I was diagnosed with vitamin D insufficiency three months back. I was told that I do not have the Vitamin D deficiency. I am currently using 1000 UI Vitamin D along with Prenatal Vitamins. I am am yet to get my levels checked up. We are planning for kids sometime this year end. Please let me know if Vitamin D insufficiency will affect the baby and its over all health.

I have been using OB 400 with DHA since before I got pregnant, but I was wondering if any of you are using any over-the-counter prenatals that have worked well?
