before my baby was born my fiancee was always on the computer or playing the playstation. we are 18 by the way. i was 9 months pregnant and still cleaning and getting him what he needed. i told him that when the baby was born i needed him to help me more and not be on the computer or playstation. he said ok. well he goes to school 8am-11am. im out of school. he still stays up till 2 or 3 am on computer. while im sleeping and baby wakes up, i still have to feed her. then when he gets home he will go to sleep till 4:30pm before he goes to work. so i get stuck feeding, burping and bathing and playing with baby all night and day. i get no sleep...and my mom will only babysit for 2-3 hours. thats not enough sleep for me. and advice?

Well I am 17 now and about 2 weeks ago we and my bf had unprotected sex for the first time.It was really quick tho and he took it out before he could come.so I got a bit paranoid after that. Then a little over a week later which was about 3 nights ago my dad made me very upset so I cried really hard for a very long time then I started getting a really bad headache and then right after that in the car to my friends house I felt nauseated and felt my face discoloring but I didn't throw up or anything. That only lasts for a minute or less. I also didn't eat that day since 10 in the morning and that happened at like 10 at night. I still had headaches still when I got to my friends then took some Tylenol and it went away. Then for the last 3 days I felt a TINY bit nauseated for very brief seconds.I don't know if maybe it's just hallucination cause I'm so scared and nervous. I'm suppose to start on my period in about 3 days but my periods are never on the same days. I've been late in the past before. I'm just scared I might be late this time and it's because I'm pregnant?? I'll get a pregnancy test to try in 4 days if my period doesn't come soon. But please tell me your opinions and from experience if u think I am pregnant? I'm really scared cause my parents will not take it well if I am. They'll make me move out.or something worse.

I'm wondering what they can normally evict for. My husband and I live in a dha house (he's in the army)- and one of our guests drove his car through the garage wall and into part of the guest bedroom. He says his insurance will cover, and as he is visiting out of state, he has to stay here til its all sorted. We tried to report this damage to dha for weeks (via e-mail, and calling the property manager) not only because we had to, but because all the fibres in the wall are showing, and we dont know if this house contains asbestos- and I'm 4 months pregnant. We called the 24hour emergency maintenance hotline, someone was meant to come at 830 this morning to give a quote so we could give it to insurance (they never turned up). Instead a dha worker turned up to take pictures of the damage for her boss and the owner of the house. So is this something dha can evict us for?

My husband SA said there was 67% motility and 70M after washing...Dr. said this was really good. As long as my eggs are mature what are the chances of us really getting pregnant. This is our first round of meds. and IUI. I've been on metformin for 4 weeks (1500mg) 100mg of clomid and I take a daily prenatal vitamin...I'm nervous but I'm hoping this works.... Oh, btw I am only 12 days since the first day of my last period and I'm having some very light cramping...could this mean I have a pretty good chance of having a mature follicle and egg?!?! Thanks!

i haven't been to a doctor, but i know i am atleast 3 and a half to 4 and a half months pregnant. i haven't had my period or any spotting since last august. i was showing all signs of pregnancy until the last week or two. my breasts got smaller. my nipples went back to their normal size and color. my tummy looks flatter. and i just don't feel so pregnant anymore. i have been having a LOT of discharge. some is clear. other is [sorry so graphic] but it's thick and yellow/white with what looks like pieces of tissue in it. i threw up the other day 8 times out of nowhere when i haven't thrown up at all during this whole thing. and today i blacked out and then fainted which also has never happened to me before. could i have had a missed miscarriage months ago but just don't know? i'm too scared to go to a doctor and have no insurance. so some help on here would be much appreciated. thanks. yeah i would think it's a miscarriage because of all the signs.. but there just hasn't been any blood or spotting of any sort and i always hear about that being the "first sign" or whatever.

