but do external hemorrhoids always hurt? my perineum seems to be sort of swollen, its not red or irritated looking, and only really hurts when I wipe after using the toilet, and even then only for a second. Hello Everyone! At my 32 weeks doctor's appointment I measured at 31 weeks. So my doctor sent me to get a sonogram to make sure the baby was developing ok and everything was good. I went to get my sonogram at 34 weeks and the sono lady saw that my amnionitic fluid was low. It was at 5.8 so needless to say I've been getting a sonogram every week or even twice a week. I was able to get my fluid back up last week to 13.9 but it went back down on monday to 7.8. Has anyone experienced something
