On the floor, there were 2 small springs and two small metal rods (about 1 inch each) that those springs attach to. When I turned the recliner over there was a metal "arm" that has fallen out. I can see where the 'arm' goes put can't fugure out how to attach the two other parts and 2 springs to make the 'arm' stay in place.
