My bf and i have been having unprotected sex since February. The last time i got my period was on Feb 13. I always get my period every 28 days, its never late. It's been 30 days now. I was suppose to start my period somewhere around march 12 or 13. Is it too early to take a pregnancy test? I'm hoping that i am pregnant, i've been trying to get pregnant for a while and failed. I've also been having weird dreams, 1 week ago i had a dream that i was surrounded by rabbits, and according to the dream book "rabbits can represent luck, quickness, fertility, pregnancy". Then 3 days ago i had a dream i took a pregnancy test and it came out positive. I also looked that up in the dream book and it reads "At times, women learn about their pregnancy in their dreams. That would make me oh soo very happy!! :D i'm also a smoker, i smoke maybe about 3-4 cigarretes a day. Even though i know that there could be a chance that I AM pregnant i still continue to smoke. . but there's also a chance that i might NOT be pregnant and that is my excuse why im still smoking now hah is that confusing? lol but today i decided to quit smoking. . just in case i am preg, don't want to hurt the embryo. okay enough of that! Sooo the symptoms that i have been having are: been getting cramps but no period. (this morning i woke up with cramps again, but no period) i am feeling extremely sleepy all the time. kinda moody. when i eat, i don't feel full, so i've been eating more than i usually do. So am i pregnant!? :D or is it too soon to tell? when should i take a home pregnancy test? i'm thinking of trying ClearBlue pregnancy test.

So, last night i took a hot bath. I was feeling just fine. Well, i got out and started to dry off. While i was standing there i got so dizzy that i had to sit down. Well, i sat down and it didn't help too much. By time 2 minutes was up, i was literally laying on my side on the floor. My breath was short compared to what it usually is. I was so hot that i started to sweat. After a few minutes my breathing was back to normal, so i got up. Again, i felt a bit dizzy but i was good enough to carry out through the night. Well, that was last night. I woke up today feeling alright. But for the past hour or so my stomach has been hurting. It feels like cramps in my lower stomach. How normal is this? I'm about 6 weeks pregnant. -I'm a female, i'm using my boyfriends account.

So for 2 weeks I would have though for sure I was pregnant. I have had: Weight Gain, felt sick to my stomach, eating tons, dizziness, getting easily tired, sore breast and nipples, bleeding gums, blue veins on breast, abdominal pain, bad headaches. Normally my period comes on time or late and is supposed to come tomorrow and normally starts very heavy from the start ( soaking tampons). So this am I wiped and there was a tiny bit of pink, put in a tampon, took it out a couples hours later and there was nothing on it. Had sex and saw some dark red blood while cleaning up, put in a tampon, just took it out and theres only a little red blood. There is no blood coming out other then when I wipe, theres some light redish blood, but thats it. I was having heavy cramping earlier, now just mild. My current symptoms with the strange bleeding (or lack of I should say) im having still makes me think I could be pregnant. Ive never had a "period" like this and have also never experienced implantation bleeding.

please bare with me as i will be explaining details. i only want serious answers and serious people. ok so...on february 17, 2010 i had cervical mucus that was like watery/clear, slippery. didnt know if it was stretchy or not cuz i didnt even think about touching it to see. all i know is i saw it on the toilet paper when i wiped. i thought to myself that maybe this is fertile mucus. i didnt get a chance to BD that night. but i did the next night. (feb. 18, 2010 and also feb. 19, 2010). then on february 24 i remember having this like twinge like pains on my right side of my lower abdomen. i thought that was strange. then it dawned on me that maybe im ovulating. again i didnt get a chance to BD that night. but i did the next two nights (feb. 25, 26, oh yeah and the 28) so anyways. i continued having the watery mucus for like about 4-5 days after that. then it dried right up. and now the mucus looks white like lotion but feels slightly stickyish. not slimy like lotion. my periods are not regular. what i mean by that is that my cycles are not the "perfect" 28 days. my shortest cycle was 32 days and my longest was 45 days. and those recordings are from the past 6 months. i have been off birth control for a year now. march 1 was when i took my first HPT. negative. i continued taking them for a whole week and all were negative. march 6 i went in for a blood test. that too was negative with an HCG level of -2. i was guessing i was 10DPO that day. the last time i took a HPT was on march 10. and that too was a negative. again i was guessing that i was 14DPO that day. also i was expecting my period that day as well. today is march 14. guessing im 18DPO. and i still have not got my period yet. and today would make cd45. i keep running to the bathroom thinkin that AF has showed up and no nothing! my cervical mucus is dry. i checked my cervix the other day and it felt like my nose. kinda hard. and then i tried to check my cervical mucus by scooping it and on my finger it was white like hand lotion but easily broke apart and dried up quickly. so i was wondering since AF hasnt showed up yet and i dont feel AF cramps (which i normally do) and i never spotted. my nips dont hurt. my boobs dont hurt. although i get tingling sensations every now and then. sometimes it feels like the let down feeling from breastfeeding. i took my temperature for the first time just to see what it was and it read 98.5...which i thought was a tad odd cuz normaly im in the 97 range. i didnt do BBT charting. i only used my cervical fliud as my way of seein when and if im ovulating. and also every now and then i will get sharp like shooting pains in my boobs too. been gassy off and on. backaches, headaches. last night while i was laying in bed i had cervical pain. but it wasnt to the point where i wanted to yell out in pain. i have a hard time stayin asleep!!! i toss and turn. my hips slightly ache. more so when i lay on them. sorry if this was really long...but i really would benefit from serious opinions and advice!!! please if your serious...i would really like to hear what you think. i would like to give myself one more week to see if AF shows up. but any answers and advice is GREATLY APPRECIATIED. and if u have a lil story of your own to share with me...that would be great too. thank you all soooooo much :)