guys this is very serious, please advice is what i need now. i moved to german 2 months ago to live with this girl and her mother on the same flat. i was working in a bank with a good job and all my things left being. i believe love is the most important thing in live so no regrets but its important you guys know this. anyway everything was not as i expected we didnt have a really good live, her mother is always around and always making plans for all of us i mean it like 4 5 day a week... anyway i was working for her mothers company cleaning floors and so on untill early this week we decided to move to england trying to get some more money and try to have a normal couple live just us no one else around. well another important thing is we find out she is pregnant!! well this week her mother finds out that she is pregnant and that my girlfriend 19 years and i 25 years want to go to england and everything just kicked off, her mother doesnt want her to go and wants me out of her live and out of the house and work. well as you guys imagine i dont know anyone here and everything is a mess, well now my girl wich told me lots of times she loved me and i was the most important thing in her live changed her mind and doesnt want to come to england anymore and the reason is because her mother doesnt let her go... i can have my job back in england , lucky me, but have to go back on the 19 of this month. my girl says she would come after 2 weeks but i dont believe her because i fell her mother has control of her live and won let her go, her mother said she would let her go but i think she is just trying to make time untill i left than it wont let her go. im not happy because i fell she not taking control of her live and should be able to make the decision herself without her mother telling her what to do. ah my girl says she needs the time because we wont have the baby and she out the baby away on the 16th and she needs 2 weeks well i dont fell good with that again because i think her mother is taking our live decisions instead of being us and she keeps saying my mother doesnt let me go and all this stuff. well i dont know what to do i do´nt believe she would come after the 2 weeks because her mother wont let her go and to be honest our trust relationship hasnt been the best i found out a few things about her that doesnt make me trust her as much as i would like, for example i now she was trying to get to know this guy even after i was already here but thats gone but still trust takes time to build. guys my head is a mess and i dont know what to do. please help me!

Me and my fiancee have been toqether for over a year. We've been tryinq to have a baby for about 3 monthes, and never had any luck. Also, we never used protection and have had accidents and I still didn't qet pregnant. So I didn't think I could qet pregnant. So, this past december, I took tests to see when I was most fertile. And it told me the 10th. So we did what we had to do, and my period didn't come on the 26th as it should have. I took one test on the 27th. And one on the 30th. And both said positve. I've been really tired and my very lower belly is hard. I qo to the doc. tomorrow to qet a deffinite answer. If I am preqnant, I believe I should be about 4 weeks. Is there a possibility that I still may not be preqnant?

ok so im on birth control and im 2 pills into week 4 aka the "peach" pills and i haven't gotten my period yet. i have started taking it 2 months ago and the first month i got my period the first day of week 4 (the first peach pill). could i be pregnant or am i just overreacting? the only reason im freaking out is because me and my bf had sex at 11 o'clock and i take my pills at 10 but that day i took it after we had sex. he said it was ok but im not so sure. please help, i really don't want to be a 17 year old mom, plus i don't have a job so i don't have many options.

