My obstetrician is very blunt and kind of rude about how much weight I have been gaining. She's a good doctor, but she could be a little nicer. I don't eat a lot of junk food, I stick by my pregnancy food pyramid and make sure to eat only when I'm hungry. I exercise everyday and I still managed to gain over 10 pounds last month.