After I found out that I was pregnant I had made my appt with the dr's, it was scheduled for a Friday, I had noticed a little spotting so I told the nurse, I had also thought I had a yeast infection. Anyway I was undressed and ready for exam and she didn't give me one. She told me spotting was normal and yeast infections were common in pregnancies so I should get some over the counter yeast infection medication. I was soo irritated but then we scheduled the 1 ultrasound for the following week. I had to go to the emergency room the following day, I was having a miscarriage and I didn't have a yeast infection, both things I could have found out from my dr not an er dr. Then when I went in, I was very upset and crying, the girl who made the appointments was irritated with me for not remembering when my next appointment was that I was being nice to cancel. I had to keep coming back in to the dr's for more blood tests, I kept telling them that I didn't feel right. Anyway, I was told that I had to schedule a D&C to get all of the pregnancy tissue out of my body. I have a son, he was 3 at the time, and the nurse doing my paperwork asks me "why wouldn't you want to have more children?" Seriously, I'm in here for a miscarriage and you are gonna ask me that. What is wrong with people. I had the procedure and after a few weeks I kept telling the dr that something was wrong and I just didn't feel right, I was in constant pain and also not having periods anymore. He told me it was because I had sex too early, well that wasn't the case, my husband was out to sea and had been for a while. So I stopped going to the dr's and decided to wait until my husband returned home, I just didn't want anymore bad news or to do this alone anymore. After he came home I scheduled an appointment with a different Dr and had to have surery because there was a lot of scar tissue and it was blocking everything. I had many lesions on my uteris that were caused by the previous dr, they call it Asherman's syndrome. Now I have a very low chance of being able to get pregnant or stay pregnant (more chance for another/multiple miscarriages) or having a still birth. I am so scared to try to get pregnant that we are considering having my tubes tied. My body still isn't right, I have a lot of pain and cramps now. I just want to know if anyone has ever tried to sue for this or is it just a waste of time. I can't explain how I feel it just hurts so much sometimes and I want him to know that he really hurt me. This happened almost 2 years ago and is still always on my mind. I would like to move on. Anyway, that is my story.

I got my period last on 2/16/10 and it ended 2/20. I had unprotected sex on 2/22, 3/02, 3/04, 3/08, and 3/12. I have been extremely fatigued lately and I have felt sick in the mornings every once in a while. I also have had a stuffed up nose and I get headaches all the time. I am extremely moody as well, and I get this strange pain in my lower stomach all the time but it isn't like a period cramp or anything like that. I haven't taken a test yet, so is there a good chance that I am pregnant?