Okay, whether you're a science/health expert, or know from experience. I have a few questions regarding a possibly pregnant girlfriend. Thank you greatly to all who can respond - criticism is welcomed! Okay- first question. If you have unprotected sex, and she is not on any form of birth control, and you 'release' inside of her- although it is very possible and maybe likely she will get pregnant, does it necessarily mean she definitely will? Has anyone ever beaten the odds before? Secondly - how long after the intercourse has occured, should you wait to get tested for pregnancy? For instance, if this was a week ago, would it be too early to test her and see if she might be pregnant? Third - How soon do you see the side effects of being pregnant? Incase you haven't caught on lol, my girlfriend may be pregnant. We've been dating for 2 years almost 2 1/2, but we're still fairly young. It was an accident but at the same time it wasn't, thats a different story lol. BUT, i mean, a few side effects for example... excessive appetite or excessive peeing.. both signs of possible pregnancy. But my girlfriend... we had sex and i 'came' in her.. and within 3-4 days she was already saying she was peeing alot and eating more than usual.. shes like always hungry now. One day she said she felt like vomiting. I believe her but at the same time.. I wasnt sure if it was just a mind game or it was in her head because I know the symptoms take up to a while. Any other information on pregnancy would be greatly appreciated. This happened between a week and a half, and 2 weeks ago, i dont remember the exact date. Her period, if shes getting it, is due around the 15th of the month. Only reason im asking all of this, is because my girlfriend..we are both in high school.. yes.. way too young i know (im 17) And the past month our relationship was at its best.. and we just had a vacation from school, and things with us were just perfect. This actually occurred over the break. She even told me after this happened she wont mind keeping the baby. Yeah i know shes too young to be not freaking out over having a kid... IDK. But now, the past few days, shes been acting wierd.. she doesnt call , im always calling her now, when were on the phone she barely talks now. I almost feel like she wanted this cause she knew i would have to put up with anything and everything, because i cant leave her when shes pregnant. Anyways, i wrote more than expected. Sorry. Today i am 39 weeks, 3 days pregnant. I have been blessed with a very good pregnancy. I have been 1 1/2 cm and 70% for about 2 weeks now, had my checkup today, and still no progress. She says she will induce whenever, but my chance for a c section will be higher the sooner i do it. She wont let me go anymore than next tuesday, which will put me at 40 weeks 4 days! i have induction scheduled for tuesday night, meaning i will deliver wed. sometime. Im thinking of doing it this weekend instead....???? i will be 40 weeks saturday, isnt that safe to say my body is ready for labor?

Did you ever feel like while TTC that you couldn't have children? I feel like through all of my cycles, when I see AF or a negative test I get so bummed like maybe I can't have kids.. I've been actively trying for about 6 months now, but really 5 because one cycle I didn't get to baby dance enough. Anyways, I went to my reproductive endocrinologist and ALL is fine. I did get pregnant once, almost 4 years ago.. but miscarried at 8 weeks. I just feel so frustrated that maybe I can't have them!! Did anyone else feel this way but then went on to be a happy mommy?

Im not sure if i am pregnant or not - im awaiting test results from my doctor so perhaps this question is a little premature or misplaced... but curiousity is getting the better of me. Im 1 week late in what is usually a to the minute regular cycle. I tested on day 1 missed and it was negative and i tested 4 days later where the faintest possible line showed up but i wasnt sure if it was an evaporation line or a positive. Ive been experiencing mild lower abdominal cramps for three weeks now with no blood, spotting or even discharge. Its not exactly similar to period cramps as theyre not as strong or localised. I dont think i have a UTI as i dont have any symptoms other than these cramps and peeing doesnt hurt or change the situation. Its so uncomfortable, especially when i stand or am moving. At first i thought perhaps it was ovulation then i thought it was pmt now im really confused. I have pain up either side like a stitch and the muscles ache - i thought it might be my kidneys but its more to the side. My lower back aches very like period pain. I know people in early pregnancy can get cramps but most people say they feel as if theyre about to start their period and these arent as severe. Ive also had a shooting pain up my... erm... vagina. it doesnt last too long but can stop me in my tracks. I used to get this when i was younger but havent had it for years. If I do happen to be pregnant is cramping this long normal? (when i spoke to the doctor she seemed as if she didnt give a shit about the cramps and just told me to test - its the uk so changing to another doc isnt that easy) If this isnt pregnancy, anyone got any idea wtf this could be? fwiw ive tested negative for STD's in the past couple of months and my smear is normal. Also does anyone else get strange gurgling noises from their womb? (kinda sounds like a fart brewing only in a different bodypart) Ive had this just before my period usually for one day but never for a few days at a time.

