Where I live there is no criminal law limiting abortion at any point during a pregnancy. You will probably not find a clinic, doctor or hospital willing to do one after a certain time but abortion at any point of the pregnancy is not a criminal offence. (quite accessable until around 24 wks) They are paid for by the government no matter the cost--late term abortions are more expensive. Babies born at 24 weeks can survive with care. (I know of a couple of those one is now a healthy 14 yrs old.)