My period has nevvvver been late before - in the past 15 years! The start of my last cycle (always 28 days) was on 02/13. I had protected sex with a condom on March 1st which would be around my ovulation date (as i tend to ovulate later), and we did use a condom. I had what felt like menstrual cramps on the 11th (i could have SWORN i had my period & even put a pad on for night - i have never had cramps before actually getting my period), it's now the 13th and still nothing...HPT is coming up neg. So now i'm concerned it could have been implantation cramping - If it WAS, i know it takes a while for HCG to build up in your system...Even though i missed my period today under this circumstance it would still be too early for me to test, correct? - when would the earliest that i could or should test seeing as how 'implantation' (if that's what it was) happened so late and get an accurate result?? OK girls please help me. I was on the depo shot for about two years. I was due for a shot in April of 09 and didnt have insurance then so I didnt get it until July. I continued to have unprotected sex and I never got pregnant. I got that shot in July and got my next one in October. I was due for my next one in January (2 months ago) and I decided I was coming off of it because the effects. I have always had unprotected sex. I mean literally have never used a condom with my boyfriend. In december i had surgery on my jaw. I was on some meds, got sedated, im not sure if i got antibiotics. I was also on lots of fluids since i couldnt eat. Recently, i have been eating like CRAZY, my nipples hurt, and i get really moody. My stomach feels kinda hard on the sides and on the bottom and sometimes i just feel like throwing up. Another thing is, when i was on the depo i used to bleed and spot alot. Almost those two years i was on it i was bleeding. In january when i decided not to get my shot i had the WORST cramps ever!! worse than a period, i had blood clots. The pain was just horrible. Recently, the bleeding randomly stopped. I mean no brown, or little spotting at all. Now there is white mucus coming out. Could I be pregnant? Could all the sedation i was on, the fluids i was on, washed the hormones out of me that quick? I know some people that have gotten pregnant while on the depo but im just not sure about me.

I've been having mild period cramps. It feels like I'm about to start my period but, of course I don't. why is this? also On February 8th I went to my obgyn that gave me a pregnancy test and exam and she said I was not pregnant. On February 14th I got 8 positive pregnancy tests. How far along do you think I am? My doctor did a vaginal ultrasound and only saw a yolk sac and amniotic sac. they believe that the baby is not progressing since there basing my pregnancy off my LMP which was December 7th. could they really be wrong? I mean I just got a positive pregnancy test not even a month ago. I'm thinking of switching doctors. . my history: I have irregular periods.

I'm on the pill, however I recently was on antibiotics and there's all those tales of some antibiotics rendering your birth control ineffective, and I had sex while taking the antibiotics (we used condoms, but I think there was a little slippage at least one of the times). I'm on my fourth day of sugar pills, still no sign of my period. I've kind of felt cramps on and off all day (although that may just be wishful thinking; could just be gas for all I know). I've been having a lot of cervical mucus lately (sorry, TMI I KNOW but there's really no choice) and I'm not sure if this is normal or not for me...never really paid too much attention before. The cm is NOT clear, it's more greeny (not infection green, but just a little tinted green) brown tinted, and it dries darker. I always have a really light first day with usually brownish discharge, but it always stains the pad and I KNOW I have my period. This time it's more mucus-y. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I'm assuming I should be more concerned if I don't get it by tomorrow. Any thoughts? I'm mostly concerned about being pregnant.

I have been on such an emotional roller coaster the last 7 days. Wednesday (3/3) through Friday (3/5) I had brown mucus and period cramps so bad I swore my period was going to start. Last Saturday (3/6) I found out I was pregnant with a HPT. Very happy. Brown mucus suddenly stops. Later that day, my husband and I painted our bedroom and while I was bending over scrubbing the wall I felt a very sharp pain a tid bit left of my uterus. It was so bad I had to hold onto the dresser. The pain stopped by Sunday and on Tuesday I started to have brown mucus again. It's still continuing. It's also in very small amounts (only after I use the restroom.) On Monday, my cramps stopped all together. Some other symptoms I have like urinating frequently, sore breasts, excessive hunger, and one episode of morning sickness earlier this week have all been continuing. My last period was 2/5 so that makes me about 4-5 weeks along. I saw my doctor on Wednesday as well and apparently my HCG level was 700 and she thinks I have either conceived later than we think or had an early miscarriage. My ultrasound that day showed nothing but very thick uterine lining. I just had more blood taken today to see if it doubled but I have to wait until Monday to find out. This is torture. I'm absolutely devestated if I have miscarried or caused this by bending over scrubbing like I did a week ago. Is it possible that I did cause one or is 700 HCG actually ok at this time?

Im 18, My ex and i had unprotected sex (stupid i know) on feb. 28 (sun.) which was the morning i finished my period. My cycle is only 25 days long so i figure out that i was due to ovulate that week. A week later i started feeling some cramping in my uterus and i started feeling this heavy tieredness, like i was drained and my daily activitys seem so much more harder than usual. Any thoughts on if the test was wrong and i could be pregnant? I know some are saying its probably in your head but i dont think it is. I had my last period on Jan 4th 2010 and was due Feb 6th never came and then was due March 9th and it still hasn't shown... And there is no sign of it showing... I have 2 doctors appt scheduled but there still a while away anybody have this and find out they were pregnant? I've take 3 tests and now I schedule a blood test... I have had some wierd symptoms such as cramping, increased discharge, tightness during sex, heart burn which i've never had and highten sense of smell... My mom is one of those lucky people that had no symptoms until she got a cold and then found out she was pregnant... With my brother she fell of a ladder when she was 5 months pregnant and again did not know... Any one else have this?