Hi, I am 34w3d pregnant, and sunday, was admitted to the hosp over night because they thought i was going into early labor. So they gave me two of those shots to stop contractions and labor, and im on the pill for of it now. They took the fetal fibronectin test and it came back positive, so the doctors say theres a good chance our baby girl will be born ahead of schedule...possibly in 2 weeks. This hospital doesnt have a NICU area, so we would have to be rbought to the city which is about an hour away. My husband and I dont have a car, or any kind of transportation and have to depend on the transit bus that only runs 4 hours a day to get us where we need to go. Im scared to death that if I have my baby in that hosp, that they will keep her for a month or something, and then we wont be allowed to stay there, so we will have to be an hour away from her every day of the beginning of her life on earth because we have no way of getting to the city to see her....thats going to kill my husband and I horribly. And before anyone asks, no- we have no family that will help us , except my hubbys sister who will only take us MAYBE once a week if we are really lucky. Do you think there is any possibility that due to our situation the hospital would allow us to stay?? I thought that because I am going to try to breastfeed that maybe they will let us stay because of that. But i doubt it from all ive heard. What do you think? what were your experiences?? Also, if she is born at 34/35/36 weeks, how long do babies usually have to stay in the hospital?? and what are their survival rates?? thank you for your answers.

I've been trying to get pregnant. I had my period on Dec. 4 and ovulate on the 18 of Dec. bd about a week before and after my ovulation cycle. Peiod was late so I took a pt and it was neg. I had a growth scan today at 37 weeks 3 days pregnant and the baby is measuring at 6 lbs 4 oz. The doctor said this is fine but I can't help but think it's a bit on the small side. I know I already asked this question but i didnt get many answers, so here we go Okay I have to make a long story short....Last period was Sept 17 2008. My cycle is 32 days, and it has been 32 since I had a miscarriage in Jan 07. (I have been keeping track)...Anyhow I was due to start Oct 19th well that has definitely come and gone. I had extremely light spotting the first week of Novenber...reminded me of implantation bleeding that I had with my first pregnancy 1 month before my miscarriage. Well then almost 10 days after I spotted on Nov 13 i started spotting/bleeding and it lasted a little over two weeks. (I didn't even bleed enough to fill a pad...sorry tmi...my normal periods fill 3-4 pads a day)...Well during all this I have had multiple negative tests. I have multiple signs of pregnancy: sore breasts( which have doubled in sze in the last few months), consistent headaches, fatigue, frequent urination, nauseous but no vomiting.....etc. I am going to a free clinic at the end of this week for an ultrasound. Has anyone else gone through what I have....I have had an actual period of over three months...Please give me your input thank you

hello. I'm 16 years old and in november i had unprotected sex, i know it was stupid im an idiot I don't know why I did it.. but whatever please don't preach. anyway it was november 14 to be precise. I've also figured out it was two days before I ovulated. My period was late in december but then a week or two later I had one day off light/regular bleeding and a day of spotting so i assumed i had gotten luck thanked god and went on with it. but i've been noticing a few weird changes my breast are swollen and very sore, im feeling very fatigued and i can hardly sleep at night. I've been feeling super nauseated, and actually thrown up some, and im even urinating more.. It's been 8 weeks and 4 days since the actual sex. Can I be pregnant?! I mean i had a period or so I thought? is it possible to have your period while your pregnant? Please help.

