2-3 weeks along after conception.

How prevelant is it for men and women to cheat in basic training when away for 14 weeks? I understand they are emotionally, physically and mentally tested and strained, but to be away from their families (spouses and children) would be difficult. I am just curious how often people have an affair there just because of these reasons. My husband is there now and is becoming drawn on the phone. Normally we get about 15 minutes once or twice a day where he can talk to us and usually the kids (3 and 1) take up one or half of the calls. I noticed he doesn't want to talk as long, doesn't say I love you as he did and I miss you as he did. I'm looking for opinions and experiences with this. It's just a feeling I have. I don't ask him or approach it because I try to keep things light because I know he's stressed being there with everything, but I can't help but think that when he mentions they hand out condoms and that he wouldn't touch anything there because he doesn't know what he's going to get. It kind of scares me because if he did, our relationship is over, period. I'm also 30 weeks pregnant and am due to have the baby by myself. He just never seems to want to be on the phone with us or hurries to go. He's a great father and good husband and has never given me worry before and we've been together for 10 years. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't have any fears, but when you're there 24/7 with little to no companionship and you get lonely that way..... See where my mind wanders? I have been 3cm dilated and 100% effaced since i was 36.5 weeks pregnant. Doctor didnt think i was going to make it to my next appointment. I am now 39 weeks pregnant with very very mild and sporadic period like cramps. Lost my mucous plug 2 days ago..back pain.. but no serious contractions. hello --- so i had sex on Feb 20th saturday (unprotected sex) before i had sex i was getting cramps and after i had sex i was getting cramps also. on Sunday i got brown discharge and monday also. and monday afternoon i got my period but my period was pretty much light and short. i don`t if it was my period or not. i got my period three weeks late. i get my period the begin of each month. when i was had sex on was on the sugar pill but then i stop taking them on the monday when i got my period. im supposed to take my pill but i also forget soo i take them 3 or 4 more hours late. which is really bad. Now im not on the pill anymore because i hate the side effects and i havent had sex since feb 20th. IM STILL HAVING CRAMPS I DONT KNOW WHAT GOING ON. I am 37 weeks pregnant according to my LMP, but I am measuring 40 weeks. The baby dropped 4 days ago and is KILLING my hips. I lost my mucus plug 2 nights ago, and it wasnt bloody. I have been leaking discharge ever since. I am almost completely effaced and I am 3 cm dilated. The baby is in the head down anterior position, which according to my doctor is the best position for birth. My doctor is sending me for an ultrasound on Monday to see how big the baby is and to check fluid levels. I would REALLY like to have him naturally. Do you think he will continue to progress and come out on his own?

Plus all of the church people are looking at me like I did something awful when I thought they were so called Christians meaning they are supposed to forgive! Also, the guy who got me pregnant doesn't want to have anything to do with me. We were never boyfriend/girlfriend we just hooked up every now and then but he refuses to even talk to me now. I feel so lost and alone right now and I don't know what to do. Please help and don't suggest abortion because I'm a Christian and I'm dead set against.

I have always had irregular cycles. I would have it for 2 or 3 months on time then it would disappear for months. My periods are always heavy and filled with clots. In August of 2008 I be gain a period that lasted for five months ending in Dec.2008(dx PCOS). I was put on the pill to stop the bleeding. I was on BC pills for about 7months I stopped them in June 09 at the end of my last pack. Before BCP I never had regular cycles .I had 5 normal periods 30-35 day cycles. Should I be concerned about this I had a heavy petting( no ejecualtion that either of us could tell) incident in July27 2009(day 7 of a 30 day cycle) had four AFs after that My last AF was Nov. 24.2009 I had sex Dec.7th (no sex since then, the sex was protected(condom) and he did not ejaculate in me). I had 3 negative urine test. One ept digital and two urine test done by Planned Parenthood. But have not received my period due to the fact that I have irregular cycles I decided to have a blood test done. I don't have insurance so I just went to Lab corp. and had the test done... from what I understand I am not pregnant these are the results. 1 <miu/ml the results said that a non pregnant female can have 0-5 hcg ml in the blood stream. Is it safe to stop worrying about pregnancy and start to work on the lack of period? .

when i was at the midwife today she measured my fundal height and im measuring at 36weeks! Also my blood pressure is usually 118/78 but today it was 100/60 she doesnt seem concerned but i am! Iv been booked it for a growth scan in 3 weeks time. Does anyone know what could be going on. My bladder was empty when she measured! Any suggestions? Please so i have some idea on what to expect! X this is my 2nd baby

3 weeks late for period...whats going on? my last normal period was january 19th. My whole life it;s been very regular, its been never more late than 1 day. and there has been no changes or w/e in my life or stress. I was supposed to have my period february 16th, nothing happend, then 5 days later I had a 1 day bleeding with about 2 days of brownish spotting..very light. Now it's been 3 weeks and today I've had some pink spotting after peeing..so I figured ok heres my next period..but it was just one time very pink (never had or seen pink discharge before). So i decided to use a pad, figured my period was starting, and now 8 hours later, theres not even 1 little spot of pink or anything.. also after peeing theres nothing. the past few weeks ive been having pregnancy symtoms, and I tested with a blue dye test which I thought was a positive, then I tested 3 times with a first response test (1 in the morning and 2 times at night) and it was all negative... I'll go to the doctor next week if my period doesnt start tuesday.. Just figured id post it online and see what you people think, maybe someone has had this happen before? I did have sex with my husband last month during ovulation.. I felt my cervix too and it's still very high.. my doctor put me on provera to start my period in December so i don't know if i have 28 day cycles but i had my period December 13th or 14th and i went to the doctor today and she said based on my sonogram and LMP im 12 weeks and 3 days. she said the sonogram was very accurate. so around what date could i have conceived? i had sex on with my ex boyfriend December 20th & 26th and my guy friend on the 29th but i took the morning after pill right after sex with guy friend. Ive done alot of research on the MAP and its 95% effective when takin in the 1st 24 hours and i took it about 9 hours after sex. Also if the sex from the 26th got me pregnant could the egg implant in 3 days i thought it takes 5-10 days to implant if that's the case then the morning after pill would have prevented implantation.. what are you opinions on when i could have conceived? I'm just really hoping its my Ex's because now were back together Thanks!

I had unprotected sex 4 weeks ago. The day before sex my period ended. This past week I had my period but it was lighter than normal and was only 3 days usually it's 5 or 6. then i went 1 day with no blood and then 3 days with spotting which has never happened for me. he did not come inside of me but what about pre-come? ive also been having really bad headaches and over the days i was ovulating i had cramps and ive been getting nauseas a lot too and super tired and emotional!

I'm 16 Years Old, Last November i Found Out i Was Pregnant (i Took Several Pregnancy Tests, So i Was Pretty Sure) But About 3 Weeks Into It i Started Bleeding. Me And My Boyfriend Assumed i Had Miscarried Because We Didn't Think It Was Possible To Bleed During Pregnancy. i Have Been Having, Something i Assumed, Was My Period But They Were Alot Shorter Than Usual. Altho They Have Always Been Quite Irregular. But We Just Found Out Its Not That Unusual To Bleed During Pregnancy. So I'm Slightly Worried. Could i Still Be Pregnant? Would i Be Showing Much By Now?