So my hubby and I had sex two or more hours ago. About half an hour after words, I started getting sharp lower back pain. I noticed that when the pain is worst, my stomach gets hard? Is this normal? I have no idea what contractions or braxton hicks are going to feel like, but I know this has been going on since about 1:30. I get these every once in a while. Also, when I do a lot of walking, I get what feels like excersize cramps in my sides, and I barely did any work. Like walking to the back of the grociery store. Are these back pains normal? I am 21 years old. I have always and I mean always had a regular period. It was never late, I never missed it, and it never came early. I am 7 days late for my period now. I have taken 6 pregnancy tests at home and all came back negative. I also had a blood test done at the hospital and it also came back negative. My husband and I have been trying to conceive (we have decided to take a break for a little while so we can enjoy the weather and everything). However, for the past two and a half weeks I have had sharp but quick cramping in my abdomen off and on every couple of days. I never get cramps until the day of my period. Also about 7 days past ovulation I had a couple of drops of red blood when I wiped after using the restroom (TMI sorry. I never get spotting before my periods). 8 days past ovulation I had a pulling feeling in the front of my abdomen. 12 days past ovulation I had a light pink bloody mucus when I wiped after using the restroom (TMI Sorry!) and then it went away. I thought that all of this could be due to pregnancy but then found out I am definitely not pregnant. So I guess my question is: What other than pregnancy can contribute to a missed period? I am not stressed out about anything. I have been in a better mood lately. Oh and I have been checked for cysts and endometriosis and the doctor says I have a healthy reproduction system and I have a clean bill of health.Oh also I have been feeling sick to my stomach, tired, pain in my lower back, and more gassy than usual. That is also why I thought I was pregnant. So what physical problems can attribute to a missed period? (I know this isn't a mental issue or an emotional issue). Hello, I have a doctors appointment today at 4.10 it is now 1.00 and I still have 3 hrs of going insane before I go, so I thought I would ask incase someone out there had the similar thing. Everything else seems to be ok, appart from the headaches that are driving me crazy, but on and off, when I walk I get sharp stabby pains, like cramp i guess. This goes away when I stop walking, sit, lay down. I have no bleeding or discharge but are frieking out a little as I have had 3 misscarraiges in the past. Although I have a 14yr old and a 9 month old baby, I have not experienced anything like this, they were totally different pregnancies and so it this one. Anything you have to offer would be appreciated, I just need to know someone else had this and they had healthy babies in the end, or still travelling along well. I asked this question earlier today, no answers. My doctor couldnt find a heart beat, but said that I am right in between where they can and cant, being 13 weeks (just), so it is just a waiting game. I would still like to know if anyone has experienced this in pregnancy, when and what was the outcome... keeping in mind, I only have the pains when I walk. While sitting, laying, or doing anything that isnt walking, it doesnt hurt at all, no pain. Thank you in advance for your time and your answers

I am 4 days away from when I should start my period, and I had intercourse while I was ovulating. Its only been 10 dpo but I'm feeling really nauseous, and extremely extremely fatigued. Not only that, but my headaches have been frequent, and I'm peeing more often then usual. I have cramping in my stomach, and my boobs are tender. My boyfriend also told me that i haven't been myself the last 3 days because I've been so moody. I never experience these symptoms as PMS. I'm not sure if I'm coming down with the flu, or if there is a chance I could be pregnant? I can't take a test for another 4 days, but is it too early to have these symptoms?

Ok. So I gave birth to my son on December 19, 2009. I bled for like 8 weeks. I got my first postpartum period on February 6th. (Give or take because I can't remember the exact date, just that it was the week before Valentine's Day). My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on the 19th, but he pulled out. (Drunken mistake!) All the other times we have used condoms. It is now March 10th, and I have not gotten a second period. I took a pregnancy test on March 8th (two days ago), and it came out negative. For the past two weeks, I've gotten all the symptoms of my period (cramps, backaches, etc). I still have symptoms of it coming but still nothing. I read that after having a baby, it takes a while for your periods to regulate again. And I have been stressed, and my diet has changed as I am trying to lose weight. So my question is, is my period just absent this month because of irregularity or am I pregnant even though the test was negative? Also, should I start on my birth control to regulate my periods? My doctor prescribed the NuvaRing and I have been waiting to get my period to start on it as she prescribed it to me after I had already gotten my last period. Any insight would help! I do not want to be pregnant again as my son is not even 3 months old yet. My postpartum bleeding was for 8 weeks and then I got my first period in February. Sorry if that was a little confusing. Forgot to add that I breastfeed for a week when he was born but he is now formula fed.