Okay so heres my story... I was on birth control and I was missing pills and taking antibiotics. So at the end of December I ditched the pills cuz they weren't working out. So then about a week ago I started noticing things were going on with my body. My breasts are really tender, and I would wake up with nausea, I would have dizzy spells, and I was going to the bathroom every little while (I still am) so I thought that I could be pregnant. Then 2 days ago I started spotting, and I thought that my period was coming (its due on the 10th) and it was really light and then then it went away. It came back for a little bit yesterday and then today its gone again. I don't know what it going on. I think it still to early to test because I am not due for my period for another 4 days, but is a pregnancy possible? Please keep the rude comments to your self,... thank you! Hi there I am 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant and very emotional, my husband went to Canada on tour for 3-4 months yesterday we have only been married for just over a month, my job is very physical and as i only work 6 hours a day i am only allowed a 15 min break, i went to the Dr this morning to see if i could get some help or even someone to help me along, but i feel that what was said was completely the opposite, she may as well told me to pull myself together and stop being so emotional (i cried my eyes out) she also stated least he is not in Afghan or something but to me at the moment that is irrelevant its not where he is its the fact my rock has gone,, i spoke to my manager over the phone (have had 4 days off to re-coupe and relax hasn't worked) i told her i was worried about my job and losing it and she said there was nothing she can do about that fact, she commented on how there is another pregnant lady in my workplace who is having a hard time with her pregnancy and she still manages to go into work fair enough but that lady doesn't do anything physical she just sits around talking to the managers etc all day, whereas from the min i get in i am non stop i feel its very unfair for her to compare me to another lady am i wrong to feel low about that? i know my pregnancy does not help, my blood pressure is high i get very dizzy quickly and very exhausted, and as i am only allowed 15min break that does not even give me time to eat a sandwhich and have a warm drink. i feel i have no support from work or the Dr and i am struggling with my emotions and the pregnancy i feel a failure that i cannot even enjoy my baby at this stage because i am so low. I just don't know what to do, My mum says that i should just go back to work and throw myself into it but my state of mind is not letting me do that and to be fair with the way i am feeling i don't want to i want to relax (find that very hard to do) and nobody seems to understand that. Can anyone help me? Give me some advice what to do I have already spoken to my manager about needing longer for my breaks but she said as we get paid for it and the hours i do thats all i am entitled to, if i need a 5 min sit down i am allowed but not anymore time than that.

These people that I work with are getting on my nerves. I am 6 months pregnant (24 weeks in a few days). People that I have already told when I am due keep asking me the same question and when I tell them, they say oh, you still have a long way to go. That is the same thing they said when I was 4 months and I did have a long way to go. I dont think that I have a LONG way to go. Am I being sensitive, or do I really have a LONG way to go? Excuse me for being sensitive, I cry at the least thing and I know that a lot of things are bothering me that shouldnt. I was just asking a question!

I have a 10 month old little girl, and when I was pregnant I had 3 friends pregnant who choose to have cesarean 2-3 weeks before their due date (two of them because they where miserable and one because she had her parents from Florida here in NC and they had plane tickets for a certain date. Out of 4 of us I was the only one who deliver the baby natural (past the due date). What surprise me was that even my doctor told me that if I want my baby early is no problem and that cesarean is not a big deal, in spite the fact that I was perfectly healthy and active until the day I deliver. So what do you think? Do you think doctors encourage women to have unnecessary cesareans for their own financial benefit? A natural birth with epidural cost approx. $3,000, while a cesarean is $10,000.

ok my last period was november 16, 2008. my expected period was december 14, 2008.... its now january 6 and im now 3 weeks late. i usually get it every 30 days give or take 2 days late or early. coul i be pregnant?? i took a few hpts and they were negative, i took one at a week and 4 days late and the other and a doctors urine test at 2 weeks late. the doctor told me to go back when my next period was sopposed to come (2 weeks after i saw her) if i still didnt have a period. i dont have stds and all that stuff lol. me and my boyfriend arent planning or preventing lol symptoms ive had and still have: -3 week late period.. i usually get sore boobs before it comes, they never got sore lol -lower back pain in the middle closer to the right side -a pinching kind of dull cramping behind my pubic bone in the middle but more on the right side -i had random headaches for the first week late -more sleepy since a few days after period was late -i get car sick alot easier now -tiny tiny bit naseous occasionally -boobs look a little fuller -boobs a little sore on the top if i push on them -im bloated -below my bellybutton is round lol -greenish-blue veins in my boobs? -darker nipples -last night there was alot of white looking bumps on my areolas -pretty emotional more -if my belt is to tight its a bit umcomfy now, had to move up a hole lol im NOT stressed im always happy lol no exercise im very lasy lol i eat alot, always have no diets i weight like 134, im 5'3" im 18 boyfriends 20 what do you guys think??anybody had all these symptoms, tested negative on urine tests and ended up pregnant?????! please be NICE lol thanks!! =]] ~if i am i have the cutest way to tell my boyfriend.. get baby booties a pair of blue and a pair of pink and put a blue and a pink bootie in a little box and wrap it and give it to him, he will be happy lol~ good idea??? sorry so long!! lol