I looked it up, and read all the symptoms, and out of all of them, I have the period like cramps, and the breast tenderness has subsided a bit. I also would like to know, does you cervix soften while your pregnant? Thank you for your time! I'm 14 years old, and i first got my period in 7th grade. I've never had cramps, headaches, etc. while on my period, just blood. My periods usually last 5-7 days and they're usually also on time. Last month, I had my period from the 13th - 18th. I know I'm supposed to get it real soon. Yesterday, i woke up with a small pain in my lower stomach. I've never experienced menstrual cramping before, so i thought of it as a sign that i was getting my period soon. As the day went on, there would be times where the small pain will suddenly become a sharp, stabbing pain. Then it would fade back into the small ache. By nighttime, it kinda faded down into almost nothing, so I went to night expecting it to be gone by today. I woke up this morning again with the small ache. It also got sudden sharp pains during the day. I'm still a virgin, so I can't be pregnant. Haha. I haven't started my period yet either. I'm getting kind of worried. So are these something other than normal period pains? Or am I over-thinking this?

This wednesday i will be 6 weeks late. I was suppose to start Jan 27th and never did. I had the cramps and everything but my period never came. Then i started getting brown spotting for a few days with about one day of liiiiiiight bleeding. While i had the brown discharge i was getting random waves of nausea and heartburn almost every time i ate. When the brown stopped i immedietly started getting a lot of white discharge. About a week after the white started, i started getting random cramps and dull aches in my lower ab and back area. Before the brown i took a test (-) and during the white i took another test (-). I have also taken 2 other tests which were negative (4 tests). Thats a lot of negatives. So i got over the idea of being pregnant. Then i started getting headaches, and when i would lay down i could feel my heart beating really fast like i just got done running. All i was doing was laying down. I am the kind of person who can stay up all night but then sleep allllllll day. I have slept over 16 hours in a day before. I love my sleep. Lately i HAVE to be in bed at 9 or 10 and i wake up at 7 or 8am. THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!! i usually sleep in until noon. I still have had no period. Completely missed februarys period. Nothing, no cramps or anything. And i still have no cramps. The other weekend (1 week ago) i had some pains in my lower ab (sharp but dull?) very weird feelings. It kinda felt like i was running, but out of shape. That kind of feeling but lower. I have no idea whats going on with my body. Does this sound like pregnancy :) or something bad? Im pretty nervous about whats going on with my body. Now all of the symptoms have gone away except the whole sleep thing. If i were pregnant i would be 10.5 weeks. Im just going crazy. Please help!!! No sarcastic answers please... Anyone ever take a test when it was negative and still been pregnant? What does this sound like? i may have conceived on the 2nd late night or early in the morning On the 3rd and well the day after i may have conceived i wanted to have sex so bad all that day that is on the 4th and ever since then i have been going through it my nipples area have been sore and i have had head throbbing head aches and been sleeping up a storm and my had slight stomach cramps but nothing too major and eating every five minutes but i have been trying for a while to get pregnant but just not with this partner me and this partner have only had intercourse maybe 4 times so far and all times unprotected and by the way he always says little remarks about me having his babie and he already has a 2 year old and ten year old but ssssshhhhh he is 27 yrs old and i am going on 16 !!! do you think i am pregnant

I've noticed changes in my period as well as my body lately. Usually when I come on I'm in so much pain from cramp I take 4 ibuprofen and lay in my bed until they kick in. My last 3 periods I felt little to no pain at all. Here are some things that I've noticed: -I was expecting my period on the 26th of January and I didnt come on until the 6th of February. -At one point I had no appetite, I didnt want to eat anything but when I did the only thing I felt my stomach could handle was fruit and white meat. -I get a metalic taste in my mouth every once in a while. -Now that I have an appetite I eat all the time and my stomach gets so full I look like I'm about 3 months pregnant. -My left breast is tender to the touch. It also feels heavier and looks a little bigger than the other. -Sometimes I sleep all day waking up every hour just to go back to sleep. I feel tired all the time and never want to get out of the bed. (sometimes I never do, only to use the bathroom and eat) -Slight lower back pains -Food cravings -And sometimes I get this sharp contraction pain in my lower stomach. What do you think? I also took three pregnancy test in the past 3 months and they all said no. I was told that will continue to say no as long as I continue to have my period.

ok... sorry if this is really long and has a lot of TMI but i want to give all the details and get honest opinions based on all the facts my husband and i have been ttc for over 3 years now. we have had 4 miscarriages, but no full term pregnancies. about 6 months ago i realized that i was "obsessing" about getting pregnant (i was a frequent y! visitor).. so i decided it would be best to stop "trying" for a while. well, anyone who wants a baby knows that its not easy to just STOP trying for something u want so bad! so to distract myself i decided to focus on me! i used dieting and weight loss as my distraction (i was, and still am slightly overweight) i have lost almost 30 pounds and feel great! my husband and i continued to BD but no charts and no temperatures and no OPKs! my periods have always been normal (30 day cycles, give or take a day) my last cycle started on January 25th. I spotted (literally JUST a spot) on feb 19th, and again the same thing in feb 26th. now for the last 3 days i have been getting REALLLLY light bleeding only with the first one or twos potty trips (no panty liner even needed! just one wipe and its done) its a light pinkish/coral color. no cramps, no bloating or other signs of AF the only other symptoms that i am having is severe constipation (which i NEVER had before) and verrry veryyy itchy nipples (not sore at all) i have been putting lotion on 5 times a day and they still itch like crazy! what do u guys think? i plan on testing in the morning... but just wanted to get a few outside opinions first! be honest! i can handle it! i have been thru much worse in this journey! i am really hoping for a BFP and a healthy pregnancy! thanks for reading! took a test this morning with fmu and it was negative. still the same pinkish blood only when i wiped. very discouraged! thought this might have been the month! thanks for all ur answers! dont know if im going to continue trying... im pretty emotionally spent! good luck to all of u!

anone exsperience this ihad went to the hospital saturday night and they said baby was fne hc levels was good and heartbeat good ....i continued to spot brown stuff looks like ol blood i had cramping off and on but i saw my nurse today she saids if the baby was ok sunday it is ok now and sounds like brown discharge is normal did anyone else have brown spotting very light.... and mild cramps while pregnant ? or are the doctors wrong and i may miscaridge i had a miscaridge like 2 years ago it wasnt anything like this when i did 2 yrs ago i had red blood like i said this is brownmy question is to who can make me feel comfortable and wo exsperienced this plz help

I am 13-15 days late on my period. About a few days ago I was experiencing constipation I suppose, (sorry if TMI) like I didn't need to go and didn't go very much. Now I am having diarrhea sort of. The last 2 days or so I have been a lot hungrier than usual, eating many times throughout the day. Last night I felt like I couldn't get full but was turned off by eating after a while as nothing sounded good. I made on of my favorite dinners last night and sat down to eat and was almost grossed out by it so I made something else. Towards the middle of the night I felt a burning, like heartburn, only not in my chest, maybe in between my chest and stomach? And now today I just don't feel like eating anything, nothing sounds good, but I am hungry. Also, today I have had this weird sharp pain in my lower abdomen right below my belly button, sometimes on the side. Its not painful (Like I need to go to the hospital type pain) just unpleasant I suppose? But it's definitely not menstrual cramp type of pain, its more sharp I guess. I have thought that I might be pregnant but all the tests are negative. I even took one of those clearblue (I think thats the brand) ones. I don't feel sick like I should go to the doctor. I know I need to get checked out soon if I don't get my period. What do these symptoms sound like? Could they be pregnancy symptoms? I just don't want to go to the doctor just yet, I want to try and give it a few more days. I don't want to go and them say "you're fine" and get my period the next day.

Ok, so I'm 17 and 4 days ago me and this guy had sex. We used a condom but it was a little loose and it kept slipping and wanting to come off, so I was worried that some sperm might have gotten into my vaginal area. I'm not on the pill because it caused me to have bad side effects and im not able to use them. We had sex twice in one night and the condom issue happened both times. I was on my second day of my period (I know, Not the best choice) but the day after my period pretty much went away then I started spotting a light pink sometimes brown blood/discharge here and there. I know it's a little early to tell but I have been having a butterfly feeling in my stomach non-stop sense last night and I have been more hungry then usual, this morning when I woke up I was a little sick feeling and to look at breakfast made me sick. I had slight cramping and I keep having diarrhea(sry I know it's gross)...my breast don't hurt at all. I don't usually have symptoms while on my period, like I have no cramping or anything, never did. But now I'm feeling different. Do you think I could be pregnant?