Hy. My name is Christie and I am 27 years old. I need really help so badly. So please if anybody have similar things happened or wants to give me advice then please write me hear back. He said it is up to me but still let me do that. Anyway time flyed, we had problems a little but we always solved everything untill last spring. One day I called and called to him and he never picked up the phone. After 1 week I found out that he was arrested. I was shocked. Anyway he was in jail 3 months and then he was deported to his country. I still do not know what he was there but I have my thoughts that he was not legally in America. Anyway during this 3 months I found out about him things that broke my heart 100 different pieces and there was days when I thought I do not want to live anymore. Whay happened was that I talked one of his former best friend and he told me stuff about him. Horrible stuff. The fact he is been cheating me few times different girls, the fact he had 7 different online dating sites, the fact he told me he is american citizen and he was not, and many many more things. I get to prove to that when I found out his email password and checked everything. And I do not need to tell you cuys what I found there... When I told him about that all he started to deny everything and by now he do not still know I know his password, that is why I know everything. He is telling me he loves me, he misses me, he wants to see me and live in germany with me. I want to forgive him because I still love him but I am scared he is not changed. In fact I am sure he wants to sleep again with someone in his country. I think he is a having a sex addicsion. But he never admit that. For the past week or so I've been nauseous and vomiting every other day. On the days between I've felt 100% fine. I'M COMPLETELY POSITIVE I'M NOT PREGNANT. I'm currently on Prevacid for GERD(Acid Reflux due to a hiatus hernia) But I have been for months with no side effects.so I don't think that is it....HELP I've been taking 2 Gravol every 4 hours and only eating saltines and clear fluids so I know it isn't something I ate

I am 10 weeks pregnant and for the past 2 weeks I couldn't even get out of bed without throwing up. Since I haven't been able to keep anything down, I've lost a few pounds and my doctor just prescribed me Ondansetron (the generic of Zofran), I'm currently taking 4 mg of the tablets that dissolve in the mouth 3 times a day. I was wondering if anyone else has taken this drug and how long you had to take it for. I know that most people with severe morning sickness tend to feel better around week 13 so I was just wondering when I should stop taking it.

I don't know for sure but if i drank alcohol could symptoms contain of me throwing up? I can usually handle my drink.. Another my period is late but i always had an irregular period so i don't know. sorry i meant to say another thing is my period is late. They are just irregular .

i am 4 weeks pregnant and i have cramping on and off for weeks now. drinking water helps alot. is this normal? this is my 2nd i lost my first at 10 weeks and i dont remember cramping on and off like this, so maybe this is a good sign. i dont have a dr yet i am going to apply for medicaid soon. is there any place i could go to get check out to make sure everything is going ok?

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and i started having contractions last week and now i'm on Brethine every 4 hours. I was reading the precautions and it says it's not reccomended to stop labor because of the risk to mother and newborn. What are these risks??? I've looked it up, and can't find any info on it. Has Brethine worked for you??

Well im on birth control right now, im 17 yrs old and i recently had unprotected sex (about 2/3 weeks ago) and i have had really bad cramps and backaches lately. Also i missed by period by 4 days and now im bleeding very light and the wrong color. My boobs feel fine, but i have felt on and off nautious for the past couple days. I have been exhausted since two weeks ago. Am i pregnant?