Ugh, this is my second pregnancy. With my first daughter I went 40 weeks 2 days. My doc induced me with her because she was estimated to be 8lbs 14oz and I wanted to have her vaginally.... She turned out to be 9.8lbs and perfectly healthy. Everything started out normal with this pregnancy until around 29 weeks. I started having contractions and went to the ER to get the shot to stop them. I wasn't dilated at all, I was just in early early stages of preterm labor my doc said. But since then Ive been having severe pains high in my inner thighs.. cant walk sometimes because of it. Lower back pain is constant. I feel like I cant breath almost ALL day long. Ive woken up at night the past several nights feeling like I was choking. I literally had to get out of bed and walk around just to feel like I can breathe. (Im 5'4", and heard being short during pregnancy can make breathing worse.) Ive tried sleeping in different positions (never on my back), tried sleeping in our recliner... nothing helps. I have panic disorder, so I have panic attacks. So when I feel like I cant breath, that brings them on. I try to relax but its really hard. Ive also get severe, severe leg cramps in my calves (almost like growing pains when I was younger.) Resting is very hard because of my 2 1/2 year old. I dont have anyone to take her for a few hours once in a while so I can rest. And my husband doesn't get home until dinner time, so she's asleep just 2 hours later. And I am prepared for when the baby comes. I remember the sleepless nights, and being exhausted. LoL But the pains during the pregnancy are SOOOO bad. Does anyone else feel this way? Was it worse with your second pregnancy?

I had sex with my boyfriend multiple times during ovulation. I began to suspect I was pregnant a while later when I experienced a spell of dizziness and some heavy cramping. My plan was simple: wait and see if I miss my period and then test after it was supposed to come. I am very confused now because I went to the restroom and saw a blood-clot in my urine. Could my period have come an entire week early or could this be implantational bleeding? I'm so confused! Is pregnancy still a possibility? I am still bleeding and cramping but it is really light and like I said an entire week early!

I began to suspect I might become pregnant a while ago after I had unprotected sex about 3 times around ovulation. I experienced cramping and slight dizziness. I thought I'd just wait until after my schedualed period, however, to test. It is almost an entire week before my period is due, and I have already started "bleeding." It is very light and I still have light cramping just like a normal period. Could this be implantation, or could it be that my period came early? I'm very confused now because my period has never come this early before. When should I take a test? Is pregnancy even still a possibility?

I have noticed that the past couple of days that it feels like my uterus is sore...all of it from top to bottom. I am 36 weeks pregnant and am having preeclampsia problems, but mainly its my kidneys so it might have to do with that...but I have noticed that if I touch my stomach to rub it or feel my baby move its sore to the touch...and recently my lower back has begun to hurt, kind of like a cramping feeling, but that might be due to being a little constipated....I do have braxton hicks contractions but those dont hurt... sometimes though my uterus does tighten up and its painful but I thought that was the way my baby was laying....but the tightness lasts a good 30 seconds or so...it doesnt happen every time my uterus tightens up just once in a while...maybe up to 3 times a day if that.... Is this normal or is it maybe signs of labor or something else maybe? Im going to call my doctor tomorrow but I wanted to know if any other women has been through this and what it turned out to be.... Thanks!!

well.. I am 27 and have been on birth control since I was 19. I've never really had a "normal" period.. I started getting a raised blood pressure around 2006-2007 and was put on Dyazide (diuretic) which seemed to work alright. In 2008 it got a little higher and I was taken off birth control. It didn't bother me so much because I became regular for the first time ever! I had a regular 4-6 day period each month. When I off my BCP before I didn't have a period at all, of course I did switch BCP because I noticed I was not acting the same.. It went fine until this past August when I stopped again.. I then started having cramps in the end of December and it became on and off through Dec till now. When I say on and off, it's been more on than off. Its been horrible having chronic PMS for several months non-stop with no relief, I've also noticed I have acne breaking out all over my face and back. My hair has been coming out for over a year and stopped but recently has come back with vengeance lol I started bleeding over 2 weeks ago and haven't stopped. I'm now going back on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo and Metformin as well as diuretic and metoprolol. Is anyone else taking these medicines? Is there a chance of me becoming pregnant while taking Metformin and BCP? or if I miss a pill? I would really like to not use BCP but I don't know if I will ovulate without it? right now I have the if it happens attitude as well as my partner :) I was just curious if it is possible, Also I would like to have a period without BCP will Metformin help with that? I'm just really looking for other's input as well as what to expect when I start taking Metformin. I guess secretly I would love to get pregnant but I think if I try I would just end up getting overly stressed about it. I'm focusing on trying to regulate myself right now and try and get healthier :)

ITs been 2 weeks late and still no period. The first time I took a hpt it came out negative and this was like 4-5 weeks ago and then like a week later i took another one n it came out a very light positive but the positive was there (clearblue) . Then like the following week I took another one (first response) and it came out negative. SO i was confused then I went to take a blood test like 3 weeks before i was expecting my period and came up negative. SO now ive been 2 weeks late already and haven't got my period so i have taken another hpt but it still comes up negative. I still haven't started my period but lately Ive been having a back pains and white discharge, and spotting little tiny bits of it. But it goes away and then again but not a lot. Once in a while I feel light cramps but not really. Sometimes ive been having mood swings. Can I still be pregnant? Oh and i had unprotected sex 2 weeks before my period, which was in january 16th

My husband and I are TTC. I ovulated yesterday but we usually have intercourse at least once a day so i could have conceived anytime from March 2nd until today. We have no problem conceiving so im pretty sure i did. My last period was February 21 so i shouldn't get my period for another 13 days (March 21) but i feel like i'm about to get it. Light cramping in lower abdomen and that feeling you have while you have your period. (kinda like you constantly have to make a BM). I've been pregnant before and we had a miscarriage. (January of 09) and i've been avoiding intercourse around ovulation because i was so upset i didn't want to go through that again. But we're ready to try again. Last time i conceived i instantly knew after he ejaculated just from how i felt. So my question is could i be pregnant and feel this way from conception? Or is it something else? Any advice/opinions would be appreciated =]

Okay so I've been on the depo shot for about 9 months. The end of March is when I need a new shot. In Feb I think the 13th or 14th my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and he was really deep in me when he "you know". That was over three weeks ago and, the past week and a half I've been having these signs: Frequent urination, Cramps, Gas, Headache, Dizziness,Cold/Flu-like Symptoms [Runny nose, coughing, Sneezing],Fatigue,Increased Cervical Fluid, Backache,Tummy aches, and side aches, [Tummy and side is around my hips]. Could I be pregnant? I do not get my period so I can't check for that. When I was having one it was from 20th-27th of every month. Please do not tell me to just wait and take a test I already know to do that. I'm asking for some stories from you ladies, Some of your signs Do you think I'm pregnant? What are my chances of being pregnant? I've been reading up on the depo shot and it says that it gives you false negs, So how will I know. Did it give anyone false negs too? How did you guys know you were pregnant while on it? Oh and about prenatal vitamins are one daily safe to take or do I need to stick with prenatal vitamins?

im 7 weeks pregnant and i have two questions that i hope you will be able to help me with. I have been having cramps kinda like menstrual cramps and it's starting to worry me. My stomach will cramp for a little while and then it will go away. There is no spotting or anything just cramps. And im just worried..Is this normal? should i schedule another visit with my physician? And my breast have been so sore and tender its unbelievable. Besides a good bra is there anyhting to minimize the soreness?

My husband and I are 21 and TTC. We are both very healthy and I take prenatal vitamins. The doctor told me that I had a 28 day cycle (she calculated it). My last period was on February 4, 2010. I figured out that I would ovulate either the 18th or 19th of February. My husband and I BDed on February 14, 15, 17, 18 (two times), and on Feb 22. On 6DPO, 7DPO, 9DPO, and 14 DPO I had cramping. On 7DPO I had spotting when I wiped. On 8DPO I had a pulling feeling in the front of my abdomen. On 12DPO I had a light pink bloody mucus when I wiped but then it went away. I got negative pregnancy tests on 10DPO, 13DPO, 14DPO (two BFN), and 15DPO. So i became discouraged. So I went to a fertility and menstruating website and entered my last three period dates(the website is www.mymonthlycycles.com). The website told me that I had an average 32 day cycle. The website also said that I should have ovulated on Feb 22. I keep track of when my husband and I have sex and thank God we had sex on the 22nd.But I counted 32 days out on the calendar and I should have started my period yesterday if the website is in fact correct. I still haven't started my period. Should I believe the website or my doctor? I am going to use my last test tomorrow morning to test but I don't feel like I am going to start my period and I am not bloated. I have been really gassy lately and I have had small head aches. Do you think I could be pregnant? I know you guys aren't doctors and you wouldn't know but I want opinions on whether it sounds like it or not. Recap of questions: 1.
